After a poor experience with a previous vendor, I was assigned your company through Old Republic Home Protection. I was very impressed when I received a call within an hour of the assignment. You scheduled me for the next day between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM with a technician named Alex.

Alex arrived promptly at 10:00 AM and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After I described the issue, he immediately began troubleshooting. He checked the thermostat and the unit on the roof, determining the problem was an electrical relay. Alex fixed the issue within 90 minutes, took pictures, and provided helpful recommendations.

This is the second time I have used them. Our ac stopped working today and he came the same day and fixed a bad wire. The first time he replaced a valve that saved us from buying a new unit saving us thousands of dollars.

Our AC went out, and UFIRST Heating and Cooling was quick to respond and fixed our AC fast. And all at an affordable price!

They were sopost to return my call to see what was wrong with it and if I wanted them to fix. They never called back. They just fix it without my consent and charge me $120

Something about an a/c system is very intimidating." Might blow up" is what I was taught so don't touch the thermostat. Brandon with UFIRST made every detail clear and answered my many detailed questions in a polite professional manner. Living in Glendale, AZ having an A/c company near to home is essential due to extreme weathers in summer so UFIRST is the perfect fit. I will be using again for any future heating or cooling needs.

I called UFirst after a home inspection, concerned about what the inspector “found”. Juan came out the same day and reviewed the supposed issues with me. He took the time to walk me through what his diagnostic tools were telling him, made some minor adjustments and was fairly priced. I would not hesitate to use UFirst again in the future!
