Our family vacation home was in dire need of an air handler and air conditioner replacement. Guaranteed Comfort was the only place we called that could do a same day estimate and next day install and they also happened to have the best price. The sale and installation process was flawless. Christopher made my wife and I feel very comfortable and was amazing to work with. We highly recommend Guaranteed Comfort and have already referred them to our friends.

Advantage Home Performance was amazing for hey did the installation in my attic and they did an excellent job. I wrote down the names of the three gentleman that were here but can’t find it sorry guys! But I definitely recommend them for any service you need done.

Great and efficient service by Matt and his crew. They worked in the attic during the heat of the summer to install a new AC/Furnace. The crew was friendly and helpful. Working with AHP was a really good experience.

This company is unlike any I have ever dealt with. They were SO nice (and I have spoken with at least 8 different people here) and they genuinely care about their customers and the work they are doing. The communication was great, they were at my house when they said they would be, and highly knowledgeable. We did not have a single issue!! That's unheard of, for me. They installed a new AC, furnace, sealed up the ducts, added insulation, sealed around the can lights, etc. I highly recommend this company.

I could not be happier with my service from Advantage. Their customer service was exceptional, the men who came to do the work showed up early, they were friendly and ready to get the job done. They were efficient and they cleaned up quickly and it was all done in just a couple of hours! Advantage Home Performance sent 3 Amazing guys out to install my new heat pump- furnace/AC unit. Juan Mendoza was the team leader, and his team of two other guys were Stephen Hudson and Carlos Esquivel. They were very kind, very thorough, very careful in getting it done correctly and tested it thoroughly. They were patient with all of my questions along the way.
They took all of the old vent registers down and replaced them. This was not an easy task since the original company had stuffed the registers in without letting the putty dry. They needed to be pulled and tugged at and bent in the process, and then the inside glue cut off of the wood, and the metal pieces needed to be pushed up and cut out of the hole area. This was a HUGE project. These guys had super patience and determination as they persevered to get this all done correctly. When the vents were all cleaned up they very carefully placed good putty on the inside and painted the area white so no metal would show. They gave the putty overnight to dry so that if I need to remove them for some reason in the future they will easily come out. They also fixed the problems they found inside the vents and there were some crazy problems up in there. I am very impressed with their carefulness to do the job right and their patience to deal with the hurdles they had to overcome to do it.
They were thorough in explaining everything about the unit to me and left me with a year supply of air filters.
They also cut the bottom of the bedroom doors and installed vents for return air flow. They installed a motion-sensored fan in the guest bathroom, a new smoke alarm in the living room and changed out all of the light bulbs to make sure they are LED low energy and some are brighter than they were before. Their team leader, Juan Mendoza made sure I had a contact number in case there was a problem. I am very impressed. I give all 3 of these guys 5 stars.

So far I'm very pleased with Advantage Home. Their representative, Austin, who came out to scope the work and the site, ie, my home, was just wonderful!

I had lots of questions and he answered every one patiently and professionally. When he arrived he obliged me by donning the new mask I offered without complaint. As a senior these things mean a lot.
