Miguel is one of the best technicians that has come to my home he took the time to explain everything that going with our appliances what he is doing and keep his word he really went above and beyond to help me out not like beyer appliances they ran in and did nothing

My LG Refrigerator broke a few weeks ago. It was the compressor. I was provided a few recommended companies from LG and I chose M&M Electronics to perform the repair. Katrina provided me excellent customer service every time I called to get updates. Miguel performed the diagnostic and then the actual repair. The part was slightly delayed, however I was very satisfied with all levels of customer service. I highly recommend using M&M Electronics for any repairs you may need.

Refrigerator repair has been going on two months now with noone calling me back. Do not use this company they will not repair your appliance and will ignore you when you try to get a hold of them.

The gentlemen arrived on time and completed their work quickly and efficiently and were very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these types of services. A++

Miguel was an awesome technician. Answered any and all questions that I had. Was quick in installing the new part and even noticed a new problem that he willingly fixed on the spot. Overall terrific experience

Took his time to diagnize, moved the door switches around, replaced one of them with the one the previous technician said was bad while it was still good. Fixed most of the problem the previous technician was not able to fix. Awaiting to see is ice maker start working. He said to give it 24 to 48 hours.

Miguel was able to ask a few questions, look at previous work done, then fix the washer in an hour or less. He was professional, kind, and considerate throughout.

M&M was very helpful and came through when 5 other home warranty appliance companies didn’t. I would recommend them to everyone for your repair needs.

The technician was very patient with all my questions and provided answers.
He thoroughly inspected my 2011 LG washing machine relative to my issues. He showed me some maintenance tips that will keep my machine and top shape.

This company was great to work with. They were responsive and quick to get the repair done!! Our repair tech Miguel was fast at the repair on our fridge and super friendly/easy to work with. Highly recommend this company.

Administrative office is very unprofessional. I have contacted this office several times regarding my ongoing issue with my refrigerator after the technician left. I have no issues with the technician. He was courteous and did his job to his best ability. However my issue remains. I've called repeatedly, left messages and spoke
With the staff and all they do is say they will follow up and never did even after showing pics and videos of my issues. It wasn't until I got my warranty involved and had to escalate this issue that someone decided to take a call! What kind of staff do you have working there? What happened to providing customer service, follow through and communication. I was too upset to remember her name but she was caught in her own lie. Whatever happened to taking ownership and admitting you may have dropped the ball and at least attempt to rectify the situation instead of making excuses? Please train your administrative staff. They lack the basic skills needed to handle service issues and need to learn the power of empathy, taking ownership and follow up.

Miguel resolved some long-standing issues of vibration in our Speed Queen washing machine by replacing shock absorbers and correcting an incomplete installation (by the dealer). He showed a great work ethic and incredible product knowledge, and made several recommendations to my wife Vita about how to more effectively utilize the product for better results.

M&M Electronics is now our go to service center for appliance repair. Miguel quickly came out on short notice to nicely fix our LG wash machine. He had all parts ready to go for a complicated issue and did it quickly and neatly at a very reasonable cost. I am passing M&M's business card to my neighbors with my highest recommendation.
