My home office gets miserable when the air conditioning breaks. The tech showed up within two hours and cleared out all the dust and junk that was clogging the outside fan. Everything was running quiet and cold again by lunchtime. Glad I gave them a call.

We just bought our first house in Canyon Trails and the air conditioning completely died on our second week. We honestly dont know the first thing about how these HVAC systems even work. The crew came out and just swapped the broken control box on the wall for a new one. It was a really simple fix and they were great to work with. I will recommend them to anyone in need of AC repair services.

My upstairs a/c unit started blowing hot air late Friday night and they were able to come out Saturday morning to take a look at it. Had the a/c blowing cold air within 20 minutes of arriving. Great service and great pricing especially since some places charge extra for non Monday-Friday work. Will be using them again if needed and recommend them to friends.

Being new home owners we are still learning how things really work and what to pay attention to. Our neighbor let us know that one of the pipes was leaking and that shouldn't happen. We tried doing things ourselves but know we needed to call an expert. A/C Expertek had high reviews so we called them first. The first tech that came out was really friendly and knowledgable. He fixed our clog in our pipes, but we still had a leak after a week and half. They came back out, took a second look, saw a different problem and fixed it. They also educated my husband and myself on what to look for in the attic and how to properly take care of the units.

Living in AZ, you do not want your AC to go out in the summer! We both feel after both techs came out and not only fixed our problem twice, but educated us how AC units work throughout the house, we would recommend them to anyone!

Bryce and his team worked diligently to get our AC system back up and running. He was very fair and reasonable in his pricing and went above and beyond to help us with our AC unit. Definitely recommend!

Moved to AZ with no idea who to call for service. Heard good things about the place so gave them a call. Customer service scheduled appt around my needs. Service Tech ON TIME, clean and thorough. Price was competitive. Why wouldn't I use them again? They were better than any I used where I came from.

Pricing is reasonable for honest work. Work was done in 3.5 hrs and quality of work was not rushed. Overall process was smooth. Bryce takes the time to answer any questions the customer has. Bryce and his staff are very friendly and professional, I would recommend them as the experience was excellent.

If I could give them more than five star, I would! My AC started blowing hot air and the company that my insurance wanted to send couldn't come until the next day even after I told them that I have a child with a severe heart condition and can't take this kind of heat. I called AC Expertek around 2 p.m and Candy was very sweet and simpatetic to my situation, she told me they were all booked, but she would get with her guys and see if they could help me. She called me back not even 5 minutes later to tell me that they would squeeze me in for same day and that her techs would know how to handle the insurance. Derrick was at my house by 8 and had my Ac back on by 8.45. He was very knowledgeable, fast and made sure all my questions were answered. They have gained a customer for life and I will be recommending them to everyone! I cannot thank you guys enough! It's hard to find companies with this kind of work ethics!

Superb service. I have significant experience in A/C repairs from the electrical side but do not handle the refrigerant side. A previous quote explained the condenser was bad and needed replacement for $3800. The explanation sounded suspect so I got a second opinion. ACExpertex arrived just 15min after my call. As I thought, the compressor inside the condenser was bad. I was provided with three options and prices and excellent advice. I decided to replace the entire unit, and it only cost $3000. They were back the next morning and done in under 2 hours. Very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable technicians!!

A/C ExperTek is fantastic. I just used them for the second time. The first time another air conditioning company said I needed a new air conditioner and wanted to sell me one for $5000. A/C ExperTek came out and found that I only needed a larger capacitor to give me more surge at startup time. They put in a larger capacitor and it worked fine for years. Had another problem today and they found that the breaker had gone bad and replaced it and now it is fixed. They are great at fixing your existing air conditioner rather than trying to sell you a new air conditioner like most companies do. They have great technical skills and are very reliable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service! Bryce (the owner) and a new young man he was training came to do a tune up/maintenance on my A/C unit. Both were nice and took the time to explain what they were checking, why and way the norms should be. They will be coming out in the fall before I run the furnace for sure!

The a/c unit in my parents home broke when we were on vacation. We were able to get a tech to come out within 2 hours of our call. My AC went out at 10PM. I called several places the next day and half either did not return my phone call or were unable to perform emergency service on the same day. I called A/C ExperTek and I explained my situation. The receptionist was able to squeeze me into their tight schedule. Robert arrived 4 hours later and fixed my AC unit in less than an hour. I was very pleased with my service with AC Expertek. I've used them for general checkups for the past 2 years and always I can trust them. They are not out to sell me service/ repairs, I don't need,. This week I fell in dire need because my AC unit stopped working. Bryce came out and assessed my situation within 24 hours and he replaced my unit within the next 24 hours.
