We were very pleased with the service we received from Efficient Air! DJ and Jared were able to finally diagnose and actually fix an air flow issue in our home that we have been dealing with since we bought the house 3 years ago. Not only did they fix the issue, both DJ and Jared were professional and personable. DJ took the time to explain to us what the actual issue was and how to go about fixing the issue. They were responsive to our needs (we were having several out of town guests) and needed to get the house cooled down quickly somehow. We will definitely give Efficient Air a call the next time we need regular service or have a breakdown!

Jared came out and did a tune up for me. Great guy - professional and very kind. He had one recommendation that I can wait on for a bit. No pressure. Overall great experience!

As usual, company is great. Jacob completed my maintenance. He was very professional yet friendly. Explained my only issue and was able to take care of it today. Checked first to see if it was under warranty. Maintenance was covered under my plan, only paid for the part with my discount.

Zoe was very “efficient “ as well as friendly . He looked at units and then presented several alternatives. Then he worked to complete the work with exception of one small part that he would return with the next day.

Came for tuneup, so impressed by technician, Zoe! He was prompt and courteous but took video and photos of all he was looking at in my attic, made recommendations, changed out my filters for me and was patient while I let my senior dog out! Highly recommend!

Efficient Air did a fantastic job installing our new 4 ton unit. The job was clean and done very well. All the ducts, coils, and lines were sealed and bracketed off the ground. Miguel was our technician. He was very professional! He showed me photos of all their work in the attic. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs!

My heat wasn't working, although my air conditioning was still cooling. Jacob, my technician, was amazing at troubleshooting the problem! He did not give up until he had the problem fixed. He also did periodic maintenance while he was here and worked so hard cleaning my very old blower fan. He was the best! I would recommend him and Efficient Air to anyone needing help with their AC unit.

The AC unit was working before they arrived, I asked if it was working when they left and they assured me that it was, but I discovered that it was not. Later I discovered that they had turned off the main switch and did not turn it on. I got the impression that they were more interested in selling me a new unit than making sure everything was working well before they left,

This company was absolutely amazing. They responded in such timely manner and the technician Cody was extremely polite and very communicative with each step he took to fix my AC. The customer service here exceeded my expectations. 100% will be using them for the foreseeable future!

The two service guys were polite, quick and efficient. Found my A/C issue and fixed it on the spot. They evaluated my ducts and filter issues and came up with a plan to be implemented in the very next day.

Not only did he explain the performance details of the parts, but he also went the extra mile to show me pictures of the A/C unit components. I bought a new A/C unit from this company. The salesmen were very nice, knowledgeable and were NOT high pressure. That tactic does not work with me. The price was very fair. The 3 gentlemen who installed the unit were phenomenal! They were prompt, nice, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. I have used this company for repairs prior to this purchase. Every repair technician I have met has been great. The new unit is incredibly quiet and has been running great.

Efficient Air came out to our home to check on an issue with a mini split A/C system they installed 2 years ago. The issue was error codes being fired on super hot days. Their technician Jacob recommended replacing the motherboard. Today he returned with the new motherboard and removed the old one and installed the new one. He was quick, efficient and explained everything he was doing. He checked the system before he left to make sure it was working properly. We are very pleased with Efficient Air. Jacob was very thorough and did his job really well. In my 20+ years living here in AZ, he is the best technician I’ve met. He explained what he will do and after that he also talked about his findings and recommendations. He draws everything for you so it’s easy to understand. He was very respectful and very patient when I expressed concerns and asked questions. He gave his service free for today. I highly recommend this company.

Jesus was amazing today for my summer tune up. Showed up ready to go. After he checked out my a/c on the roof, he went over the pics he took & explained all reading & where they are supposed to be & where mine were. Thx for taking care of our unit. Makes me feel better going into summer.

This company is the greatest. I called with an AC unit that was not working and they were out at my residence within two hours. I have called them in the past and had them replace entire HVAC units in the same day. Thats simply amazing. I have used them multiple times in the past and recommended them to family and friends and their feedback was amazing too. In a world that keeps transitioning to auto attendants when you call, and restrictive attitudes, it is so refreshing to have good old fashioned personal interaction and a true caring attitude. I wish more companies would follow their example!
