I have been a customer of A/C Expertek for at least 15 years and couldn't be more pleased with their service and with Bryce. They quickly determine the problem and the fix, and get the work done timely. Their service is beyond excellent, and as busy as he is, Bryce always manages to fit us in if we have an emergency.

I highly recommend A/C Expertek for heating and air-conditioning service and installation.

Both technicians were extremely friendly & respectful! Took the time to explain what happened to my unit as well as how to care for it ! They work fast & showed up on time ☺️ ! They were even able to come out to us ASAP compared to other companies we had tried that would put us weeks out. I highly recommend them & will use them again in the future !!

These guys are fantastic. We had WIlliam out to the house for a check-up on our A/C before the summer started. He explained everything and the price was very reasonable. In addition, they came out same day! You can tell these guys understand that it is about building a relationship with the customer, not charging them as much as possible as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

Had William out again. Amazing price for the work we had done! Seriously, call these guys before you call anyone else. They are my only AC guys.

My A/C broke down. Had a company come and they confirmed a bad compressor. ETA 14 days to get the part. 94F in the house. I called 4 companies and they all wouldn't even check for a compressor unless they sent a tech out 1st. I talked to Bryce, he took the extra time to listen to me, he asked a few questions, gave me options to get the compressor. Compressor came in next day, and shoot, he installed it by 11:30 am.. worked clean, A/C humms, professional, made sure everything was connected to spec. What more can you really ask for?? Amazing job!!

Our unit stopped working at 7 pm on a very hot July evening. A/C ExperTek had a technician at my home in less than an hour. He discovered the problem almost immediately, had the needed part available on his truck, fixed our unit quickly and charged us a very reasonable rate. By 8:30 pm my house was comfortable again and I was a very happy customer. I recommend this company very highly!

Well, my upstairs unit blew the compressor and freon was gone. After going through 2 flake companies, I found ACExpertek online. I called Bryce (very helpful, knew exactly what I was talking about).... Bryce had William call me within an hour (9pm)... William would have came out here right away to get me up and running but we have 2 units and we slept downstairs. We were good.... So the next day, William comes out as scheduled, I couldn't ask for a nicer guy, my boys ages 16 and 8 asked to help him out. He was so nice, he let them help him, explained what he was doing and what it meant. My boys really looked up to him as a person. Overall, it was a super amazin experience. I've already refered them to a coworker. Not to mention, the price was the lowest we could find. :)

I woke up in the middle of the night to a very hot house. Called several companies to see about repairs. Left several messages. A/C ExperTek was the only one who actually answered their phone. They scheduled a same day appointment. Robert, the technician, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem. He didn't have the parts for my 15 year old unit on hand, but he was able to find them and install them at 6am the following day. Very satisfied with their services. Highly recommend.

Great experience with A/C ExperTek Service and Install! Showed up on time, went right to work! Also informed us of a serious problem with our dryer vent; recommending someone to take care of the problem! I would recommend Bryce and A/C ExperTek to anyone! I am a renting tenant so I don’t have the knowledge to speak about cost; however, Bryce was friendly, helpful, prompt and responsive. Most important, he fixed the problem. My ac was working and the house was considerably cooler within a half hour of Bryce arriving and 24-hours of when I reported the problem. I thought I would have to wait until Monday, but Bryce and his coworker came out on a Saturday and took care of it. I could not have asked for anything more. Thanks Bryce!

They were very professional over the phone and their technician was at our house as agreed. I had them quote me to evacuate and leak check my new system. I thought the price was too expensive at $475 for 1.5 hours of labor but needed to get it done so I gave them the job. During the job, the technician told me his gauges were out of calibration so there is no way of knowing if he put a good vacuum on my system before adding the Freon. This was the most critical part of the job! My delta t on the AC unit is low so it appears that I will need to call someone else to correct this and do it properly. I would not recommend using them.

Bryce was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly genuine. I had the misfortune to have my A/C unit break down in the middle of a hot june weekend. I called ExperTek late in the evening on a weekend and was promptly attended to, we made an appointment to inspect the unit on a Sunday and Bryce was there bright and early on Monday morning. Unfortunately the unit was beyond repair but Bryce was very reasonable and broke down what a unit would cost without me once feeling pressured or like I was getting an unfair deal. Again with the prompt service Bryce and his team came out the next morning and did a complete install in a few hours and had me up and running better than before. I cannot reccomend A/C ExperTek enough when it comes to price, knowledge, and honesty they can't be beat in the A/C bussiness!

These guys are the best! They came out on a Sunday, fixed our unit, and got us running again with cold air in about an hour. William was awesome, explained exactly what he was doing and why, and gave us some great tips on maintaining our system in the future. He was also very friendly, and very professional. The price was excellent and affordable.

Bryce and his company are amazing.  Being a father of 2, not having AC for almost 2 weeks in AZ is horrendous.  After having other companies fail to fix the problem, Bryce came on very short notice and was extremely helpful.  He explained much of what he was doing and also had the care to clean up the unit that was partially in shambles from previous vendors.

I dint even know where to begin. We had received quotes earlier in the day at the tune of $10k to $13k for a new AC system, and these all included a $1000 military discount. Then I got ahold of this company and Bryce was out within 30 minutes. I didn’t mention the other quotes at the time, but for the same size system AND furnace, his price was $2K under my lowest bid. (I wasn’t looking for the cheapest bid, just fair, and reasonable). Then to my surprise, the system was installed the next day!! I am so grateful for Bryce and his team for truly being a stand-up, honest contractor, even when it is a 100 degrees outside and he could have charged more.

Where do I start? Friendly, Honest, Reliable, Accurate Information, Great Price. I was in need of a new A/C unit and received an offer to bid from "Big Box USA". The Contractor that was to install came out to go over the details. After receiving the final bid I was not sure. Something - my gut instinct - was telling me to get another bid. I remember working closely with Bryce many years ago when I was in Property Management with much success. I checked my phone and I still had his contact info. I made the call. Bryce came out and provided me with a bid on the exact same system. Bryce also pointed out details the others did not. Well for those of you wondering about the price. Bryce was $1,300 less than Big Box's first offer and over $700 less than Big Box's follow up offer trying to close the deal with better price. After reading the reviews from Big Box's unhappy customers I was convinced I made the right Choice. Now that the unit is installed I am very happy I followed my gut instinct and got a better price, from a quality installer who is an honest down to earth small businessman that really appreciated my business. Paula and Bryce were extremely helpful getting our A/C fixed. In fact, they installed it 8 years ago and we experienced a condensation water leak. It turned out to be a very unusual cause (strange gelatinous stuff clogging the condensation line) which required three visits. Ordinarily, three visits is not good but each time Bryce made the effort to do additional research contacting Trane until he was able to get it fixed. And generously he didn't charge us for the extra visits. Overall, we are very happy with their service and knowledge and recommend them highly!

I had an issue with my downstairs AC units. Called A/C ExperTek to take a look at it. Bryce walked me through his step by step diagnostic. Turns out my compressor was locked up and needed to be replaced. He gave me all my options and related prices including pros and cons of each. I was able to pick the option that fit my budget and gave me best bang for my money. Price was fair. Bryce also came back the next day to check out of my other unit to see if there were any signs of it going bad. Everything checked out great. I would recommend A/C ExperTek
