Professional from start to finish. Arranged to come at an earlier time as my AC has stopped working in 100 degree heat. Texted time they would arrive and came immediately .Explained the issue thoroughly and checked everything. Had it working in no time. I can't thank you guys enough.

Excellent service. My 22-year-old unit has seen better days. they explained to me the positives and the negatives of replacing it. My AC went down on a Wednesday evening. Called Felix Air. Michael was here the next morning. He spent an hour assessing the situation and taking photos in the attic. He then walked me through the problem or should I say problems. Within a short time I had the cost (not just an estimate). Their team showed up Friday morning at 6:00 and replaced everything in the attic including the wiring and the unit outside.
Not only did they do a fantastic job, but I was so impressed with how respectful they were of my property. I had some things that needed to be moved around so that they could get into the attic and they did that for me and when they were finished they put everything back!
There are many air-conditioning companies out there promising low prices and then when they arrive, there is a lot of up selling. Not only did Felix Air provide the best service, but I totally appreciated their transparency. I have total faith in Felix air and highly recommend them

Great service by Felix Air. Cody came out to fix my leaking washer. He communicated in regards to his arrival and even sent a photo of what he looks like so I would be sure who arrives. He diagnosed my washer, showed me the issue, and informed of next steps. He came back with the parts and fixed the issue. Super communicative and the process was so easy. Highly recommend. Booking an appointment was a breeze also through their website.

I highly recommend Felix. I was able to get a same day service call for my refrigerator that wasn't properly cooling. The technician who came out, Cody, was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After being told the compressor was bad, I decided it was time to just buy a new refrigerator versus the expense of a repair. I appreciate Cody taking the time for the service call and diagnostics, despite not using the company for a repair.
