🌟 This was by far THE BEST Air Conditioning Tune Up before the hot summer that we have ever experienced. Cody was our Tech and was extraordinary! He was very thorough- going through each of the 4 units- at a time. He carefully documented and communicated every minor issue and took copious photos. He also gave us some tips which we had never heard about prior regarding caring for our A/C/ coils.
In this day of crappy customer service, we were blown away by this positive experience.🤯

Efficient Air is an A/C company that does what they say, offers fair prices, is honest, listens to me as the customer, and isn't based on commission. They saved the day when our A/C unit stopped working, answering my call on Sunday and making the repairs needed by Monday morning. All the staff members I have talked to are courteous and professional, from the phone reps to the sales team to the technicians. Efficient Air is a great company you won't regret using!

We are customers of Efficient Air, a company based in Goodyear, Arizona. As you know, Arizona is a pleasant and cool place with summer temperatures that can easily exceed 115 degrees. Unfortunately, our air conditioner (AC) went out the day before yesterday. Fortunately, Efficient Air was able to schedule us for a repair today, which is a relatively cool day with a temperature of only 102 degrees.
The people at Efficient Air are truly exceptional. They are efficient, professional, and extremely courteous. I want to give special commendations to Danica, who answered the phone and scheduled our service to DJ, the technician who worked on our system. When DJ arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a solution. Unfortunately, he did not have the required part on the truck, but he quickly called the office and confirmed that they had the part in stock. Danica was so kind as to make a special run to our house and deliver the part so that we could have our system fixed immediately. DJ proceeded to repair the unit and checked that the system was working properly. He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions.
Companies that recognize and value their employees, who are the face of the company, are often a rare commodity today. Customers need to tell the company about their exemplary employees, and I want to ensure that Efficient Air knows that they have a great team that they can be proud of.

Outstanding craftsmanship is hard to find these days as everyone uses the Covid excuse, but Efficient Air knocked it out of the park! The mini split install in our garage was a great experience and their attention to detail, particularly routing of the electrical, is phenomenal! I highly recommend this company!

Williams Air conditioning and heating was fast at response on a holiday weekend when our air went out. They went Far and Beyond to do what needed to be done for us to be comfortable in the Arizona Heat. They brought fans& portable air conditioners over. They were quick to get the air fixed. They actually were fixing the system still at i believe was at like 2 in the morning to get it done. They are amazing and fast reaponding. Thank You for your amazing team.

William showed up at our house early in the morning! We were so glad. Our heat pump was not working and we had family coming in for a week long visit. William saved us! He was prompt, efficient, made repairs to our unit instead of trying to sell us a new one and was very pleasant and courteous the entire time. The price was very fair for the work performed!

The staff at Williams Air Conditioning and Heating are top notch. I needed a new split unit and Luis and Paula helped me every step of the way. They were honest, explaining all the different types of units I could choose from and what size I needed for my size house. They installed my unit on a Saturday. They took great care on the installation testing everything to make sure it all worked. They kept everything clean while working, explained everything they were doing so I would understand and gave me great advice on filters and maintenance. They are my go to company. I have recommended them to all my neighbors as well.

Paula is great. She manages the business. Always responsive via phone call or text, and great to work with. I got a great deal on two Trane systems from them, I believe Brad helped me out with that. Although I've had some hiccups with one of the units, one of their techs, Gabe, has been great. When working with these sophisticated systems, as in Trane, its invaluable to have a tech that knows what they are doing. Thanks team Williams!

Williams AC and Heating took great care of me and my family in a time of need. Brandon Rambo is one of the service technicians, and he was extremely knowledgeable in his line of work. He took the time to throughly explain to me how everything worked in my units, what needed to be done to my units, and what was needing to be done next. I wouldn't want to go with any other company when it comes to my AC needs. Great company, and a very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

We had our AC unit replaced today. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the services we received from William’s AC. James(and Sergio and Francisco) and Paula were accommodating and went the extra miles to make their customers(us) happy. Very well done job, trustworthy, professional and excellent service. I will have them work on our rental property. Highly recommended.

The nice folks at William's saved us from blowing thousands of dollars on a new compressor (or entirely new system which we were considering) when it wasn't necessary. We actually had another local company come check out our 90 degree house to find out what was wrong. After, opening up the panel and just glancing around a bit, he informed us that it must be the compressor and that there was no need to do any fancy testing. But since it was such a huge expense, I decided to get a second option. I called Paula at William's AC and heating and she sent Anthony and Victor to rescue us. I told them our diagnosis, and they immediately were skeptical since they said they would never quote someone for the compressor/new system without testing to see if it worked first. Turns out we just needed a new capacitor and a good cleaning; a much cheaper fix. Afterwords, Paula called to see how things went. We are new to AZ and central air conditioning. These folks were honest, fast, and friendly and gave great advice. We are so grateful! Thank you.

Will helped our AC unit again for the 2nd year in a row. Last year our AC shut down in the heat of the summer and he came out quickly and fixed the problem. No pushing for a new unit or any expensive parts, just put more freon in the unit.

Came out again this year to check on the unit, ensure everything was in working order, and advised to get it rechecked early next year! I will definitely keep using William's AC from now on. It's nice to have honest people you can trust and not have to worry about a company trying to sell a new unit with every visit.

William's Air installed my new A/C unit 4.5 years ago, and I use them whenever I have an issue since they're most familiar with the setup. My A/C unit went out on Tuesday evening. I texted them Wednesday AM, and a knowledgeable tech was at my house at 830am on Wednesday. He was easily able to figure out the problem and had the part in his van to fix immediately. A/C is working again, and I couldn't be happier (especially in this horrible August heat!).

Williams AC and Heating LLC are fantastic to work with. We needed a new system and Brad Wood was honest, courteous, and very professional. My wife and I both agreed after speaking with him separately, that he was someone who we wanted to install our new system. He didn’t pressure us and actually encouraged us to check other companies. The installers were very nice and went up and beyond i their quality. They made sure everything was done correctly. This husband and wife team had over 25 years of experience in this field. Could not be happier.

I cannot forget the young gentleman who cleaned the ducts for use (part of the package). He was a very nice and knowledgeable person.

I have had great success using William's Air Conditioning. When I was having problems with my ac Paula made a huge effort to get us on the schedule right away. James did a fantastic job replacing our ac and left absolutely no mess behind. I would highly recommend this company!

When our air conditioning stopped working, last week, during the first 100 degree days, Brad quickly replied with a reasonable bid. The first available day to do the work was Tuesday. He definitely made our day (week, month, year!) when Brad called to let us know that he had contacted other customers, and switched appointments, so they could do our job on Saturday. In the sweltering heat Kevin and William removed our old system (including the heating unit in the attic). Their professional, friendly manner was part of their service. They exceeded our expectations and got us “cooled down” quickly. Highly recommend this company.

William's always does a great job. This was my third time using Paula's company and plan on using them every time. Her technician was polite and very knowledgeable. After installing my new thermostats, he showed me how to install my phone app and how to get started. 5 stars as always!! Thank you!!
