I’ve dealt with many HVAC companies over the years, and I will say that Williams is a different level than the impersonal, overpriced, and sometimes dishonest big companies. From the moment you speak to Paula, the Owner, through the install, you will be treated well, informed every step of the way, and have a top notch professional installation at a competitive price. I fully recommend Williams Air Conditioning & Heating. They are honest, fair, respectful, and trustworthy! Which is not so common these days. Definitely give them a call!

I called Williams to diagnose my hvac system. Keith was very informative and helpful during the diagnostics and the repair a few days later. During the repair both Keith and Gabriel were very professional and considerate. They walked into my house smelling gas and came very concerned tracking down the problem and they were able to fix it immediately. Their service was greatly appreciated.

Was referred to you by my brother a year ago..and the work was excellent. Now a yr later my unit is out ..they came out and troubleshoot for 3hrs.. I appreciate the honesty of Gabriel and Ernest.. The new unit was installed today..very good job ..thoroughly done and cleaned up after themselves.. that was extremely nice. Was shown how to work the tstat and given the instructions as well.

Steven was great! Professional, personable and patient. I asked a variety of questions and he answered everything!

Called to have a mini split system looked at. Woman answered the phone and said the system was too new and they couldn't look at it. I explained that I didnt think it would be under warranty because I installed it myself. An hvac company should be able to come out and check their gauges, for a charge of course.

We have had great service from all the Way Cool team. The level of efficiency and commitment to quality work speaks volumes.

Outstanding communication and service! Paula and James were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our entire AC unit failed and they came over first thing next morning, new unit installed and thoroughly cleaned after job was complete. Can't recommend enough!

Job was done promptly. Though I do believe we paid a lot for the time and effort that was put in. I personally did a lot of the prep. So that it was easier for the professional work to be done.

Jeff was very kind and courteous. He was to the point about the many things I need done and helped me to prioritize them. He was very good at explaining the reasons things need doing. I am a very inquisitive about the why and he was able to answer my questions in a logical, easy to understand way. Thank you for spending the time with me. I'll be chipping away at these projects as I am able to.

Zach Herrara did an excellent job checking out my heating system and airflow. He discussed the pros and cons of changing to a 3 in air filter. Discussed maintenance plan.

A great install by Way Cool! Eric came out after the City of Scottsdale contacted me regarding excessive water usage. It was determined there was a leak under the sidewalk near my front door in the main line from the street. An 18” deep trench had to be dug from the street after new yard had just grown in. Every effort was made to protect the yard. Eric and Vinny did a great job and left the site clean.

I was very impressed with John and the man that was with him. I was really surprised at all the things they did to check my heat pump and ac. I felt comfortable having the Run Compastor (not sure if this is spelled right) replaced. I feel like my heat pump and ac will be fine.
I think better things were done than ever before and I sincerely hope this is new for your company.

Efficient Air sent out a wonderful technician that spent over 2 hours on our ac, keeping us updated the whole time! Solved the problem and got us up and going. Great guy...great company!

Jason and Isaiah were super nice, super friendly. They were not pushy about a new Unit, which was nice. If I was going to buy a brand new air conditioning unit. I would probably go with A efficient air, just based on the professionalism of these two guys.
