We had a red dye stain from gatorade in our wool carpet. Carpet Tech Services professionally cleaned our carpet and the stain is gone! We thought we might have to replace the wool carpet but not now. Thank you for your professional work!

Scott and Miranda from Carpet Tech - Rug Worx did and amazing job in regards to service and actual cleaning of a very large organic modern rug. It desperately needed cleaning due to puppies and people. When it was delivered today I could not believe how clean and beautiful the carpet looked. Scott had explained they would hand wash the carpet. He was so passionate about his work when discussing it. Miranda was fabulous in regards to scheduling and follow up. I highly recommend Carpet Tech and Rug Worx for all of your upholstery and carpet cleaning needs.

I highly recommend Carpet Tech Services. They recently cleaned the carpet in my house, which was in desperate need of attention. They also picked up & took my rug to be cleaned at their shop. The rug was brought back in a timely manner. In addition to the rug being cleaned, Scott (owner) also provided the option to add a mat under the rug, to protect our wood floors. Very knowledgeable couple who own the business. We took our 17 year rug/carpet to be cleaned after seeing them on fox 10 news . Great people who know their rugs! Plus had a pad made. Rug looks better than new.

I found this place through a search; and due to the high reviews, I decided to give it a try. The reviews were not wrong, my rug was perfectly clean!

Also, everyone I came in contact with was very professional and kind. I ended having surgery and my rug was already done. I explained I couldn’t drive at the time to pick it up. They were so kind and told me not to worry about it, and just come when I could. I know they have a charge for storing the rugs, but that was not even mentioned at any moment. Upon coming to pick up my rug, they remembered my surgery, and asked me how it was and how I was feeling. I felt the human part of their business, and that will have me coming again and again.

So happy with our beautiful clean oriental carpets. Rug Worx was super professional from start to finish. They know their stuff and we will used them again and highly recommend them.

Several months ago on Nextdoor a neighbor recommended a rug cleaning company for Oriental and Persian rugs. The company he recommended was Rug Worx owned by Scott and Miranda Gwilliam. We had an experience several years ago with another company that did a terrible job but our rug needed cleaning so we contacted Rug Worx. Scott immediately responded. When he came out to look at our rug, we were surprised at how knowledgable he was about how and where the carpet was made and how the cleaning process would take place. His wife Miranda worked around our schedule for the return delivery of the rug and the new pad that we purchased from them. When we got our rug back it was like a new rug. We had forgotten how rich the colors were. We are so delighted with the quality of service that we received from Rug Worx that I had to share this.

We love Rug Worx! Scott and Miranda are very responsive and explained to us what as needed to "fix" our problem, urine smelling carpets. They also told us what not to do because it would make the problem worse. They aren't "salesman" trying to up-sell, but experienced in their field. Scott was the tech that came to us and was wonderful. He was able to tell me how much "life" was left in my carpets and the quality of the carpets that are in our home (we had recently moved in). This type of customer services I haven't found with other carpet cleaning companies. Rug Worx are our "go to" for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning questions. They have even given us advice as to what type of area rugs are best to purchased based on our lifestyle....a house with boys!

We have a 30 year old loose weave 100% wool rug. We had it cleaned recently by Rug Worx and it looks brand new. They found carpet beetles in it but were able to clean them out and treat it for further protection.We are thrilled with the great care and results.

I just had my hand tufted wool rug cleaned. It had been a couple of years and was fairly soiled from normal wear from people and dogs. Scott and Miranda are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the types of rugs and their care. The rug looks AMAZING and looks better than I expected. This is a company you can trust.
