Positives: They sent a technician the next day, and they were on time in the delivery window.

Everything else didn't go well. I was significantly overcharged for the service visit, which didn't fix the refrigerator. The technician took 2 personal calls while he was talking to me. I wouldn't mind that usually, but on top of everything else not going well, it didn't seem professional. He also didn't put the back of the fridge together correctly (only used 2 of the screws), and left the water line dangling out to the side of the fridge.

Wolf reached out to see how it went, and I said it didn't fix the problem. They scheduled a follow up visit, but had to cancel.

When asking them to partially refund the initial visit that was significantly overpriced, they stopped responding. Would NOT recommend.

Felix Appliance has always been our go to on repairs. I can't say enough about the company and it's employees. Wayne came out today to repair our washer, was very timely and courteous.

Felix Appliance quickly analyzed the problem with my Samsung washer. He ordered the parts quickly, came back several days later and fixed the problem in no time!. He also pointed out a potential future problem that he saw which we truly appreciated.

Would definitely use Felix Appliance again, office was able to schedule me same day. Michael was able to fix my unit and very knowledgeable. 5+++

Highly recommend Felix Appliance Heating and Air! Mike and his team of installers were beyond fantastic! The new Trane AC works perfectly and is so quiet, especially since our old one was loudly dying. Mike helped us last year with our old AC, getting a final year’s worth of use before it conked out.

The morning I called to find a repair company, no one responded back to me. Except Felix appliance, it is very disappointing when other companies do that. Unfortunately my 2 year old Whirlpool washer control board went out and the cost of the part is not worth the repair for me. But Wayne was the best and most knowledgeable and helpful guy! I’d read great things about him and he surpassed the compliments! But my washer still sucks! Haha!
