My AC went out around 8pm on June 12,2025 temperatures rouse to 88 degrees in my house. I called a company to go fixed my AC, the company I called walked away from the job, I have a family kids and fur babies no one was able to go and helped. Finally I came crossed Desert heat HVAC mechanical LLC. I spoke to Mr. Alex about my issue, their shop is in Glendale AZ I live in San Tan Valley AZ thats an hour away. Mr. Alex and Mr. Rick dispute they were booked with appointments they found a way to go to my house and helped us with the AC issue. I will Obsolutly recommend their services to anyone I know. We've used Desert Heat several times for replacing AC units and repairing for both our house and a rental home. They do good work and a good price, are very responsive. I highly recommend then if you need an AC company.

We just had the tech come out on a Sunday after our home unit stopped working Saturday around 3pm. He got it back up and working before 1130 on a day scheduled to be 113. Our tech was friendly, knowledgeable and felt like it was a friend helping us.

Pedro and his apprentice were very efficient. Found the problem quickly. When the parts came in everything was already put together and just needed a few minutes for install and our house was cooling again!

I’m very happy with the service we received from the vendor who came to fix our air conditioning. They were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything step by step—from the work they were doing to tips on how to keep the area cool using fans .The air conditioning is now working wonderfully, even better than last year when it was extremely hot. Honestly, if I had known how great their service was, I would’ve contacted American Home much sooner. Five stars without a doubt!

Our A/C was down about a week ago and Desert Heat was contacted by our property manager to complete the job. My experience was great the issue was located quickly and once the part arrived it was literally an in and out type of service. Received calls all through out really attentive and super courteous employees.
