I have a wool rug that was stained from a hot chocolate accident…I immediately tried to get it out with a carpet cleaner but to no avail. I was doubtful the stain would come out since the cleaner appeared to have bleached it. My friend referred Rug Worx and assured me they could get it out. I was shocked when I got it back and could not even see where the stain was!! Thank you Rug Worx for making my rug look brand new again!!!

I can't express enough gratitude toward this company. My 1yo decided to take a black sharpie to our brand new couch cushion. I called 9 different places & Rug Worx was the only company who would even attempt to remove it. And they removed it completely!! They even called me throughout the week to give me updates on how things were progressing. I will recommend them to everyone that has rugs or upholstery needing cleaned.

This is a great service! Not only did they do an excellent job cleaning our persian rugs, they also were able to give lots of cool rug info on where our rugs were made, different fibers used and how to care for them properly.

Miranda and Scott Gwilliam do excellent work. They salvaged a 15 year old rug that lived a life under a dining table before I had them clean it before moving it to my office.

It looks near new now.

Updated for 2022: Rugworx does it again! All I can say is WOW! As I described below I have a rug with tricky fibers. And with 3 dogs this rug gets pretty dirty and gross. It was honestly embarrassingly dirty this year and I was strongly considering a new one all together. BUT Rugworx (once again) made it look brand new! I’m so impressed!

I have a rug with complicated fibers. The rug will be ruined if not cleaned and dried properly (I know from previous experience, I’m on rug #2 because my original was ruined by another rug cleaning company’s ignorance) Rug Works knew exactly how to clean and dry my rug! It left my house a mess (I have 3 dogs) and it came back looking like new! I couldn’t be happier.!!! Also their customer service is outstanding.. A+++

Friendly service, great results - these folks know what they are doing. They immediately identified the rug as being handmade Turkish. Brought my rug in for removal of dog urine stain. Cleaned ahead of schedule and stains removed with impressive results.

Excellent job on my 9x13 area rug. Bought 20 years ago and never cleaned. Had quite a few dirty high traffic areas. Whites had become dirty brown and compressed. Rug Worx made it look almost new, whites are again whites. Can't tell any high traffic areas. Price was good and cheaper than a new rug. Even gave me a discount on the pickup/delivery fee because I had already rolled up the rug for them. Just great service!

Rugworx cleaned my hard worn but beloved Morrocan handwoven rug. Scott’s workers did an excellent job and got it looking really good. Also Rugworx has a beautiful collection of Navajo rugs that makes it a real treat to drive to Rugworx to see them and save $ at the same time. Grest service. - and it was ready in a week,

I used Google to find a drop-off rug cleaning company. After reading some of the recent reviews, I sent them a couple of images along with details about the issues with my area rug. They responded a day later with an estimate. I dropped off my rug the next day, and about 10 days later it was ready. All the stains were removed, and it looks great. Highly recommended. The picture with 2 dogs is the before.

Wow what a great company. Our dog had an accident on our living room rug. We thought it was ruined. Rug worx picked up the rug cleaned it and got it back before thanksgiving. We were sure that was not possible. Looks brand new. If you have rugs that need cleaning these guys are great. The pickup and delivery guys awesome.
