Placed an order for a grade tractor for the following day. Other subs scheduled. No tractor. Had to cancel everything and reschedule. Very costly mistake for me. Not happy.

My pool was needed to be drained, I looked and everyone wanted 50 a day! I need it for the weekend and was able to get it for the weekend 79.99 plus tax. The pump was brand new and so was the hoses. Now that might always be the case but at least they buy quality products and they stay up on all of the tools and equipment.

Called to request a quote for a generator rental. I'm a new customer. Without asking any further questions, I was told I need to fill out an account application online since they don't take credit cards. Clarified: I'm fine paying cash or check. Was told I still need an account before they'd quote it. I remembered I had an account from when I lived out of state - but they couldn't look that up without the account number and I was no closer to just getting a quote.

I hung up and called Apache - within 3 minutes I had a quote and a reservation. I won't do business with Sunbelt if they're planning to keep things this complicated.
