Tim, Maurice, Jeff and the team at Advantage installed a new Lennox Pure Air two stage system in our home in 2022, including duct work. This summer we had a vibration issue with the main unit which was initially not a big deal, but we called Advantage back in August for a second look. They fixed it no questions asked, no charge. I have had the best home improvement experience with Advantage Home Performance since moving to Arizona six years ago. I purchased a 76-year-old home in a Historic District. As with other older homes, things must be modified, upgraded, and replaced. I engaged AHP to perform an Energy Audit to install new insulation and upgrade ductwork.

I especially want to commend Ricky, your Energy Auditor.

He is a superb educator and communicator. I knew nothing about airflow, duct leakage and restrictions, insulation, HVAC systems operations, etc. Ricky took the time to patiently explain how we could make our home more energy efficient and reduce/manage our energy consumption. His knowledge is impressive, and our insulation and ductwork jobs were performed flawlessly – on time and on budget. Further, after the work was completed, I had a few questions. Ricky responded immediately with the same level of attentiveness and personalized service.

Here is my editorial: Great service combined with solid, reputable, customer-centric companies has become increasingly difficult to find.

Timothy did a great job! He and the crew were kinda and took the time to explain the different pieces they installed and the reasons and effect that the equipment, sealing and balancing installation they did will have on my homes efficiency and performance. They did their jobs in a professional and timely manner . I'm already noticing such an improvement to the comfort and air quality of my home. I highly recommend Timothy and his crew. Thank you!

Juan Mendoza and his crew Sergio, Givi? (female) and two others were on time, friendly and ready to work. Juan took the time over the two day install to keep me informed of the progress. At the end of the job, I had concerns about the area where lines enter the house (pests). Juan took the time to reseal and re caulk the area. Juan and his crew answered any questions I had which I appreciated. I would recommend Advantage Home Performance and a big thanks to everyone.

I just came off of two bad experiences with contractors so my bar was set pretty low. But Juan and his crew are tradesmen gods! Even tho my house is old and the amount of “unknowns” were considerable, they had every single supply and material on site and were able to stay with the original schedule. To say they are perfectionists is an understatement. I love my new unit, the new dormer, the vent fan, it’s perfect! Plus, they are just the nicest, most respectful guys I’ve met in a long time.

The team of workers were professional and courteous while they worked hard on my lovely Mobile-Home. I am grateful to have air conditioning and heating upgrades and all the other generous weather rising applications that were remedied. The clean up was great and they worked til my work was done well! Thank you. I highly recommend you.

It was a very pleasant Experience. There were five guys that worked on my heating/cooling system, under the supervision of Juan Mendoza. Each seem to know their own job and get right to it.
They all seem to work well with each other and It was nice to have my air conditioning back by the end of the day.
They were very considerate of my furniture and my space, answering any questions I had with full confidence.
Cleaning up after themselves, I could tell was a concern of theirs, because they checked each other‘s work.
I will definitely be recommending them!!!

Kevin and his crew were professional, friendly, and courteous. Installing a new Daikin mini-split. They also did a great job with correct ducting issues left over from the old unit. The team also did a thorough job on the clean up.

Ok, this is all a dream.... But Advantage Home Performance was recommended to us by Efficiency AZ and the rest is history. Extremely pleased with their Heat Pump installation, Insulation r&r, and ductwork repairs. After interviewing HVAC companies for 2+ years I finally found a guy that could answer my questions. Matt knew what we needed without us even knowing what we needed. Install crew was amazing and they upgraded our environmental conditions ten thousand percent. We no longer hear the freight train sounding AC and no more hot spots. The house is so comfortable and quiet... It must be a dream... Seriously TY

I had a new unit installed and Juan, Francisco, Jose, Oscar & Marcos were my technicians. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Once the work was completed they walked me through how to use my new thermostat and didn’t complain about the extra trip back to address a sensor issue. I look forward to our continued partnership as I have warranty with them for my unit.

Juan Mendoza & his crew - Jorge Cruz, Jose Cruz & Sergio Garcia - did an excellent job on weatherization of my old (120 years!) house, fixing electrical & plumbing issues and coping with multiple improperly done repairs accumulated over the years. They were friendly, professional and explained what was being done and why. Great guys, willing to put in long hours to make sure things were done right, above and beyond the initial work order. Very pleased with the insulation work done for my 17 year old home by the Advantage Home Performance team (Ricky, Francisco, Rafael, and Bret). All the AHP team was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The insulation team was very diligent and thorough doing their work. When they finished, the insulation coverage was uniform throughout my attic. Thank you AHP for doing outstanding work.

Jorge R. Bret,Roman and Geve, sorry bad with names. They showed up bright and early. Hardest workers I have ever seen. Up and down. In and out. They saved my family from spending another day in an over heated oven of a house. Can't thank them enough!
Group 2 Francisco and Rafael did the insulation of the home after the ACs were installed. They were up there in the hot hot attic area all day long. Working hard didn't complain didn't stop did an amazing job. Cleaned up their work area better than I had it before they got here. I would recommend this team and this company every time.

I won't know how well it will help my system until down the road but David, Rafael and Fransico installed a return on one of my AC units and also touched up installation.

Timely, polite and left no mess. My wife was expecting a lot of insulation near the entrance to the attic but they cleaned it all up.

Hopefully this will help with my hvac system.

Juan Mendoza and his crew were amazing! They had our old a/c unit out in no time, and they even replaced the old duct work. They installed a beautiful new a/c unit and we are loving it!
