This was my first major repair. I was happy with the quality work the technicians preformed and was overall all pleased with my experience.

They made a very big error on the install of my AC unit when home was built. They placed a union fitting inside my outside home wall.

My ac went out the day before my vacation I have 7 kids single father I called them and the repair guy came out within a hour and fixed it in no time .big ups to isaac timm my kids love u now.

Do yourself a favor. Call any other company. $2000 to replace a coil that was under warranty.

Tanner was the tech that services are home a couple days. Great service, I was worried due to poor reviews but was pleasantly surprise. A good tech goes a long way.

Horrible new installation. They try to weld copper to aluminum and 80% of it fails and leaks. I will never recommend this company for new install or service.. The EPA Will be notified about there new buld installation on HVAC systems..

Like every other review, get ready for EXPENSIVE annual or more repairs because of horrible workmanship and installation! This company has a horrible reputation for a reason.

Installed our HVAC in 2016. It has had a leak 3 times due to a terrible install. They used an aluminum line set to a copper unit. The metals react and corrode causing a leak in the same spot every 2 years.Our entire neighborhood has the same issue and Chas Roberts is doing nothing to fix the issue.
