If I could leave a zero star review I would. Owner is extremely rude and arguably racist. Was extremely disrespectful and said some pretty hurtful things. I was just looking for a price quote and received a terrible experience in return. Couldn’t recommend this company less.

Best A/C company out there. They are efficient and honest. He came out the same day and fixed my A/C!! Good people running good companies are hard to come by, but this is one of them!

My upstairs AC unit broke down late at night. I called Mike first thing the next morning and he was able to have the work done by that afternoon. He was fast, friendly and honest about the work that needed to be done.

I had a new unit installed by a top ac company 2018 and this year I experienced a cooling issue. The company that installed it came out and found a leak and repaired it under warranty. That night same issue with poor cooling. They sent another tech the next day and he said pressures were fine and that I needed new duct work for $500. Still not cooling and not satisfied with that response I called Mike at Cousin's for a second opinion at 6pm on a Sunday night. He was at my house within hours hooked up his gauges and in minutes said I was low on refrigerant. He filled to proper level and my unit was cooling as it should.

We had our units go out late one evening during the summertime. Mike made his way to our house as soon as he could that evening. His quote for replacing two units was very competitive with others we had received. We chose to use him because we felt like he was being fair and honest. During the install, Mike was sure to make an appearance to check on things and his guys worked incredibly hard! This winter, we noticed a couple of rooms were not receiving heat. We contacted Mike over the weekend and by Monday, he sent out Michael to help us. Michael was on time, got to work immediately, and completed the job at no charge as a thank you and courtesy for using Cousins Air over the summer. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Cousins Air Conditioning. Over the past 2 years, we've used them for clean and checks, replacing an AC unit and for a furnace service call. I've found the owner and technicians responsive, friendly and they have reasonable rates.

I will highly recommend cousins air for their timely and exceptional customer service.
I used their service when my heating unit shut off abruptly. I got the appointment the next day and the professional they sent could identify the problem and decided not to charge me a single penny because it was just a mistrigger of a shut off valve which caused the heating unit to turn off.
I was very impressed with there honesty and will use their service in the future

A large company that spends $$$ on advertising came to my home and wanted to charge me over $5k for a compressor. I called Mike for a second opinion and thank goodness I did! He came out and was an actual tradesman and fixed a connector and my air was back up and running. He was at my house less than 20 min saved us over $5k. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. The honesty alone, not only the fact he was able to come the same day, showed up on time, and actually fixed our issue. Every wonderful review is absolutely true. COUSINS AIR will be the ONLY place we will ever call!

Highly recommend this company! 114 out today and our air stopped working at 4:30 pm. After calling the company who repaired the AC 1 month ago, they couldnt come by until the next evening. I called Cousins AC based off a recommendation and I was beyond impressed. Mike said he could get someone out here within an hour and a half. Christen showed up, got to work and our air was working by 6:45. I honestly can not thank you all enough for your outstanding customer service! I will now use and recommend Cousins AC to everyone I know.

I can't emphasize enough how pleased I am with the service provided by Cousins Air Conditioning, particularly Mike, who is an absolute professional. Last night, our air conditioning unit failed us at 3 AM. As this has been a scorching year for the Phoenix area, I was concerned about how quickly we could resolve this.
