Andrew came out for a checkup on two units and was very professional and from what I've picked up over the years thorough as well. The team ended up patching some ductwork for me as well as installing a new smart thermostat, great experience all around. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future when HVAC needs arise.

From our first phone conversation I had a good feeling about AirZona HVAC, The follow up with the site visit only enforced what I thought. Gerald was very punctual and explained everything in detail that was understandable, when his Crew showed up on time to start the removal and installation of my new ac, they were clean, and prepared.
They started when they said and finished like promised.. great guys and I felt the job was in great hands.. no surprise charges and no upsales.

These guys are fantastic workers will come quickly when you are having problems. Gerald came to my house at 9:30 pm in the middle of summer to fix a thermostat that had frozen over. Talk about customer service, God bless him! They're efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend AirZona for your HVAC issues.

New post: AirZona installed a split A/C unit for my man cave, a transformed garage. Living in Phoenix, I wanted to get this done before the oppressive heat of summer. I ordered the unit on Monday and Gerald’s guys put it in the very next day, Outstanding service, very affordable and really nice guys. I highly recommend AirZona.

A lot of things can go wrong when you finally need to replace your heat pump/AC unit. Unfortunately, it was time for us to replace our downstairs heat pump. We received quotes from multiple professionals, but we decided to go with AirZona. Fortunately, we made the right choice. Gerald does not price gouge you while being an honest business owner that has provided us with a quality final product. From start to finish, Gerald and his team of HVAC professionals answered all of my questions, provided me with the best quote, and installed my new 4-ton heat pump in a timely manner. After two other companies estimates for a new AC unit, AirZona HVAC was our third call. I knew on my initial call and speaking to Gerald, that I was sold. Gerald was not only professional and patient with all of my questions, he was refreshingly honest. He got some info from me and was able to give me an estimate and finance options over the phone. He made this entire process extremely easy! When he came out for the initial meeting the next day I knew I made the right decision! He’s genuinely kind, knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything to me. He also wanted to make sure I was comfortable moving forward with installation, as he was going out of the country on vacation the following day. He took the time to provide me info about his absolutely wonderful team - they were all great - and even when there was a small hiccup with the delivery of my new AC unit, Gerald took the time to call from out of the country and explain everything to me. I get that things happen and I truly appreciate that Gerald and his team provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. My new 5 ton Trane unit was installed perfectly and within the timeframe given and we are now enjoying a cool house. TLDR: If you want someone trustworthy, informative, and resourceful, give Gerald a call. He’ll give it to you straight without any kind of bull when it’s time to fix or replace your AC system.

We first reached out to AirZona about a year ago, last June, when our AC unit stopped working. I spoke to Gerald and he was able to get someone out to take a look at it the very next day and was able to fix the problem by the end of the week. Things worked great but our system was like 11 years old so we knew we had to replace it soon anyway. They gave us a rough estimate and some tips on when the best time to get a new one installed was.

When our system finally died last week we decided that Gerald and his AirZona team were the only ones we wanted to call because we trusted them to give us the best price without any extra unnecessary expenses on top.

We told him that it was time to replace it and he sent someone out that same day to get some measurements and already had everything ordered by the end of the day. Our install was very soon after that and it went pretty smooth. His employees were nice, informative, and everything you’d hope the guys you’re trusting with your money to be.

We’re definitely sticking with them for as long as we live here in AZ.

My A/C stopped working on a Saturday afternoon in July and my Dad recommended Expert HVAC and I am so glad I called them. Mark showed up pretty quickly and put in a new part and had it working in no time. Mark is extremely polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in fixing air conditioners. He also is very friendly with dogs which is always a great bonus! Their prices seem very competitive and I definitely will call them in the future and highly recommend them.

Rick and company are top notch and always available when I need their services. In 2018, We had a top-of-the-line Trans system installed. It’s very important the skill set of the installers and this company has that talent. Moreover Mike, the service technician knows his products and is excellent in trouble shooting,. They don’t up-sell..

When it comes down to selecting a company to service your HVAC units, they need to have technicians who are honest and knowledgeable.
Rick has been servicing the HVAC units at my homes and I have referred him to friends and family. I have never been disappointed with the service he provides. He is honest and very courageous. He has vast knowledge of what he does and can find issues in a very reasonable time.
I have been very happy with Expert HVAC and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Today it is hard to find a honest AC company and one that provides good customer service. Well I found a good one when a friend referred to Expert HVAC. I can not say enough good about this company.

Gabe came out to repair my old ac unit and did a fantastic job. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about ac systems. He was not high pressure and did not do work that was not necessary, nor pad the bill or try to sell me a new ac or unit. Expert HVAC is an awesome company and one I highly recommend.

It’s that time of year when the bees nest in your air conditioning unit. Had to hire a bee removal company to come out and remove the hive During that removal, the air conditioning wiring was damaged. Called Expert AC who installed the unit, fit me in there schedule and were able to come out the same day and make the repairs.
Always Great service and great people. You can depend on them to do the job right. I trust them.

Had a great experience with these guys, they quoted me a 15 ton unit and gave the best price compared to other top hvac companies. Once the unit arrived they removed the old roof top unit and installed the new one all within the same morning. Great customer service, very polite techs and office staff, great communication, and not to mention great on-site service. Overall I’m very pleased with my experience with them

Rick is the best. He knows the business end completely. He communicates very well and carefully explains how your system is designed to work, how it actually does perform to those design levels, what he’s found, and what if any recommendations he has for current work he’d suggest, along with what you might expect in the future, with any associated costs.
He’s a professional with a great attitude and a regular people friendly guy. We’ve had Rick come every Spring to evaluate our systems at 2 different homes since the first call to him ( on a recommendation from a friend) over 10 years ago. It’s just such an easy call to make. Absolutely the BEST! We would give 10 Stars if we could. Our neighbors referred Gabe with Expert HVAC Services when it was time for us to replace our old (split) Tranes. We knew we wanted to stay with Trane as our old units did very well for 28 years. Gabe and team specialize in Trane. The team and entire job (from start to finish...Units, duct, etc) was on-time, professional, and expertly done.
