Great company. The AC went out on my rental. I called alot of different companies and even looked into buying the equipment online and having a tech come to install but ultimately found that Williams had the best prices for the best equipment. They came out to look at it the same day I called them, and installed the new unit the next day. No hassle at all and the price they quoted me was the price I paid. No surprises. I would definitely use Williams again.

When I called Williams Air Conditioning & Heating I spoke with the Owner, Paula, and she was able to send out a service technician, John Lovely, within 2 hours whom provided professional advise as to the repairs required. He then installed a new fan motor and included one year labor and parts for the motor and capacitor… Upon completion the A/C was immediately working and cooling properly.

Just wanted to express my appreciation to Williams Air for their prompt, courteous, reliable and expert service that they provided. I had a previous Air conditioning company come out to work on my AC unit which went down. They took several days to schedule service and after they had completed the repair it went out again 2 days later. Needless to say I wasn’t a happy camper on their service and expertise on the repair, which wasn’t very thorough seeing as how it went out a few days later again. When my ac went out again I was referred to Williams Air by a friend who rated there the service as top notch in ac repair industry. My house was close to 90 degrees and unbearable. They responded to the call in the middle of the night on a Sunday night and arrived within an hour’s time, and updating me on their arrival, and started right away on the repair. They explained thoroughly what the issues were, and replaced some bad capacitors and fan motor & added Freon to the system, R22 Freon, which is on the more expensive side on older systems, but they gave a very reasonable fair price on it. William's air conditioning was prompt, friendly, and professional and restored my ac in a short time, and I was very pleased on there company being available 24/7. My ac unit has been working great since they repaired the unit. They are my go to company when I need an AC company in the west valley, if I ever have any issues again, and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Awesome response time and excellent service with affordable rates. They only have 5 stars as rating, in my opinion i would give them 10 stars, Thanks a bunch for your excellent service.

Awesome company! They were super busy but fit me into the schedule on the same day I called. Technicians were friendly, professional, and quick. The willingness of the company to work with my home warranty company was greatly appreciated as well. I will definitely use and recommend them.

John was amazing, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and showed up on time. More importantly he listened to our concerns and provided the right solution to resolve the problem. Paula, James, and the rest of the team replaced all 3 of our air conditioning / heating units at a great price, and in a timely manner. They were very professional throughout the whole process, and took great care in protecting our flooring during installation. They followed up after the installation to ensure the systems were working properly, and are always willing to answer questions. Thanks for a great experience.

William’s AC & Heating provides generous and honest services even to those who are not yet their customers. I had an AC company that told me my system needed a costly repair and recommended a replacement of my unit. In need of a second opinion, I desperately called Williams to check my system out and give me their quote. Paula listened to the problem and gave me a step-by-step guide on what to do. In less than 30 minutes, my system was up and running perfectly without even a technician coming to my house and better still, at no cost( zero payment). It is great to see such a company dedicated to service. Thank you William’s for your unparalleled service!

We were referred to Williams by our home warranty company to replace our HVAC unit. The warranty co. was VERY slow in finding the correct unit - it took 30 days! Williams was sent to pick up a unit twice, only to learn it was the wrong unit, and they kept us informed of the process every step of the way. The techs were professional, knowledgeable, friendly -- and on time! Paula provided great customer service answering lots of questions from an impatient customer. (The warranty was taking so long) Would definitely recommend Williams Air Conditioning and Heating.

Paula, who answered the phone when I made an appointment for someone to look at my AC, was pleasant and easy to speak with.

Frankie was the one that serviced the AC. Was also easy to work with and was very knowledgeable. I appreciated that he walked me through what he repaired on the unit, and provided some watch-outs for potential servicing in the future.

Overall, happy with the service and would recommend to anyone! Will use service again in future.

