Chose this company due to the good Google and Yelp reviews. Our overall experience matched the other reviews in terms of their efficiency, professionalism and expertise. Their $69 service charge was reasonable and I would give Manny, our assigned tech, a solid 5 stars for his friendliness, professionalism and how quickly he identified the issue.

The only reason for the three star rating is their high cost of repairs. I already suspected an electrical issue but didn’t have a tall ladder to check the air handlers in the attic. The cause of the problem was simply a faulty electrical switch. Our quote was a whopping $508 (20% discount if you join their maintenance plan, which was reasonable at $250 for the two units we have). Even at the discounted rate of $406 it’s still very unreasonable! An electrician would not dare charge me half as much! Declining the repairs was a NO Brainer…

So after spending $150 for a good quality ladder and $7 dollars for a switch and overall about an hour of my time, my AC was up and running again.

Fast, friendly service from the time of scheduling through the completed job. My air conditioning went out in the middle of the night and upon noticing it these folks were able to get me scheduled in within six hours. I then rescheduled multiple times due to working an on-call job and they continued to work with me around my schedule to get me in as soon as possible. Once the tech was on scene, he was very knowledgeable and personable, did a great job at explaining what he was doing, and took care of my problem without any further issues or up sales. The pricing was reasonable without a bunch upfront costs just to get someone out.

Aidan did a great job. He kept us informed and definitely wanted the job done right. He was very diligent in diagnosing the problem and sticking with it to get everything it done right.

Manny was very thorough in his work and just a wonderful person... This has been my experience with all of the A Quality employees who I have been in contact with...

Great personality! Jacob is awesome. He fixed a leaky shower, installed a water softener and a Reverse Osmosis System. We finally have a water softener system and drinking water in our home. This company has great friendly personnel. From the moment that you're greeted over the phone to the techs that show up to your door. I been using this company for my AC check ups and maintenance as well!

We live in Verrado, and used to be a customer of A/C Guys, but that business was sold to A Quality, so this was my first experience with them. And what a great experience it was! Their technician, Aiden came out, arrived on time, wore boot covers in the house, and performed a very complete and comprehensive tune up on both of our systems. They didn't try to do any upsell for
unnecessary repairs, and made sure our a/c units were ready to go for the summer. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC or Plumbing needs.
And, btw, before I retired, I spent 35 years with the Trane Company as a senior sales executive, so I know the business inside and out. These guys are the real deal!

Jared was excellent in providing a number of options for our furnace needs. He was very informative and knowledgeable on what our furnace needed.

I noticed my A/C was short cycling and overheating so I decided to give AQuality HVAC a chance after reading good reviews off of the Nextdoor app. I was very happy with the whole process from calling to get an appointment to the service tech, Enrique, coming out. From my initial call at approximately 9:30 to my A/C back up and running at 11:30 the whole process was seemless. Enrique was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me 3 price quotes and explained the difference of each one - pros and cons. They really try to work within the consumers' budget which I really appreciated seeing. Everything done was warranted for 5 years which is important with the high temps of Phoenix.

I am really happy I called them up and customer service was excellent!

Enrique came out and evaluated my 16 year old system and gave me replacement options. Enrique was very thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended company.

I just had my 6 month inspection done by Chase Montano from A Quality. What a good dude. While inspecting he volunteered to replace my filters I had on hand but just hadn't gotten around to bringing out the ladder to do. He also educated me on all the numbers displayed on the filters and what was the best filters and why.
