They showed up within and hour of calling at 6pm because our AC stopped working. It was 116° that day. DJ was able to get the AC up and running and scheduled our replacement unit to be installed the next week. Miguel and assistant were very friendly and polite. They got busy right away and were finished exactly when they said that they would. Great communication, showed up when scheduled and cleaned up everything nicely. Highly recommend.

My air conditioner is working fine now. Their technicians were very professional. However the problem I had with this company was their office customer service. I was told the work could not be started until I paid in full. This was not explained to me previously. I was insulted. I would never pay for example car repairs before job was finished. What did they think I would do?

Kyle Crawford was amazing! He arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled time, asked questions to assess the problem and quickly went into the attic to research it. He was efficient at finding and fixing the problem, with pictures of the before ABs after of his work. Kyle was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all very helpful. I was impressed with his work ethic at a job well done!

My experience with this company was outstanding. The company returned a call on a Saturday and were able to get me on their schedule Monday. The technician Cody was very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Cody!

Efficient Air responded quickly when my home warranty provider scheduled them for a service call. Johnta, the technician, was professional and courteous. He thoroughly investigated the issue and also performed a system tune-up.

While there was a misunderstanding regarding a part that was installed, I contacted management and they handled it with professionalism and fairness. The general manager listened to my concerns and we reached a resolution that reflected good customer service. I appreciated how promptly they processed a partial refund and followed through with their commitment.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the outcome and the way Efficient Air handled things. They stood behind their work and treated me with respect, which I value highly as a new homeowner. Thanks again to the team! You will definitely requested for any future repairs too!

Jacob from Efficient Air performed the annual maintenance for the furnace prior to the winter months. He also did a quick check of the a/c compressor main functions. In our case, everything was good and no further maintenance needed. We do belong to the annual service plan which includes two visits. This company is very good at what they and are very thorough and honest.

My lower unit quit blowing cool air. My home warranty sent me Efficient Air. Appointment was easy to make..had to wait 4 days..not to bad for an AZ summer. My technician was very nice, he diagnosed the problem quickly. He got it running without any issues. I would recommend! I was glad to hear that the company was also out of Buckeye. I like to support our local businesses. So far so good..bottom floor is cooling down .

From the first, this company has been professional, thorough and efficient - which can be tricky when going through a home warranty. We worked with Andrew, Jonathan, Miguel, Manuel, Renee, Andy and DJ. All of them were great and there was never a 'hard sell' for our new ac unit. They stuck with us after a tricky installation to make sure everything worked properly and gave us their word that they would take care of us for the life of our air conditioner. Their follow up has been terrific.

The guy that did our inspection on the house was the new guy, he did a great job on the inspections for heating an air system was very through and show us each step of the inspection to our satisfaction, the only problem was I still need someone to help me set up my phone with the right app and he could not do that! I had ask when I made the appointment to make sure the inspector could help me set up my app properly, can I still get someone to come by to do that? Jim

I had a problem with the thermostat and Isiah came out to look at it. A setting had accidentally been changed so the AC kept cycling on and off. He corrected it for me within a few minutes. He was efficient and friendly. Excellent service.

Purchased NG Mini-split for the garage. Installation was next day and completed in very timely manner. Technicians knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely recommend Oscar and his team!

Service tech was great, very polite and efficient. However company was out of stock for two of my filters. Neighbors brought one over and technician has to come back when filters arrive. Otherwise very pleased with service.

This was our first scheduled appointment. Our tech was prompt, thorough and personable. When he was done he explained everything that he found. It was also very nice that he changed out our filters eliminating me having to do it myself.
