Very polite on the phone and in person. AirZona HVAC got my old swamp cooler running. I appreciate their courtesy and professional attitude even though this was a small job. I highly recommend and will definitely call them when I am ready for a new cooler, which will be a big job!

After contacting AirZona to service my A/C they emailed me right away to schedule a time to come over and let me know up front what the service was going to provide, its cost and the name of the serviceman who would contact me.The service on my A/C was top notch because their serviceman repaired some wiring and sealed an open seam in my return air duct that was leaking cool air without any additional charge. AWESOME !! Since my experience with AirZona I have referred them to friends and family who have also used them and were equally impressed.

We got a new A/C installed. They were friendly, on time, and worked hard. They were available to ask questions and seemed like they did their job quick. Overall very happy with the service. Once the job was done, they ensured I was happy with the installation and cleaned up as if they had never even been there. Highly recommend this company. And their prices were unbeatable!

Wow am I impressed! Today I had the pleasure of experiencing a true professional installation of my new Ameristar Heat Pump and Reehm Hot Water Heater by a team from AirZona HVAC. The two Gentlemen Gerald and Scott arrived on time and looking professional. We reviewed the project and they answered the few questions I had confidently and professional. Gerald and Scott then went about removing my 20+ year old Mobile home system and replacing it. The work went very smoothly and everything was cleaner then when they arrived!
I am now relaxing in my cool living room and marveling at how quiet the new unit is. I couldn't be happier. Thanks to the professional team at AirZona!

What a great crew! They were on time courteous and very professional. I got a 5 ton trane with great discounts including a military discount. We had some rain but the owner Gerald kept me in the loop and rescheduled quickly . I would recommend them to everyone

I went through HomeAdvisor, and am so grateful I did. I talked to Gerald within 10 min of entering my information on HA. He came out the same day to look at my AC.
I'd already had a couple of quotes from other companies, so when Gerald showed me his quote I was shocked! It was significantly lower than competitors. (so I checked his reviews and they were great)

The day of the install, the gentlemen were at my house 15 min earlier than expected! They cleaned as they worked so I never had boxes or trash all over the place.

Had AirZona HVAC come give me a Quote on a New unit and was very Happy with the price i was given compared to others companies i got Quotes from. So made a appointment on May 28, 2019 to get my NEW unit installed and was Very Happy with the 3 gentleman that came and did a Great Job with everything! Our AC compressor stopped working on a Saturday on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to schedule an appointment with me within a couple hours of calling. Gerald was prompt and professional with his assessment and service, and was quickly able to resolve the issue. Glad to have cold air again.

You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc...

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

Gerald did a good job of explaining options based on what we were wanting for a heating cooling system, and worked well with our price range. Scott and Andrew did an excellent job on our new HVAC system, cleaned up the work areas, and explained how to use the new wifi thermostat. This is a very professional family business, locally owned, and by the warranty given, will stand by their product and work.

We contacted AirZona along with 3 other contractors to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. Gerald (AirZona owner) arrived at the designated time, inspected our existing system, and went over their proposed system and pricing. He was very personable and explained the items in terms that we could understand. We went with AirZona on the spot, based on Gerald's explanations.

The installation process was just as smooth. Again, Gerald arrived with the installation crew, and they were all professional, courteous, and very friendly. The installation took the entire day, but the crew each worked on tasks that minimized any unnecessary delay, and didn’t seem to mind the questions I had during the process.
