I accidentally called this company thinking they were the contracted repair vendor scheduled by my property manager when our AC went out. Not only did the folks at Innovative AC patiently help me triage this issue, but they were so gracious as to offer an emergency service after hours on a holiday weekend, even though I had inadvertently wasted their time. I can’t thank y’all enough; I will recommend to friends & family!

Used Ralph to do a Ring doorbell and several Ecobee thermostats installs last week. He was prompt and did a great job. He figured out the issue I was having with the Ring installation and suggested an easy solution. Came back after I purchased the part and had it working in 20 minutes.

He is very knowledgeable, communicative, and even made some suggestions on how to use the thermostats.

Definitely would recommend him. And, was very reasonable on the price he charged. Far less than most.

A terrible company.
Our property management sent this company out. They were nearly an hour late to the appointment. I had to call them to find out why they were not on time. When they did finally show, they looked at the unit and said they would need to come back to verify the problem. They asked me to call them as soon as the unit cut out again (the tech reinforced saying "IF"). 45 min later, I called them. Voivemail was full. I called back and the guy who answered told me there was not a tech in the area but he may be able to get someone. He said he would call me back. almost 5 hours later, no call back. I called back and the guy said he could possibly get someone here tomorrow. I asked what time and he said he didnt know. I attempted to remind him that they cant come in the morning as they need to verify the issue. The guy on the phone got rude and said that we were not a priority. I asked him in 3 two year olds in a home that over 75 % of is well over 85 degrees is not a priority. He started getting even more upset and said he was refusing to do the work.
Exceptionally unprofessional. There is no way I would recommend anyone to even consider doing business with this company.
