Hamza was fantastic! He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough throughout the entire visit. He checked the outside AC unit and even went up into the attic to make sure everything was working properly. When he finished, he clearly explained the next steps so I knew exactly what to expect. I’m very happy with my experience and really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail.

The office staff got technicians out immediately. The techs were very experienced and made sure they fixed the problem. When they needed to refer us to another company to take care of an issue staff followed up with a call to assure we had been taken care of.

Great company that always try’s to go the extra mile for you.I’ve been using them for 6 months and the service has been exceptional. They have a solid team that always stays to get the job done no matter how difficult it may get.
It’s one of those companies you wish you would have called first.

Techs drive in company vehicles with their brights on blinding other driver and speed through residential areas. Service might be okay, behavior needs work.

Have never had service done with this company. I was involved in a situation with one of their drivers but the owner took full responsibility . Impressed and satisfied with the way the owner reached out personally to take of the issue and apologize, speaks for his character and company.

What a great experience I had with ICON Mechanical. I highly recommend them. Their workers are friendly and won't try to oversell you on something you really don't need. Very honest and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again for any further issues.

Our A/C went out the day we were going on vacation. I called ICON and they sent someone out to see what the problem was. I was afraid that when we got back a week later we would be miserable. I noticed on my cameras that one of the technicians (Jose) was there installing a new motor. What a relief it was to know that when we got back we would have a/c. At no time did Jose need to enter the house, very professional! Jose left me a note explaining all that was done. Thanks to Jose and Team ICON we have a/c and it is working great!!!!

Heats coming soon I should turn on my AC to check it. What do know no cold air?? Had two different AC companies come out and examine my problem both said your systems old going to be exspensive to fix it and who knows how long it will last if they do? Called ICON spoke with an awesome gentlemen named Rhet. Gave him the rundown on everything said I needed a new system, he had all my info and a quote ready for me in a matter of a few hours (while he was still working elsewhere!) I look over the quotes very reasonable, next thing I know I get a phone call from Rhet saying "hey I'd like to look at your old system, just to make sure it's truly not functional?" I said sure. Punctual the next morning, runs a few tests fixes a quick part...bam cold air! Saved me a fortune in these tough times! They truly do see us as a big AZ family, and it's the only phone number for AC repair you'll ever need! From my family to yours I say thank you Icon Mechanical!
