My Husband & I (Seniors) were forced go to a Hotel because both of our AC Units broke. It was extremely HOT (July in Phoenix, AZ 2021).

One of the units was being worked on unsuccessfully (for several weeks by a different Company, which put stress on the other Unit, which failed. With both Units out-of-service, we told the Hotel Manager our problem. She shared information about Ufirst and her positive experience.

We called Ufirst, Juan Morales, and were so amazed at the Professional, Caring, Speedy & Affordable Service we received. Ufirst Team fixed the main unit needed to move back home within a couple days. They then proceeded to repair the other unit. We have been fully operational ever since.

We would definitely recommend Ufirst, and will surely request their service again as needed.

Juan and his staff did a great job of replacing my dead AC unit during mid summer. He and his staff are polite, friendly, fast and extremely knowledgeable about their jobs.

Working with UFirst Heating and Cooling was an amazing experience! I called mid morning on a Sunday and they were out to help us Sunday afternoon! The technician was polite, professional, and very helpful with all my requests. Best of all, UFirst was 50% cheaper on the visit fee than the two other companies I had called prior to them. Our tenant in our rental property lost air over the weekend. After calling several places, UFirst was the only ones who claimed 24/7 service to actually answer. There was some miscommunication on scheduling, but it was fixed immediatley and they kept in communication the whole time. Great service and kind people!

UFIRST repaired our 2 HVAC Units & saved us from great hardship during July 2021, in triple digit heat.

UFirst, Juan Morales, (with Team Assistant, Carlos) rescued us twice in a couple weeks.   They are Awesome and I Highly recommend UFIRST.

The cost was so reasonable, the efficiency wonderful, the Team super kind.

It all started 7/1/21,  when 1st HVAC Unit (Goodman) died, weeks passed Contractor unable to repair the unit.

The 2nd  HVAC Unit (Bryant), died and forced us 7/20/21 to go to a Hotel.

The Hotel Assistant gave the name of her AC repair service, UFIRST, Juan Morales. She was very happy, so I called him; we met the next day; he evaluated & removed the faulty part. The new part was installed the following day.
We were able to return home on the 3rd day.

We then called  UFIRST, for the Goodman, which was soon repaired - within a couple days.

Our home is COOL throughout.
Again,  we HIGHLY RECOMMEND UFIRST, Juan Morales & Team.

Juan was professional and very competent. He has great interpersonal skills and explained exactly what my issue was. He was also fair with the pricing. I highly recommend him for anybody who needs service!

Juan's company and his employees are more than top notch! My ex sister in law sent me his information when I texted her about a home renovation I needed the ducts removed and reinstalled as well as the return.
I sent a text message on a Thursday and his team was ou at 9am on the following Tuesday and it was a little bit more than he thought but they were AWESOME!
I had to text Juan back as they foirgot to put the thermostat in a new place(my fault) since it is hanging in the middle of the room. LOL Juan came back on a Saturday and had it fixed immediately.

He was amazing! Our management company did not notify us about him coming out within 12 hours that we put in a work order (11:00pm the night before). He called me and asked if he can go to the house to take a look at the issue. He fixed the problem PLUS replaced what needed to be replaced so that it doesn’t occur again. He explained everything he was doing and what can cause the issue we had which was the fuse going out. Also let us know that the thermostat isn’t the correct one for our unit so he placed a request to the management company. Turns out, it’s not reading the temperature correctly which explains why it never gets cool in the house & the AC runs all day long. He’s been the ONLY AC individual who’s come out & actually took his time to find the issue, fix it & look to see if there was anything else wrong. Thank you so much🤍

As usual amazing service. We had the ac gout on us when it was 110 degrees outside. Juan and Donny were quick to diagnose the issue And had the motor fixed within 30 minutes. competitive price as well.

We had a service call today on a 12 year old ac just to see if we needed any preemptive care before the season starts - Juan was there on time with a text and tracker to prepare for appointment - within 45 min he checked out both units, showed us and replaced a bad part without any hype or up sell like Parker - he will have us as long time customers! Great honest service!

We spent months looking for a contractor to install a new mini split, and all of the major air conditioning companies wanted to charge us a fortune more than my doctor makes in a day. UFirst give us a quote, which was half price of the other companies for a larger and higher quality equipment. Other companies wanted to charge us $1500 for the electrical run and another company told us we needed to change our entire electrical box for $10,000. UFirst just rewired our original electrical box for no extra charge. honest great quality work installing great quality equipment at a reasonable price. A week later our original air conditioning system stopped working and other companies wanted $250 just to come out to our house to look at the system. UFirst came out to our house and found that our original central air system was working fine, but that the filters were dirty and they cleaned our electrostatic filters for a fraction of the cost that other companies just wanted to charge us to come to our house. this company has earned our business for life.

My wife and I needed a new mini split for a hot bedroom. We contacted at least 10 heating and air-conditioning companies for the install. most of the companies quoted us some very high prices for a 1 ton offbrand mini split. Most of the companies wanted to charge us $1000-$1500 for the electrical run and some companies told us we needed to change our entire electrical box on the house. UFirst, heating and air conditioning, quoted us a price half the cost of the other companies, giving us a larger 1.5 ton Mitsubishi mini split which is the best mini split available. They also told us that our electrical box was fine and they rewired our electrical box for no extra charge finding unused breakers. They arrived on time and did a professional great looking installation. Our previously hot bedroom is now the coolest room in the house. A week later, our original central air conditioning system stopped working, and Juan and Brandon from UFirst came to our house and found that our central air conditioning system was working fine. However, the electrostatic filters were dirty and they clean the electric static filters. Their charge for cleaning the filters was less than other companies wanted just to come out for the service. This is a very honest company to tell us that our filters were dirty as they could’ve easily told us something in the system was broken and needed to be fixed at a high fee. UFirst is a very honest, heating an air conditioning company that does first rate professional work at a reasonable price. They have earned our business for life.

I called with my ac blowing air but not cool air. The Friendly voice on the other end came with in 2 hours of my call. Not only was he the nicest man but fixed my ac and did a dang good job of doing it. The price was just the icing on the cake with warranty. Thank you guys again for such wonderful service.

I have called Juan for the last ten years and he is the only one I will call. Alberto and his crew were here after I talked with Juan to relocate a return air vent. Respectful polite and hard working and Professional. He is the best...fair and honest. Don't see that much these days. Our AC quit working in the middle of July. My husband and I called our home warranty company and we got the "we will have someone call you" conversation, which is not what you want to hear when it is 91 degrees in your house.
Instead we called Juan. Juan put us on the schedule immediately and had our issue resolved within 5 hours of discovering our AC being down. Luckily it was just a quick fix this time! *whew* Juan took the time to explain to us what happened, and what to look out for in the future. Our house was cooled off by bedtime thanks to Juan!

We rent a home in Goodyear AZ. The rental property management sent three different HVAC Companies, not one could fix the problem.
Brandon found the problem almost immediately. I would highly recommend this company. They obviously train their technicians.
