Wanted to wait a year to review my experience with expert hvac, to see if their product and customer service held up. That said, I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new unit to at least reach out for a quote. The prices were very fair, service was fantastic and the follow up was top notch. I’ve had multiple companies try and offer discounts/ offers/ incentives for a good review, but this write up is 100% genuine. Shout out to the techs , you can tell they are proud to work for their company and pass that on to the customer. Thank you all there at expert hvac!

Gabe and his team are simply outstanding!! We have used Expert HVAC for many years now. We replaced both of our units over the years but only once they were declared 'Done'! The service the company provides is reliable, trustworthy and competent. In fact we recommended Expert HVAC to several neighbors who ultimately used them and installed new units / service etc. One less thing to worry about especially during those hot heated AZ months. They simply do great work at a reasonable price and are available at short notice as and when needed. Thanks Gabe and team!! We appreciate you!

There is one thing I would change and that’s the setting of the unit! Switching technicians caused us to take a different route. I would recommend pulling the old unit a day or 2 before setting new unit. Make necessary changes.

I had an excellent experience with Expert HVAC from the initial service call to the final installation of a new unit. I appreciated the txt updates about the service time and pictures of the service personnel who would be showing up to do the work.

I received objective advice of the pros and cons on a new unit vs repairing an old unit. They also took pictures of my roof for me while they were up there. Friendly, courteous, and experienced team. I will use them for my ongoing maintenance and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Great team.

I've enlisted Expert HVAC several times in the past and they've always been prompt, helpful, and fair. The technician who visited today (Mike T.) was no exception, and was very informative as to the work performed, and the problem he discovered. My house feels night and day different after his service, and I'm extremely grateful.

Wonderful experience. Had scheduled appointment with Expert HVAC for systems maintenance but before the service could be performed our upstairs unit stopped working. Expert HVAC was able to squeeze a service call in immediately. The technician Mike T. arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad motor in the air handler. The technician had a motor on his truck and spent the next 3 hours making the fix in the hot attic. Mike went above and beyond. And the cost for the immediate service and repair was exceptionally reasonable. We will continue to use Expert for our HVAC needs.

I couldn't be happier. The company I was using for my air conditioner, plumbing and electrician were scamming me up one side and down the other. I will only use you from now on and I will refer you to everyone I know. You guys are the best. Leslie who works in the office was so kind to me on the phone and asked all the questions she needed to before sending out a technician. The technician was Logan and he was phenomenal. I will request him for my next service date.

Highly recommend Expert HVAC Services! Our air conditioning system quit working when it was 115+ degrees and they had a technician come out within an hour. We had a new unit installed a little over a day later. Technicians were very professional and explained everything in detail. Oh, and the most important thing is I received an incredible deal on a new unit!

I love the service and speed and care that expert hvac has. They are fast, knowledgeable, and provide solutions quickly at an affordable rate. They are not like the competitors and I plan on using their services due to their service and willingness to help. I recommend to all of my contacts and will continue doing business with companies who stand out above the rest.

These guys are the best in the business! Their customer service is excellent! Anna is always helpful, professional and courteous when I call. I have to rave on their technician Mike T. He is super knowledgeable, honest and very clear in his explanations of the problem at hand. He’ll tell you straight away what the problem is and what needs to be done not any extras never tries to tack on any extra charges or services. I have called them over and over many times because of this excellent honest service that I receive and I 100% recommend them for your business or your home. Oh and did I mention they’re affordable! Very fair and just pricing! I just can’t say enough how great and how pleased I am with this company! True professionalism like this is hard to find.

Mike has worked on my HVAC several times. Always professional He's always recommended the right fix without overselling me and has kept my older unit running for over 10 years since he first served it.

Logan has Serviced my AC unit for the past few years. He is always very friendly professional and you just know he'll do the job correctly. When I call Expert HVAC I know the job will be done well and the price will be fair.

Mike T. came out to inspect our heater and air conditioning. Did a great job! Fast, honest service and was so pleasant to work with! Would definitely recommend!

This place saved us from a service that if I would’ve listened to installer sent instead of service tech We would’ve payed 1500$ and ruined our 2022 unit! When I got their name from our posted park recommended HVAC. Was in the park came over, had to finish service as it’s getting dark. With the callout and the 1# of refrigerant it was low on cost was $115 not $1500. I’ve set them up for yearly maintenance they called me to do the winter check, not only checked everything out, they installed ac cartridge and fixed a leaking faucet, helped me set my smart thermostat up on internet and checked the filter which I had installed upside down! They are fantastic. With the yearly maintenance they called to schedule when due, came next day and I did not have to call them! These people are fantastic! Only service technician come out, not an installer who has no clue on maintenance side! As you can see can’t say enough good about this company and their staff!

Logan and Grayson came out and serviced 7 of our units. They also completed the necessary repairs and discovered another issue with a gas burner malfunction. Showed up on time and completed all necessary work and repairs in a timely manner and for a good price. Would absolutely recommend Expert HVAC to anyone looking for affordable and professional services to be done. I will be using these guys again in the future.

Top grade company. The owner Gabe has put together a top notch team of experts and office staff. They follow the highest quality workmanship and ethects. I can say from service to new construction to replacement this is the only company I use on the 80k square foot buildings I manage, you will agree once you use them

After discovering another company was taking advantage of my fiance I contacted Expert HVAC to get a second opinion. Logan came out on time, listened to our concerns, and proceeded to check everything over. He provided pictures along the way, along with an honest explanation of what was and wasn't needed. He didn't try to up-sell us anything else either. I will continue doing business with them and highly recommend anyone else needing an HVAC company to give them the opportunity to earn your business as well.

Gabe showed up in a timely manner to do the initial inspection of the AC/Heat Pump and explained the issues with old unit. Provided 3 different options of units for replacement with pricing. I selected the best unit out of the 3 options and an appointment for install was readily scheduled. Patrick and crew showed up promptly the morning of installation for the new heat pump. This was a roof top installation and the whole process of old system removal and new system install was completed in around 3 hours. Expert HVAC Services installed my previous unit and it lasted 14 years in the brutal Arizona desert climate. I would recommend them for service or unit replacements.

Had them out today and did an amazing Job, highly recommended. Install is very clean and love how cold my garage is now. Customer service is as top notch as well.

Brian did a wonderful job repairing my split. He did a lot of troubleshooting before he was faced with the last resort, putting in a new outside unit. Which he had on hand. I will request his help if I ever need it in the future. Thanks Brian!
