We are very pleased with the installation of our new HVAC system.The men arrived when they were scheduled and put plastic down to insure the house was as clean when the job was completed as when they arrived. The installation is neat and the men were very efficient. Thank you Miguel and Manuel!

Efficient Air first is the best company I’ve used in several home we own. Wish they could service my others. They are fairly priced, honest and always flexible with our limited availability.

DJ was absolutely awesome! Even though our house is only 3 years old, we had some concerns. He spent a long time checking things out, though nothing major was going on, he was very knowledgeable on how we can do some things to save energy, quiet down our air conditioner outside and help with our allergy issues. Highly recommend this company.

Marcos came back out this am to clean the coils, as we discussed yesterday. What a great job. This young man was on the way before 7am and here a bit after 7am what a truly hard working guy and a conscious worker, no shortcuts here.
10/22Fantastic job again Marco was great the doodles approved of him and he was patient and even took an active intrest to help keep them from running out the door. Very efficent and calm truly a pleasure to have in our home. A very calm and seasoned professional no hard sales or pressure. We will be using these guys from now on.

The service provided was truly remarkable. Jacob demonstrated exceptional patience, friendliness, and respect towards my home and even managed to handle two very excited dogs with great care. Interacting with him felt akin to having a beloved nephew over. I have no doubt that this young man will achieve great success and potentially rise to a leadership position in the near future.

We had been working with a company that had been bought out 4 times in the last 5 years and the last time they came and did an inspection, they advised us there was work to be done on the furnace that we were not sure we were comfortable with. The estimated cost of that work was $1500 and as it turns out the guys at Efficient Air confirmed our suspicions that we didn't need any of it done. Thanks for saving us all that cash. Great work by Jacob fixing the flue pipes and doing an overall inspection. All the guys were friendly, professional and made sure everything was working properly. Thank you to Jacob, Jeff and Cody! We absolutely made the right decision to switch to Efficient Air from the company we were using previously.

They broke everything down for me and showed me pictures of what they were describing with my air conditioning unit. The installers were polite and on time. He made sure he had answered all my questions before he left. Five stars!

The people at Efficient air are great. They aim to please and did a very good job. We replaced both of our units with top of the line Bryant heat pumps and they took all the old units and replaced it with the new units in 1 day and a half. they were very clean and nice everything works first time I would recommend them highly.

Just had both of our AC units replaced today, a 2 ton and 3 1/2 ton, would you believe the 2 ton actually took a dump in the process of pulling the freon down, really lucky. Now I can say goodbye to the big APS bills, both units were on their final leg. Efficient Air, located next door to Safeway on Estrella and Elliot, sold and installed our new units. Miguel Cruz was the installer along with two of his co-workers, they all did a professional and outstanding job for us. They were very courteous and self conscious of our property, very clean workers. The units are Carrier built but carry the Bryant name tag. We HIGHLY recommend Efficient Air for your AC needs. Did a thorough check of HVAC and 2 Ac units; needed to add refrigerent to both units, did a light wash of the AC coils, and we had them run a new line to better cool a pantry that runs very warm in the summer. The tech that came out was polite, explained the results of the testing and completed the work efficiently. I would use them again.

Our tech was so friendly. He spent a bunch of time going through both our acs and crawled into the attic. Even though we didn’t have anything wrong with the system he was confident that it will make us through another AZ summer. It’s better to know now vs July….lol

Efficient Air was assigned by the warranty company to fix the leak in the ceiling. The technician stepped through the ceiling and the company refused to work with me on getting it fixed.
The service managed blamed on the existing condition which was what they were hired to fix .

The whole process was pretty stress free because when our old unit expired, our home warranty company sent these guys. From the beginning every part of the process was pretty stress free, because we knew we prolonged the life of our old unit far enough. and these guys are professionals. There were no hard sells, no pressure, and no “sudden promotions”. Our options were presented in a non biased and neutral tone, which helped us pick the option that fit our budget, and checked all the blocks as far as value, performance, and quality counted. Long story short is the install crew was efficient, courteous, and hard working. I would recommend using Efficient Air to anybody else.

Efficient Air responded quickly. Customer service and tech were polite and friendly. We have mini-split units, and the technician didn't seem to know much about the system. He suggested cleaning the units, and coils would be the fix. I watched as the cleaning essentially seemed to entail spraying an aerosol can, then running each unit. These units are very small, easily accessible mini-splits. Paying over $1000 for this service seems way overpriced. The unit didn't work the following day with a different issue than before. The technician came back out and said a solenoid switch had gotten stuck, likely due to dirt getting gummed up during cleaning. He said if it got stuck again, we should contact the manufacturer, as it was under warranty. While the company would do that legwork for regular units, it did not do so for mini-splits. Because I asked up front if Efficient Air worked with mini-splits, I feel they should have disclosed that their techs were not experienced with them (or sent one with more experience to train the technician) and that they do not order warranty parts for mini-splits. I also think, given the size of the units and the minimal time the service takes, pricing for chemical cleans, etc., should not be the same as for a full-sized unit.

Had new A/C installed to replace my 20-year old system. Jonathan was able to negotiate a price with me that worked for all of us, including a nice warranty.
Just a couple days later, Miguel, Manuel, and Sebastian team came out for the install. Miguel was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The whole team did a terrific, professional job and gave me all the paperwork and manuals for the equipment.
Very happy with my decision to go with Efficient Air for my new system. Thanks, y'all!