My air conditioning went out on a Friday. I found Williams through Google and it's reviews. I called and Paula committed to having it serviced that day as it was going to be 110 degrees that weekend. She sent Frank out and he quickly diagnosed the issue. It was going to require a follow-up visit, but he made sure he got the unit running again before he left. In a follow-up billing issue with Paula, she was considerate and quickly resolved it. Both Paula and Frank were professional and Williams was reasonably priced. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Bryan was awesome!! Our air conditioning went out and he was able to come out the next day and get it fixed and working again. He was professional, knowledgeable and quick to get it working again. Amazing customer service by Brad, he was willing to keep us posted on when Bryan would be arriving and answered any/all questions we had in a friendly matter. I highly recommend Williams AC. I had to replace my AC unit in my rental in Surprise and got 4 quotes. William AC were very professional from the get go, explaining everything in details, responding very quickly, etc. Brad was Paula were awesome! They were also very competitive on pricing and had additional 10 years maintenance included for free that others did not (same warranty on work). I also recommended my property management to use Williams AC in future.

I can not recommend this company enough. Trevor, especially, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only was he on time, friendly, and extremely helpful, he is clearly a knowledgeable professional that wants to help you save money and have the most comfortable options in your home! He was transparent with the cost of our service (which was a smart thermostat installation and wiring fix) from the beginning, and quickly resolved our issue for us, while giving us tips and tricks for the future. *edit* we also later had a small issue that Paula (the owner) helped us with and was exceptionally kind about. As long as we live in Scottsdale our money will always be going to William’s because of their customer care and attention to detail!!

I am very pleased with the friendliness and service that I experienced with William's Air Conditioning & Heating. They originally came out and repaired my AC unit in March. They did not pressure me to replace my unit even though it is about 12 years old. James was upfront and repaired the component that was faulty for a reasonable cost. When I had issues with my heating unit months later, he came back out, diagnosed the problem and told us exactly how to correct the issue ourselves saving us tons of money. Our units work great and we highly recommend this company.

I was extremely pleased with Williams Air and Heating. They quoted me a very competitive price, and were able to get someone out to review and set up the actual install within a very reasonable time frame. We even had a situation where I misunderstood what was included, and Williams honored my misunderstanding and added the work for no extra charge. It’s rare to encounter a business that puts that level of value on customer relations. The two employees who did the install were skilled, efficient and friendly. They worked well together and allowed me to continue with my work while they completed the job. The gentleman who first came out to quote and review the project came back when it was done and applied the final adjustments/finishing touches himself. The whole team was very helpful throughout and made sure I was satisfied with every step of the project. I will definitely recommend Williams to others.

We had contacted another company before William's and they strung us along, telling us they would come out or at least contact us in a few days. Over a week went by as we tried to stay cool in increasing temperatures, and we never heard back from them. That's when we contacted William's Air. We've had a great experience with them. They came the day after we contacted them, gave us a really good price (which we know because we have family in the business too), and installed two new units in two days. They were friendly, hardworking, and patient with all our questions. They kept in close contact with us and were very concerned whether we were satisfied with their service. We've already recommended them to friends.

Williams AC was incredible and if I ever need a new AC unit again I will definitely use them. I got quotes with a few different companies and in the end I decided to use Williams. Paula was very professional and nice and gave a competitive price after I told her about the other quotes from different companies. Would definitely recommend! They also came out and put Freon in my old unit so my family didn’t have to suffer until the new one came in!

I'm hoping I don't need to call William's Air Conditioning & Heating for anything again but if I do, I'll do it with the confidence that they'll get the job done right quickly and efficiently, with professionalism. I recently moved into my new home and was having heating issues so I called my home warranty in order to have someone sent out. William's Air Conditioning & Heating was assigned to the call and they were able to schedule and appointment the same week. The technician that came out was very polite and professional. He looked over all the vents and wasn't able to find anything wrong but provided a few tips on how to maintain the home warm throughout. He was also nice enough to install a new Nest thermostat without having to call in for another appointment.

Williams Air Deserves more than 5 stars! They went above and beyond for my family! I had just bought a house and found our AC and Gas Furance were no good! Gabe and Paula made sure I was taken care of They explained the process with me gave me all the details I needed and kept communication with me! Paula is the sweetest! Gabe was very professional and honest about what was going on. At the end of the day me and my family were happy! They did amazing Definitely would recommend to all family and friends !
