Lee was great! He came out in the rain to assess my system. He explained the potential problem and solution. He used shoe covers to keep my carpet clean. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

We have used this company for the past 3 years for our home a/c. They are great. Our system is almost 20 years old now so we want to be pro acive in keeping up the maintenance. We will continue using them when the time comes for replacement as well.

Efficient Air is, as advertised, Efficient! We had minisplits installed in each of our garages. The installation went smoothly and without incident. We did have a situation where one of the units would drop off line. Bobby, one of their technicians troubleshot the situation and after a few timely visits the problem was rectified. Bobby is the best....he represents Efficient Air in a very professional & knowledgeable way. We highly recommend using Efficient Air for your A/C needs.

Efficient Air jumped in and repaired our A/C-heating unit, when other American Home Shield contractors bailed out on us. We’ve been waiting 7 months for the repairs. They were sympathetic with our frustration, and expedited the service request. We are more than pleased with Efficient Air. Lee and Dennis were great! We will be using Efficient Air for any future services.

Johnathan showed up on time, checked our house AC and found a couple things we needed to address. He was clear problem and remedy, he replaced the part, did full operation inspection and we are ready for the summer.
I highly recommend this company, they are smaller which I like, 15 yrs in business and AAA Better business rating.

These guys are on time, easy to get in touch with and available for appointments in a timely manner. Another competitor Chas Roberts was booking end of July, first of August! Unacceptable. Efficient air installed our mini split A/C and they have maintained it beautifully; now we will have them to take care of our main house unit as well. Efficient Air is the best!

I have used efficient air for 2 years now. They are both professional and efficient when servicing my a/c. They called prior to arriving to tell me that they were on their way. Mario arrived on time and was very polite. I would definitely recommend efficient air to anyone who needs their service for any a/c problems.

Our gas heater was not working just blowing cold. Bobby and Denis checked it and let us know they needed to order a part. Lee came a few days later to install the part and made sure everything was working as it should. All 3 guys were very nice and made sure we knew and understood what was going on with the heater and what they were doing. I will be using Efficient Air for maintenance and any issues we may have in the future.

Very professional and knowledgeable and through. The first company I felt I could trust to do a good job. I would recommend this company. Wouldn’t give you 10c for the one I just left and we were with them for five years. But Efficient air is a good company with good employees. I’m joining their monthly plan and having them do some upgrades on our system.

At 10:30 this morning I called Efficient Air Heating & Cooling because the compressor on my A/C would not turn on. By 12:00 noon the tech arrived at my house. By 12:30 the repair was complete and my house was cool again. They found the problem (bad capacitor) and fixed it as opposed to messing around looking for something else to charge me for. The tech obviously knew what he was doing and came prepared. I have no idea if the price was fair ($350) but it wasn't crazy so I'm very happy with their service. Thank you for sending someone competent to fix my A/C. If asked I would definitely recommend your services.

We once again had Nathan as our technician for regular preventative maintenance of our AC system. He is AMAZING! He fully explains any concerns with our system, but won't push us to overspend on upgrades. His professionalism is refreshing. He's our go-to tech. Our home warranty assigned this company when our heat stopped working. From the minute I talked to them they were friendly professional. Francisco was amazing in the way he explained everything and gave us options. Dennis, the install lead, and his crew were amazing efficient and left no trace they were ever here except the house is warm now! Five stars does not tell the story. Highly recommend!!!
