Had them come out to diagnose and repair our condenser. Response time was impeccable, and when I had a question about the price, my concerns were put at ease immediately. Cousins are a rare breed of honesty and integrity. Give them a call.

You are not going to find a better company to work with. Mike and the entire team at Cousins AC have done work for us several times. Great experience every time.

So I came home today and was greeted with the ac blowing hot, and it's 90 in the house, so without even sitting down i called Mike with cousins air and within 30 minutes mike was here with his trusted assistant(son) and in less then 10 minutes all was good.  We had Cousins Air replace our unit a few years ago and was the best purchase we have made.

After a horrible experience with a previous company we had been with for years we found Mike with Cousins AC I was told a window and he showed up an hour early and was able to resolve the issue in less than 45 min. He was professional, kind, and took the time to show us what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I will absolutely be using him again and referring to anyone who needs his service.

Armando es muy profesional, sabe muy bien su trabajo, me explicó el problema que tenia mi casa y solucionó el problema aparte me aclaró varias dudas que tenia soble la plomeria y nuevas tecnologias que ya existen para obtimizar y prolongar la vida de estas.

Tuve una emergencia un sábado y había agua tirándose por todos lados. Gustavo llego a los 30 minutos después de llamar a Plomero en Phoenix con mi emergencia.

No solo solucionó mi problema en aproximadamente 30 minutos, sino que me hizo saber por qué ocurrió el problema. Resultó que el plomero anterior no hizo las reparaciones adecuadas.

Estoy muy agradecido e impresionado con la profesionalidad y honestidad de Gustavo. Llamaré y preguntaré por el por cualquier trabajo futuro.

Llamé a tci home solutions porque uno de mis amigos me los recomendó. Mi esposa y yo hemos querido instalar un sistema de filtración de agua por mucho tiempo porque solíamos tener uno en nuestra antigua casa. El técnico fue excelente para explicar los diferentes sistemas y pudo completar la instalación el mismo día. En general, estamos muy contentos con el servicio. Muchas Gracias.
