Couldn't be more happy with the service I received from Gold Medal. I called needing emergency Trimming and Overgrown removal for my my company. Not only were they very informative and very detailed on their services but the amount of respect of them understanding that it was an emergency was far beyond unexpected due to the previous companies I've contacted. They sent crews my way as soon as they were available. The work was fast, clean, detailed and more importantly very efficient. Its so hard to find great companies that actually take pride in their occupation and customer service!! Well done Gold medal. I had the pleasure of speaking with Trevor! Man what a delight to talk to someone so polite and understanding of the situation at hand. I will continue to do business with this company. Just simply amazed. Thank you!

I recently had a very troubling experience at the Fry’s Shopping Plaza at 67th Ave. and Happy Valley Road. The landscaping crew, of Gold Medal Landscape Management, who appeared to be non-English speaking, were blowing dirt, gravel, sand, and parking lot debris all over the cars parked in the lot. Even more concerning, they were blowing the same debris onto customers walking in and out of the stores.

When I approached the landscapers about the mess and the potential harm they were causing, they responded rudely and seemed indifferent to the situation. Unfortunately, my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X was completely covered in debris as a result of their actions, and other vehicles and customers were similarly affected.

When I called Gold Medal Landscape Management to report the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude. They acted as though the debris and damage were just part of doing business. Such a response is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Given the circumstances, I have contacted my insurance company, the City of Phoenix Police Department, and ICE to inquire about the legality of the workers employed by the company. I believe more should be done to ensure that businesses are held accountable for the actions of their employees, and that public safety and property are respected.

Driver of truck on phone and very strange attitude after I got in lane in front of him to turn onto McClintock from baseline. Changed lanes and sped up to keep pace with my car, weird smile, kept even with my vehicle even after we’d turned onto McClintock and looking at me instead of the road. So absurd an experience from someone in a company vehicle I came on here to check the company out only to find this isn’t a new issue for the company. You have an unstable employee.

No reason to be driving the wrong way on one way streets, no reason to park on the sidewalk blocking both ADA access into the church and neighborhood pedestrian traffic forcing us into the street.
This is a regular thing, in addition to leaving all the grass clippings and leaves in the street.

For the 3rd time in as many weeks one of your drivers has literally came within inches of ripping the front off my wife's car. Last week it was a driver pulling out from the mesa yard and flying across 5 lanes of traffic cutting me off on my motorcycle so close I almost lost control i have video evidence, unit #40. Nobody else on the road and he pulls out not yielding to the major cross street traffic with a loaded trailer. The hell. Hold your drivers accountable. Have called multiple times and never got a return call or anything like that from your company. Next up i go to ADOT with all my photographic and video evidence and see how they feel about your lack of safe practices.

This company was very helpful so the landscapers came yesterday and they were working directly behind my car cutting and leaf blowing but they were leaf blowing onto my car leaves getting stuck in crevices along was getting it dusty. I got so upset was shaky so I sent them an email Im a person where i keep to myself i never complain but Armando responded same day and apologized. I was only expecting an apology but he was so kind and offered to come out and clean my car in which I accepted. Armando was very nice in person and email he got my car cleaned up like brand new and I appreciate his help in this circumstance. Honesly it was fine the other times but this time it was upsetting. I'll be sure to move my car so this doesn't happen again.

Don’t bother - they Schedule an appointment and then don’t bother to show up or call to explain why they are now unavailable. Very irresponsible.

Tell your drivers to get off the phone when driving and to please learn that you can't drive 30 in a 45 mile per hour busy street

Newton and Edgar completed our landscaping on our new home 3 years ago, and since then we've had a couple of additional projects. He's very responsive and does quality work at a reasonable price.

We saw the Newton Landscaping truck at a neighbors house doing yardwork and got in touch with the owner and he came out that day and gave us a very reasonable quote for a large tree trimming job involving 6 huge overgrown trees plus some smaller shrubs along a canal ditch. The team of landscapers showed up as scheduled and did an amazing job in a timely manner. Edgar was great to work with and we will definitely use him for future landscaping needs.

Edgar, of Newton Landscaping was referred to me by a friend who was highly satisfied with their yard maintenance. I needed a full remodel landscaping. Dozens of plants, shrubs and trees were planted, artificial turf, as well as sod were planted, and a beautiful rock garden made. A complete irrigation and drip system were installed. Landscape lighting was installed. I am extremely happy with their work, with the price, with the rapid communication and quickness to complete the job. Edgar called me with any questions and more importantly, suggestions that saved me money and looked great. I highly recommend Newton Landscaping. I will post photos later.

We recently completed a backyard grill project with Edgar and his team. The project involved removing old, very ugly rocks, prepping the area, laying the pavers, and ensuring proper drainage. Edgar’s team worked basically every day until the job was finished. They were very fast.

Edgar was patient, easy to work with, and offered a very competitive price. The craftsmanship here is actually really great as you can tell from the photo. The edges are cut very well and make the backyard look really nice. Highly recommend!

We just completed a major project including laying pavers, building block walls with a gate and a major landscaping project that included a watering system and landscape lighting. We couldn't be more pleased with Newton Landscaping. Edgar was so patient, pleasant and easy to work with. He has a very good, hard-working crew. The project was started and completed on schedule. It was as perfect as possible and all was cleaned up when finished. For the work that was done the cost was also very reasonable compared to other quotes. We highly recommend.

I interviewed seven landscape companies before I hired this team. I had a great experience with this company from the first estimate meeting to completion of my five day job. They sculpted my land, gravel removal and produced curved paths with compact minus and paver borders, a concrete block path, a concrete shed pad, tree wells, and a durable minus compacted driveway. Julian made excellent suggestions too. He really knows what he is doing. He showed up on time every day with his same two professional guys. They all worked very well and were courteous and clean. Sandy organizes the jobs and she is very professional and fun to work with! This is a family run business and they have a lot of class. They are very professional, and know how to treat a customer. A rare combo in the landscaping industry. I highly recommend this company. I will absolutely be hiring them for more work for my front yard ideas. It meant a lot to me to get my large job done right and I love the completed work!
