You don't have to worry about him or his company do anything shady like many other A/C companies out there! I have found my go to A/C company! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had an AC emergency in 113° heat! Bryce showed up on time and was SUPER professional, friendly, and helpful. He was able to quickly assess the issue and explain it in easy to understand terms. And though we were not able to have AC ExperTek repair our system due to our warranty, we would have used ExperTek for repairs with full confidence! Keeping this number on hand for life's unexpected events.

Robert was our technician and he was very professional and courteous. They were very responsive and showed up early in the time window they provided. He fixed a burned out contactor on our AC compressor in about 30 mins for a reasonable price and now our AC is blowing cold air. Nice work and we definitely recommend!

This service was unbelievably quick and efficient. After being denied service from other companies because of our home warranty plan, we were running out of options until we ran across A/C Expertek who told us why we were being denied by others and that they can at least check it out for us. One hour after Bryce arrived, he had it completely fixed and was on his way, saving us from another night of sleeping in a house that peaked at 97°F. Our animals appreciated it as much as we did.

Had phoned a couple of companies who fix AC systems and they did not have the courtesy to return my calls so I tried AC Expertek and they were able to service my AC and did so promptly, all good.Derrick came by and serviced them and did all the checks to make sure the system was working for the Summer cooling season . So for two units around $160 plus dollars . Great ,and all was good.
A few weeks later I then noticed I needed a different flow in master as it had more sun exposure and felt stuffy so called them in again...
They came out and installed more efficient ducting and installed baffles and balanced the airflow to compensate for the different exposure areas of my home . I was very happy that they spent so much time to check all the ducting and manage the airflow to the different rooms . Nice to see people that have pride in their work and want all their customers to be 100% satisfied .
I will highly recommend A/C ExperTek and their crew to any who want a knowledgeable , reliable and responsible company that works hard to gain the trust of their customers . Thanks again to Bryce and his crew .

The company really took my needs to heart. I was able to schedule service within 24 hours. The tech, Robert, was able to come early which was awesome! He completed the service quickly and efficiently, made some suggestions to help me out and was just super pleasant. He waited a few minutes once the a/c was running to make sure it stayed on. The entire time was less than half an hour. Robert really knew his stuff! I'm quite pleased with A/C ExperTek services and highly recommend them!

The team at A/C Expertek has been my go to for all of my air conditioning repairs ever since they rescued me from a broken unit 4 years ago on an 118 degree day. Perhaps the best recommendation I can give is that when I purchased a new home knowing it would need new units I had no doubts that A/C Expertek would be doing the install. Just to be sure I got several quotes and not only did A/C Expertek have the best price but their complimentary maintenance plan was unequaled by any company we spoke to.

On a personal note, it's hard to say how much it means to me as a customer that the owner of the company is onsite for the install and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty doing the same work his other installers do. The whole team is friendly and seem like genuinely good people and their professionalism, and genuine concern for making sure we were comfortable and happy with our new units are a guarantee that we'll be customers for life.

Worst company to ever deal with! We have recently purchased a new home where R&K had done some work. We have no heat, so I reached out. I was told he had some work in the mountains but would be by. We waited all day to get a message that it would have to be the next day. But they they went ghost and ignored all our messages and calls. We have traveled 1800 miles to have a house with no heat! DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible customer service.

So prompt and wonderful! Were on time, quote was extremely reasonable, did the work, and totally explained everything. Other big name companies were trying to get me to replace my 3 yo unit for $15k and Rick checked it all out, fixed what needed to be fixed and did the work needed for under $3k and unit works perfectly. Definitely worth using a mom & pop company! Will recommend them everytime to everyone

DO NOT RECOMMEND. this company doesn’t send invoices or work done to your home. First time they came to my home they were here for 5 mins and left. Then second time they came out they looked at a different unit and said it had problems. Took them 2 days to submit a claim, never send invoices or info on work done to your home, and are very hard to communicate with.

I called our home warranty Sunday night, August 4 at 5 o’clock. Left a message. They sent the request to sea breeze cooling and heating. Monday morning they call me at 8 o’clock in the morning set my appointment for 11 o’clock that day technician came out 11:10 located the problem fixed it. It took all 10-20 minutes. He was so efficient straight to work and I am so grateful.we have air again.

Do not allow them to service your equipment. We dispatched a work order to seabreeze HVAC through our warranty provider FNHW. seabreeze came out twice to fix the same issue. after the second time they came out the fan motor burned up in the middle of the night. I had to shut off all the breakers at 3am and air out the entire upstairs as there was an insane smoke smell through the whole home. we have now been without this unit working for a week and a half.

Had these guys come to check out my HVAC unit. A guy opens it up, stares directly inside the HVAC unit, says there is nothing wrong with it and tops off the refrigerant. We ask if he'd like to examine the ducts as well because the system is not cooling. He blows us off, saying we'd have to pay out of pocket as it was not covered by our warranty, which was a bold-faced lie.

I had my warranty company call another company to check out the unit, and had actual competent people tell me what was wrong, and why this company are dangerously and maliciously incompetent:

My HVAC unit is missing its compressor. And the refrigerant is not a type that has been used in decades due to how damaging it is to the atmosphere.

This company looked straight into my unit, saw the bad refrigerant, SAW THE MISSING COMPRESSOR, and looked me straight in the eyes and told me there was nothing wrong with the unit.

This company is a complete waste of time, money, and resources and I would give them negative stars if possible. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting.

Sea Breeze Cooling went above and above when I called them for an urgent repair. Within an hour, the technician was there, promptly resolved the problem, and provided a thorough explanation. Excellent service for a reasonable cost.

Technician showed up earlier than the allotted time which worked out since our A/C was out and it was getting hot! He was quick and was able to replace the broken part getting us air just in time before the noon hour!!
