Miguel did a great job fixing my dryer and dishwasher. Everyone knows when you move a dryer out of its place how dirty and gross the floor is. He helped me clean the area and wipe down the entire appliance before pushing it back into place. I was very impressed by that and would recommend him to all my family and friends!! Thanks Miguel!!

I had a very positive experience with M&M Electronics. My washer locked shut and I could not release the locking mechanism. The technician, Miguel fixed the problem very fast. He was friendly, on time, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. I highly recommending them.

I have been using M&M electronics for many years now for all of my repair needs. Miguel and his staff are so prompt and efficient. They have fixed my refrigerator and both my washer and dryer. Miguel has also installed my smart thermostat for me which I absolutely love because it is tied to my Google Home. If you ever need appliances Miguel also has used appliances I bought a beautiful stainless steel refrigerator from him and it really nice!

Update 10/24/2025 - my washing machine quit working and Miguel at M&M electronics was able to get the new transmission installed in my Kenmore washing machine. Miguel said this was a much better machine than what is being made now and told me it was better to fix it than to purchase a new machine that may not last as long as this Kenmore has. I'm doing my first load of laundry as I write this review. As always Thanks Miguel!

Miguel was amazing! He was even early, got started right away, was kind and professional, and very communicative! It was like we had a friend in our kitchen, helping repair our refrigerator and dishwasher. He is my hero! I would not hesitate to recommend Miguel for any kitchen repairs you may need.

I hope to express how knowable and professional Miguel was! We had a company come three times and Miguel took extra time to make sure what he found was indeed fixed. He explained everything he was doing and what he found. They are very kind by actually calling the next day to follow up that the washer was still okay and doing well. I give this company a 5 star for their knowledge and professionalism!

We were assigned M&M (M&D) by our warranty. The initial request was 5/19/25. the "first" visit was 5/28/25. Repair was for refrigerator ice maker. The technician and his apprentice were kind, through, respectful. Unfortunately they issue was the compressor and the ice maker. They canceled the icemaker, even though it wasn't working. I had to make numerous calls to follow up on compressor repairs, with the response that they would call me back. They didn't until I was upset. When they finally came back out they fixed the compressor...but icemaker still didn't work. I had to make numerous calls again to make sure they followed up on it. They cashed out a second time...it was the wrong icemaker!!!. They came out a third time!!! Parts of the icemaker were broken so it didn't fit properly. Today 7/25/25 was the fourth visit . It finally is fixed!!! TWO MONTHS later. My first issues was communication, should I say lack of. I would have to repeatedly call them for updates. Difficult to get calls returned. Finally Corina said that she would handle everything and make sure that she would keep me updated. THAT didn't happen. It's ridiculous that these parts can be ordered from multiple different outlets including the original manufacturer and have them delivered within in days, yet it took M&M 2+ weeks. The fact that they didn't know they had the wrong part. The fact that they sent out a visibly broken part. The experience was unacceptable, and unprofessional. The ONLY positive I can say is that the technicians were great!!!!

Miguel excellent tech very professional, excellent communication explaining steps & what to expect & follow up information. First met Miguel for our refrigerator repair which was a warranty repair. Did excellent job troubleshooting, parts ordering & then follow up repairs when parts arrived.
Had our washer drain pump motor go out not a warranty repair & with great service first time we had M&M come do repairs. Miguel was tech who came for repairs did fantastic job again. With people working for M&M in dispatch, customer service reps & supervisors all were extremely helpful & customer friendly, so M&M comes highly recommended by this family.

Always providing a great service for a fair price. I have had my washing machine and fridge fixed by M&M Electronics and have been very pleased every time I call. Miguel and his team are friendly, reliable and experienced at what they do. Highly recommend!

So apparently this company is contracted through American home shield as m&d home services. Not m&m electronics. Well we called for service on our fridge. Had a brief text message conversation about issues etc. Said they would order parts and set an appointment. Tried calling and texting number to no avail. Got the feedback texts from ahs and m&m indicating service call was closed. Called ahs to get our service fee back as no technician or company calls received. Ahs said that m&m/m&d tried contacting me but was unreachable ( highly unlikely as I'm near my phone at all hours due to work). Highly recommend not using them as the company name doesn't match from what was provided and they didnt even take the time to call/schedule or reach out to help. Last text was a Monday, currently a Friday.

My Home Warranty company contracted M&M Electronics on 3/14, 3 days later (3/17) we received a text asking what the issue with the microwave was (this was already explained to the warranty company. Possible they did not relay the message). From there, we personally did not hear from Miguel again. 3/24 I called the home warranty company who contact M&M and said that Miguel would be out on 3/26. He arrived, was very kind, said the microwave door was toast and that he would inform my home warranty company of the issue and go from there. On 3/27 M&M cashed the check received for the diagnostic call. Today, 4/2 M&M Electronics still has not provided the home warranty company with the diagnosis of the microwave that they reviewed a week ago. While I understand a 3rd party (the home warranty company) is involved, M&M has been unresponsive to myself and them. It's nice that others have had such a great experience with the company but this is mine.

Miguel came out to do our drain pump repair on the washer/dryer unit we have. I had to make it a point to put this review up because he was super pleasant to talk with and did the work efficiently and really fas! If anything, this man deserves a raise! I also want to point out when we made the appointment, the lady who answered the phone, I don't recall her name but she also was super nice and easy to talk to. M&M Electronics should be a 6 star not five!

Miguel was outstanding! He was polite, thorough, and took the time to explain the issue, show me the cause, and give me tips so it doesn't happen in the future. He took his time to ensure everything was done right. He made sure all of my questions were answered. I truly appreciated the friendly, above and beyond service.
