I have an area rug that I cherish like it was my 2nd born. It's moved with me to 5 different homes and survived 6 big dogs. I have done my best to keep it looking good but after this last move to AZ I couldn't ignore the fact that it needed some quality time at the spa for carpets. The folks at Rug Worx took their time and with tremendous care and expertise returned my rug to its original condition - maybe even better. It's vibrant and soft and fresh smelling. I'm beyond thrilled! These folks are fiber super heroes.

This was my first time using Rug Worx—great experience. The owner, Scott, was friendly and knowledgeable. He came to my house (pick-up and delivery service—yes!), assessed the job and adjusted his quote accordingly, which was nice as it was in my favor. I plan to use them again. Bottom line: great service, quality and competitive pricing. Do it.

So happy we chose to use Rugworx. Debated whether to buy new rugs or clean existing ones. They look like new!! Saw company on Fox 10 and decided to give them a try. They were professional, reasonably quick, and did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again.

Rug Worx has cleaned 3 large rugs for us and did a fantastic job. We had a 4th rug that was REALLY bad and they were honest that they would not be able to adequately clean it and rejected it. I was sad to not have a clean rug, but very happy that the company was honest about what they could and could not fix. Great service, kind people and a happy customer! I would highly recommend. I will be calling them from now on!

We were referred to Scott by my carpet rep whom I purchased my carpet over 5 years ago. Quite impressed with Scott and the professionalism he has when coming to our home. His cleaning technique is subperb and it doesn't take as long to dry as others. He also does grout cleaning, which was a tremendous help to my tiled floors. I use Scott for every rug I have cleaned...I have used other companies who cone out and do it on the spot, and they just don't come close to the job Rugworx does. They come pick up my rugs and take them to their shop, where he uses his own process come up by decades of experience in the carpet and rug industry. Quality of cleaning work was excellent and price was more than fair. They even did minor repair on rug with no additional charge. They are a small family business that seems to have a professional grade of knowledge for rugs of any type. I feel I have found a service business that has honest genuine qualifications.

We LOVE Rug Worx! My company does acres and acres of commercial carpet care, every month. Some clients have beautiful and often expensive rugs in their lobbies and offices. Rugs are different than carpet. They have their own sets of potential problems which need to be considered prior to cleaning. Cleaning rugs, in a home or office, with the wrong processes or products, could end in catastrophe; not to mention that it doesn't really get the rug clean. We take ALL of our customer rugs to Rug Worx. We want our client rugs to receive the special processes and treatment that Rug Worx provides. Simply the best! I own a high volume Airbnb in Pinetop and brought 5 large Turkish rugs that have seen better days. I wasn't sure if they were even salvageable due to the high volume of renters we have had over the years. Not only were they salvageable, they looked brand new when I picked them up! Miranda and Scott were extremely knowledgeable and were so great to work with during the process. They were finished ahead of schedule and I was able to pick them up early on my way back up north to Pinetop. We got them back in place for my next renters and the place never looked better. I never really thought about "rug cleaning" until I needed it but there isn't anyone else I'd trust to do the job besides Rug Worx.

Great small business with folks who take pride in what they do. They are very good at communication and their quotes/prices are reasonable. And my old rugs look brand new. They're synthetic, and I just couldn't get them looking bright when I cleaned them myself (probably because of the dense weave). If I could, I'd also give Rug Worx extra stars for putting a rush on my order. (We're moving out of town and needed the rugs within the week, and they finished everything in two days!)

I chose this establishment strictly on these 5 star reviews. I had 4 very nice area rugs that I had no clue how best to get them cleaned. I couldn’t have been anymore satisfied with the results and the service provided unless it had been free!!! They look gorgeous. They worked me in as we were moving over the holidays from AZ to ID. Scott and Miranda are absolute rug experts! Scott identified for me the fiber content of several rugs imported from Turkey that were misrepresented to me by the selling importer. I learned more about rugs from Scott in one hour than I ever dreamed possible!
