I called to schedule an appointment a few weeks ago. I was happy to find they were able to schedule me something quickly that worked with my schedule. A couple hours later they called me back and told me they made a scheduling error, and they had to reschedule me. Not a big deal it happens. We agree on a Friday from 9-12. I don't receive a confirmation which I think is strange. I called back because I had to reschedule, they tell me I was scheduled for an afternoon appointment, which I explicitly asked for morning and agreed on morning appointment time. Not a big deal, I needed to reschedule anyways. They reschedule me for a Saturday, we discuss a morning appointment, they tell me that the tech isn't available in the mornings on Saturdays only afternoons. I say okay and schedule for Saturday afternoon. Again, no confirmation message. Then they text me a few days later telling me that they have to cancel the appointment because the tech can't make it. I understand that this happens, but the scheduling process has not been great, and I don't feel comfortable scheduling now because I don't want to keep pushing my appointment out.
