He diagnosed our problem within just a couple of minutes, got the part here the next day, and kept us from suffering the ravages of the Arizona desert heat for any longer than was necessary. Brandon at Ufirst Heating and Cooling was amazing!! It was a Saturday call - he showed up on time. After understanding what was wrong with our unit, Brandon went out of his way to find the part to repair our unit! (He found a part in the middle of Phoenix, drove out there to get it and back, on a Saturday and took care of it!) Thanks to him we will be sleeping a cool house tonight! This is what customer service is all about.

The technician, the owner, who works 10 hr days to provide for his family, came an hour early with a professional & caring personality! 95° in the house, air conditioning not working, he shared humor with me so i wouldn't focus on how miserable it was in the house. Diagnosed the issue immediately & resolved it for me. He went above & beyond with his out standing customer service skills! I highly recommended him above the big companies!

Juan was great. He was professional, honest and did great work. He installed a new a/c unit on my roof a while ago and it’s keeping me cool!

Ufirst went above and beyond to make sure my AC was back to running normal! Brandon made the process quick and easy, and he didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need! The response time was fast and the turnaround time was even faster. I hope my AC doesn’t break down ever again, but when it does, I’m calling Ufirst.

I had a warranty company fail me when I most needed their assistance on a broken AC unit that badly needed replacing 2 years ago. Juan came out to serve on the contract, and then shamed them as a provider when he saw what they were doing. Then he worked with me separately from the warranty and was wonderful! He offered me five years' worth of service on my new unit to make up for the poor service the warranty company gave me. Wonderful company!

Brandon McLain came to do our service on our Ac unit. He did an amazing job . Checked everything cleaned out my Ac coils and even noticed a bent duct and fixed it for us.
I would recommend the company and Brandon especially.

Juan is not an average repair man. He saved us from having to buy 2 new ac units. We were told by other techs that we needed to replace them. We would have to pay $15,000!! He fixed the leak in our unit for $150!!! I am beyond impressed by his knowledge and willingness to be so honest. He could have easily taken advantage of us and sold us units. He genuinely wants to help people. When it is finally time to replace my units i am without a doubt calling him. I am SO grateful. Thanks again!!

I had two other quotes from reputable sources and companies. Both of the quotes stated 2x15 seer A/C units 5 ton, air scrubbers, and 80k heat pump/air handler. One quote utilized York equipment and one utilized American Standard. The York quote was approximately $1200 lower the American Standard quote was approximately $1300 above Juan's out the door price.
However, Juan installed American Standard 2 x 16 seer A/C units 5 ton, 100k heat pump/air handler and two top of the line air scrubbers. Juan went out of his way preparing for the install, driving to Tucson on Saturday to pick up the coils at 7 AM. The install began at 0800 Sunday and was complete at 7 PM Sunday night. This included the rip out and take away of two 5 ton 1998 vintage units and an ancient heat pump/air handler in the attic.
Juan's staff were professional, efficient and very through! They spent a few extra hours re-routing and ensuring all duct work and ventilation was in good shape and producing the expected flow. Interestingly, two of the ducts/vents weren't working at all due to kinks in the lines.
One finally point, Juan never tried to up sale me on additional/unnecessary equipment or services. Juan maintained my old units for approximately 5 years, bringing them back to life time and time again, just to get through another summer...never late, always has a great attitude and seems to work 7 days a week!

A friend recommended me to Juan and I couldn’t be happier. I called and left a message a short time later Juan returned my call and arrived at my home a short time later to repair our AC. Given this is the middle of the July the lighting fast response time was amazing. He was professional, very polite, and reasonably priced. I Highly recommended and will use again. Huge shoutout and thank you to UFirst Heating and Cooling for saving the day today. I cannot thank this company enough. They took pity on us and were willing to work with the home warranty company, though AHS never actually ended up approving our service, so to hell with that worthless organization. But back to our cooling saviors. Not only did they arrive the same day we called but they showed up 2 hours after I scheduled the appointment. The tech was absolutely wonderful. And their pricing is beyond reasonable. Their customer service and just service in general is top notch. Our only regret is not calling them sooner. If you are in need of an AC company, definitely give them a call. I cannot recommend them enough 🫶

I called this weekend to see if I could get help with my heating as both units were shooting cool air and it was very cold in my home. Juan (the owner) stayed on the phone and walked me through things to try so I didn’t have to have someone come out if I didn’t need it. He was able to show me how to get them working and had so much patience with me. I was so impressed he took that much time knowing I wouldn’t be paying. He genuinely wanted to help. 100% will be going to him for any hvac needs!!

A friend referred me to Juan at UFIRST Heating and Cooling. I received a call back immediately and Juan was out the next day and installing the following day. Very professional and friendly. The unit installed was a fair price and a nice unit. Work was professional. Very efficient team and well run business. They even fixed a problem with my dry cleaner vent and rerouted the tubing when they found it was blowing lent into my attic. I highly recommend this company, not only were they fair priced, very professional, and efficient but they include two years worth of filters and maintenance and comes with a 20 year warranty.

We would like to thank Brandon for helping us out today! He was extremely professional, polite, detailed and informative. I called them around 9:00am and he was at my house by 2:30pm the same day. I had a horrible experience earlier in the day with another contractor that was scheduled through my home warranty. The contractor took the whole housing unit from the attic and told me the earliest he could have it back was Friday, the latest Monday. Didn’t even look at the a/c unit outside. We live in Arizona, that’s insane! Need less to say, we will definitely be using Ufirst Heating & Cooling in the future and will be recommending to anyone that needs their services.
