I highly recommend AZ Premier air conditioning! I had them install 2 mini splits for me and the job from start to finish was the best, plus, they gave a price that could not be beat ! The experience was so good I just had them out again to install a third one and my cousin installed one at my suggestion that he loves. Mini splits really keep the summer AC bill down which makes me very happy. David was the installer and he’s great at making sure you are happy before he leaves.

David handled the installation of the mini split system to my garage and he was very meticulous in his work and explained what was going to be done making sure locations were where I wanted the system to to be located. Start to finish everything was outstanding, sales through final installation. The technical sales person provided detailed data on the mini spilt system that they recommend versus the system that a competitor recommended. While both mini spilts were new 1.5 ton TCL units there was a significant difference in the two systems.

David, the HVAC technician was outstanding, professional, polite and answered all of my technical questions clearly. I’ve worked as a semiconductor facilities manager for over 10 years. The quality of David’s workmanship and knowledge was top level. I highly recommend! David even painted the covers for the high and low pressure lines to match the house. In house, no additional charge warranty on top of TCL 10 year warranty is the best that I found in my research.

We recently had our entire A/C unit replaced and I can’t recommend Mike Jones with Cousins A/C enough.

He was incredibly responsive and showed up quickly, which already set him apart. From the start, Mike was straightforward, honest, and gave us real information without any pressure or bs. After getting multiple estimates with conflicting advice, it was refreshing to work with someone who clearly knew what he was talking about and took the time to explain everything.

On top of offering fair pricing, he also went the extra mile by helping us add an additional supply duct to our master bedroom, which had always struggled to get enough airflow compared to the rest of the house. That alone made a huge difference, our master is chilly now.

The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I’m really glad we trusted our gut and went with Mike and Cousins A/C. 100% would recommend!
