Cody arrived on time and was very efficient. He explained everything completely. Very pleased with the service we received.

Recommended an advance tech come out a look at AC unit after heat check up. Appt was 8-12p. At 1250p I had not heard from anyone. I called and cancelled the appt.

System check up. The young man that did it was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Explained the process step by step. Excellent communication and social skills. Hard to find in a young person these days. Give that man a raise!

Efficient air technician arrived when he said he would and both technicians introduced themselves. They were here approximately three hours, They cleaned out my unit on the ground and enlarged the opening in the attic. They re-taped the lines in the air conditioner on the ground, which no other technician had ever done. I appreciate Efficient air’s help with getting my air conditioning up and running again!

Great service, friendly on the phone and at our house. They told us exactly when to expect them. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. The technician did absolutely nothing and stated to my home warranty that I need an appliance checked. Mind you my appliance is brand new. HORRIBLE knowledge on AC/Vent issues.

Came home from running errands, and our home was 85°!!! Contacted Efficient Air, and they had somebody out here within three hours!!!!

Very knowledgeable honest and efficient worker and punctual (Jesus). People I spoke with on the phone were sincere and pleasant.

My A/C was not working, Cody called to say o his way, assessed the problem. He went over my options for repair very thoroughly, answering questions. I asked about replacement options, older unit, he explained my options. Very thorough. He was courteous and professional making the whole experience seamless and pleasant. Very happy with Cody and efficient air.

Jacob saved the day once again by getting my air going in no time. Unfortunately but fortunately he had to come out and resolve the issue that the previous service provider "Same Day Air" wasn't able to resolve after being down for almost a week. Big difference in service vendor's. I'll recommend Jacob at EFFICIENT AIR any time. Big thanks again!!

Excellent crew Miguel and crew arrived early very friendly, professional, respectful - 5 hours start to finish for tear out removal and install of new HVAC system. Cleanup excellent definitely recommend Oscar and his crew.

Technician was non professional opened vent blower ran unit allowing insulation particles to blow in the whole house ruined my dinner that was on the stove full of insulation spent 3 hours cleaning and running my 2 air purifiers full blast to aliviate my chronic copd not good at all I understand learning the trade takes time next time I’ll request a more experienced tech I’m still mad

Efficent Air is such an honest, professional company! They installed a new AC unit for us roughly 5 yrs ago and ended up saving us thousands of dollars! Other companies were telling us we needed new duct work Efficient Air’s technician informed us out duct work was PERFECT! We continue to do the yearly membership with 2 tune ups a yr and thank god we do! They have found minor things in need of repair that could have cost us a lot of money had we not caught them! If I could give them 10 stars I would! So many dishonest AC companies out there but you NEVER have to worry about that with this family owned business!!

Efficient Air earned my five stars rating. Their customer service is second to none,and when they answer your call they welcome you as a friend in their business. I was refferred to them by my warranty company. They are professional friendly, quick in diagnosing the problem and equipped to fixing it. No sales pressure throughout the whole process, easy scheduling and accommodate my change schedule. It is an award honest company that Arizona needs.

We decided it was time to replace our 20 year old dual HVAC system. We had them provide us a quote which we accepted. We were given priority on the schedule and a 15% discount since we are Rewards Members.

The 3 man team came out and replaced both units, communicating the status to us as the installation progressed, verifying proper operation at each phase.

The installation was complete within the specified time frame with both AC units working as expected.

They were very respectful our home and property and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation was complete.

I would gladly recommend them to anyone!!

This is not the first Efficient Air has served me. The first time was through my home warranty company. The next visit was due to a rusted water pan attached to the unit in my ceiling which resulted in a leak that damaged the ceiling in my master bedroom. Efficient Air fixed this issue. This visit convinced me to sign up for their Members Reward club.

This service call was for a system tune-up that comes with signing up for Member Reward Club. DJ was excellent.

He explained areas of concern and provided recommendations without being pushing or trying to "up sale" me. He was friendly and respectful.

This particular service call was consistent with the others. This suggests that I can expect the same level of service no matter who is assigned to my service request.

Cody is the best at what he does. The entire process of getting my unit tune up was explained to me in detail before and after the work done. I will recommend Efficient Air to all my neighbors. 5 plus stars.
