Sea Breeze Cooling provided an exceptional service when our A/C stopped working in the middle of extreme heat in Arizona. The technician arrived promptly as promised even on a weekend and performed the necessary repairs at a reasonable price. I would surely recommend them to everyone I know.

Our upstairs a/c stopped last week. We were concerned that the compressor might have broken because it is 16 years old. Mr Waqar diagnosed the problem and changed the capacitor. He was prompt when we called him. His charges were very reasonable. We recommend this company for any ac work.

Seriously wishing negative stars were an option. Worst air conditioning company I have ever had to work with. Assigned through our home warranty company, they charged us $280, no invoice, told us not to have the ac set below 73 degrees, change the air filters (which I changed a week prior to them showing up), won’t return our calls, or answer their phone, no receipt, did something to our ac allowing us to think we just had to wait a few hours for the house to cool back down (to which it never did), and here we are with 8 kids and a 79 degree living room that has taken 4 hours to drop 2 degrees. Also, for a really good time, read the reviews on the BBB website for this company. Could be just me, but the positive reviews carry on with the same language and tone. Seems like a red flag.

Technician is extremely nice and knowledgable. Company is very easy to work with.

''Technician'' complained the whole time. They ordered the wrong compressor. Took them over a month to NOT fix the AC. Didn't honor/warranty their ''work's. Their customer service is horrendous. Oh yeah, their ''technician'' left their trash in my yard and STOLE property.

Excellent experience with this company. Put a home warranty claim in the night before and they were out by the next morning and fixed my ac unit on the spot. We did not even have to wait for parts.

Do not use this company! They came out after being assigned to my Home Warranty claim and stole a condensing unit out of my garage and installed it rather than installing the condensing unit that was provided by the home warranty. The unit in the garage was from an outside vendor that had given us a quote on another unit. Here I am after 3 months of fighting with them and I have not been reimbursed. I will be happy to update this review once the company does the right thing but until then, I have no other choice then to assume they stole a $1400 unit out of my garage and are unwilling to take responsibility.

Sea Breeze troubleshot my old ac system and due to projected costs to repair and revamp the old system, I decided that it was more cost effective if I installed a new ac unit all together ( outside and inside units). My furnace is in the attic not on the roof, so they had to break it appart to remove it and install a brand new one. They were on time bright and early with my new equipment on the drive way, and were done with the complete install just after noonish, cleaned up after themselves and hauled away old units. Now my home is energy efficient again :-). All in all I liked their punctuality and professionalism and the fact that they followed up with a call after feww weeks to make sure my ac was working well.

Would definitely not recommend this company. They showed up and first of all we're just not friendly people. Went and did the repair told me that it needed a new motor which it may or may not have I'm not sure because my unit still is not working. When I called and asked they just told me I need an electrician that I had a breaker problem which I never had prior to them walking onto my property. On top of it I gave them bottles of water and they just threw the empties on the ground. The saga continues, so besides being disrespectful, it turns out they are incompetent that it is not an eletrical problem, it is the unit. Disgraceful!

What an absolute disgrace for a company. You charged my 78-year-old mother $820 to repair her AC unit because you informed her it was not covered by the Home Warranty. It broke down one week later and the Home Warranty sent another team to fix it. It has been repaired and was covered 100% by the warranty, plus they took pictures and informed my mother that it had not been cleaned and there was an obvious hole in one of the coils. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of an elderly woman. I have tried multiple times to contact you, but you have chosen to ignore me. I hope this review helps others determine which AC repair provider they should use in the future.

The office dispatch team coordinated everything perfectly. They diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, keeping us cool when we needed it most. Highly recommend!

I called this AC repair service around 11:30 PM, for an emergency repair because my air conditioning unit completely stopped working during a heatwave, leaving my home uncomfortably hot. The technician who answered the phone was noticeably irritated and responded rudely, saying, “Why are you calling me at this time?” I explained the urgency of the situation, but their unprofessional tone made me feel dismissed and frustrated.

Hanza did very well. He didn’t let me know he was on his way. He did arrive in the time window they said he would. He did take care of problem and replaced our thermostat. He was nice and if I had any problems, call the company.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Through my home warranty, they were tasked with fixing my heat pump. They spent 5 min. diagnosing the wrong issue, lied to the warranty company and have never returned my or the warranty’s company’s call. They don't answer calls or emails, nor do they respond to emails or call back. They are the worst service company I’ve ever dealt with. It appears they been doing this for some time now.

We had to pay for an additional service call to get a good company, Cool Blew, to come out just to find out there were leaks and defective controller boards.

The office staff is impossible to understand and the tech was the most incompetent person I have met when it comes to AC. I hate to sound petty but I will make it my goal to get them off my warranty company approved vendor list.
