Michael from Felix Appliance Heating & AC Repair was very nice to talk to. He took the time to answer my questions. He was very knowledgeable and he fixed and serviced our AC unit. He waited to see the temperature start to cool and check the temp in each vent. He explained everything before he left. It was a very welcoming experience after having another company come out and try to pressure me into a $37k job, because, "The discount is rarely given and it might not be available in 2 days." Lol

Felix appliance heat and air were amazing. I called them when I returned home from vacation to find my fridge/feeezer had stopped working. They were able to send a technician out within 2 hours. They text me when the technician was on the way. Kurt arrived and was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He then was able to order the part, collect it and come back and carry out repairs. Over all a great service. I would highly recommend this company.

I had Michael come out at replace my motor and pump unit on my dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I was very happy with the service he provided.

Felix Appliance was an easy company to work with. Communication and scheduling were efficient. Text is sent by the company with a pic of your technician prior to their arrival. I appreciated this safety feature. Kurt, my technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, and polite both times he was out. Kurt respected my home by placing booties over his shoes before entering and keeping his work area clean; both touches that most companies forget these days. I would recommend this company.

Felix Appliance Heating & Air saved me from a broken oven emergency!! They sent someone out right away, they were affordable and the technician Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend them!

Our AC decided to grind to a halt around noon on a Friday! I only had one call to make, FELIX!!! The got me on the list and had a technician scheduled to be arriving at 2-4 pm. Talk about quick service!! Michael showed up right on time ant 2pm and got strait to work troubleshooting our ac unit. He was extremely informative and let me tell you our unit is 20 years old and is sort of possessed. He figured out the problem in no time. He realized he had used the last motor he had in stock in his van at the prior appointment so he called in his super team and they brought him a new motor in a flash! He was able to wrestle the old motor out of our possessed AC and after a quick install of the new motor had our unit back to life and humming quietly vs the previous motors grinding, clanking whine. He finished the checkup on the rest of the system and gave us the all clear. I ran inside to see if the air was blowing cold and sure enough it was already dropping the temp rapidly! He saved our sweaty lives! Will be recommending Felix to everyone and Michael is a grade A technician!

Robert from Felix Appliance Heating & Air was outstanding! He arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my appliance. This is actually my second time using their services, and both times I’ve received nothing but quality, professional care. Robert took the time to clearly explain the issues and even offered helpful recommendations to keep my appliances running smoothly. What I appreciate most is the honesty and transparency of this company—something that’s hard to come by these days. Highly recommend Felix Appliance Heating & Air and will definitely continue to use them in the future!

Felix was great. Our washing machine had been giving us trouble for a while. We needed to know if we could get more life out of it. Felix came out and checked it out throughly. They gave us a rundown of several things that were problems with a quick ballpark estimate and suggested we buy a new one. I was impressed because they could have suggested to let them bandaid it more and made $$$ off of us. But they were honest. That says so much about their character and integrity. I highly recommend Felix and will use them again if/when needed.

7/30/25: Cody at Felix came to our home on 3 occasions. During the first 2 visits, he fixed a stovetop burner and attended to the refrigerator as it has been making an odd noise. When he removed the panels on the front and back of the refrigerator, we discovered a lot of debris buildup from previous tenant(s). After he left, we asked our management company for help with cleaning the debris as we do not have a vacuum with a hose and a narrow hose attachment. The management company wondered why Cody did not take care of the debris when he was here. When he came for a 3rd time to clean it out, he did not use a vacuum. Instead, he used his hands to grab only what he could, and said he was done. When my partner asked if he was done after noticing the debris that was still there, Cody responded rudely, said he got it all, and hurried off. While we do not know if this is the case, we understand that if Felix is responsible for providing their service staff with tools, then Felix needs to provide Cody with a vacuum and all other necessary equipment to do a proper job. 8/1/25: After receiving our feedback, Robert Felix called us to apologize for what happened that day, and to offer to come back to clean the bottom of the refrigerator. We took his offer, and he came and cleaned the back and front of the refrigerator with a vacuum and a brush. We appreciate his efforts in helping us.

Very impressed with their HVAC maintenance service. They did a full system check, cleaned everything, and improved airflow in my home. My heating system is now working perfectly. Great for anyone looking for regular HVAC servicing

Mesa Admiral Repair doesn't exist; it's a national referral service to other appliance repair outfits. I was referred to Manny's. They came out - didn't bring any parts. Said they'd order them and be in on Tuesday. Tuesday comes & no call. Called them and got a story they were waiting on the "Nice to Have" part. The parts they had would've fixed it but they didn't even call. Said they'd come out on Wednesday. Wednesday they say they're on their way, so I take off from work and they never show. I get a text that the Tech can come later in the day. What a nightmare! Don't call Mesa Admiral Repair or Manny's

When I called they said they'd diagnose for a $110 fee but if I hired them for the work they'd credit that towards the work. Well they gave me a total and I agreed and paid. I now have 2 charges and one is still for the diagnostic fee and when I called they said that they don't credit it towards the service. They will use special words to make you think something that isn't true. Lesson learned. Supposedly they charge $59.99 to look at 1 appliance and I suddenly got a discount even though I signed a contract stating I'm OK with a completely different amount.

Called this company to service our washer. They farmed the job out to Manny's Appliance services. Understandably had a service fee of $69.99. We did some research on our washer's issue and found the part from the manufacturer for $120. When they arrived they quoted the same part for $480. I understand some upcharge for a part, but that much is absolutely absurd. That price didn't even include labor. We could have replaced our washer for less. Do NOT recommend.

My ice maker quit working and they knew just what to do. It’s making ice again with no issues. The repair was done neatly. I’m satisfied with the whole process.
