Couldn’t be more thankful for a awesome company. Came out as soon as I gave Ernie a call. Came out gave my unit a once over let me know my pressure switch was bad gave me a couple options on how to fix the issue. It’s the beginning of summer in Arizona and temperatures are starting to rise past 100 degrees and my air conditioning went out at my home. I called Icon Mechanical and they swiftly came to diagnose the problem and fix the unit that same day, along with fixing other issues due to previous AC mechanics. This is by far the most professional and most reliable company I’ve dealt with throughout my 20years of owning my home. Not to mention the best price. We own a restaurant and our walk-in went out during the hottest part of the summer. We called another company and they charged us an arm and a leg to come out before telling us it would be over $10k for a new unit. We wanted a second opinion so we called icon and Rhett came out and he was the best technician ever. He tried to find us a used unit to help us save. Trust me we wanted a new unit but as a restaurant struggling through covid that wasn’t an option. When they couldn’t find us a new unit Rhett came back out and rebuilt our unit. Best company I’ve worked with in a long time.

I recently had a horrible experience with Fernie's Heating and AC but 'ICON Mechanical' blew them out of the water. After waiting over a month in a half during the hottest time of the year for a part, ICON fixed everything within a week. From the first phone call this was a good experience. Dispatch was friendly and gave a reasonable timetable to expect the tech to arrive. Rhett the service tech went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of while preparing the estimate for a condenser. He checked in and kept me in the know where we were at in the process until the unit was installed. And even followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with the job a few days later. Hard to find employees like Rhett in any line of work.

The tech (Rhett) arrived at about 8 started work right away. He fixed what needed fixed did not try to sell me additional work. He went out of his way to explain everything he had done. I asked for a new thermostat he put one in with no question showed how to program it. Very professional. Went above and beyond to ensure my AC was in good working order.

Wow....there are a lot of Scams and Bad AC companies in AZ.....this company is what an outstanding AC service should be and what other AC places should strive for. Rhett is not only knowledgeable and a hard worker, but a very nice and friendly person. He helped us above and beyond. Price was extremely fair and workmanship top Notch. Also they don't look for problems so much as future fixes so you don't have costly issues down the road. I mean why have a yearly maintenance check up if the AC experts can't foresee some issues. I have worked with ICON for years without worry that my needs will be met. I get 24/7 service and response. Just last night ICON was at one of my stores almost as i hing up the phone requesting them onsite. Issue resolved within minutes and the tech checked for alternate issues and tidy-upd some things that honestly he didn't have to touch but did so that we would be taken care of above and beyond. Thank you ICON for being that work horse I cant do without.

Rhett, Oscar and Adam are amazing!! They came out and installed a split unit for our office. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place much cooler then they found it. :) HIGHLY recommend this company and these guys.

The last week we have had the best experience with this company! My family was without air conditioning for 2 weeks while we were waiting for someone else to repair it. Got ahold of Ernie at Icon Mechanical and he sent someone out to fix the problem. The gentleman that repaired our air conditioner, Rhett, was so kind, helpful, respectful, informative, made us feel comfortable and did the job so quickly. He even stayed until my house cooled down to be sure it worked efficiently. 10/10 recommend them and if you can, request Rhett, you won’t be disappointed!

I called Icon due to a 2006 Carrier heat pump tripping the breaker and not working. Erica from the front office called to let me know when the tech was going to be there. The tech Rhett showed up on time and went straight to work. He explained what he was checking and what he found. My condenser was bad, Rhett gave me the options and we went with a new system. Rhett went and picked up the new system. He had it installed the same day. His professionalism was amazing. This has been the best experience I have had with a HVAC company ever. Their pricing is good, and their work is top notch. I highly recommend Icon and their team. They care about their customers and it shows.
