Old man with cowboy hat does not treat his employees with respect. I witnessed this at the Quiktrip on Scottsdale & Mckelips. He was screaming at them while they were doing what they can. He needs to retire.

WORST COMPANY EVERR!!! bad management!! If a company is bad something must be wrong with the owner that reflects on the workers!! This company needs new owner/management in general!!!

You know they’re bad when the owner of the “company” feels the need to leave 5 star reviews. The landscaping gods scraped the bottom of the barrel to assemble this group. Poor quality of work, appearance and attitude all the way around.

Big shout to Big Tree Team for all they did this morning at my property. First they got on time , 7am. Then in less than 4 hours they did remove a big tree I had in my front yard . Afterwards they checked all my sprinklers to make sure they are still working properly . I had to leave due to some meetings but Dannon was kind enough to keep myself updated with the work . Sending me messages and even videos of the work progress . And last , they clean the whole entire area leaving my front house clean and ready for the new sod :-)

I worked with Jared on a community I managed. He does everything he can to make things right and give quality service.

Do not use this company. They have no pride in their business. No guarantee on their work. They do not care about their customers at all. The “manager” who answers the phone makes it very clear they don’t care at all about your issue or you as a customer. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Each Friday morning they come and clean the complex where I work, when they remove the debris in the parking lot and driveways, they do not stop blowing when they see me or my coworkers and on a few occasions intentionally blew debris at my car. I have had enough! I do not recommend using this company if this is how they train their employees. I would never come to their place of employment and be disrespectful to their property.

The amount of dust and rocks these guys will blow directly into and on cars is ridiculous. Then leaf blowing all the rocks you originally blew onto the cars off like it's not scratching the cars. Hopefully someone holds you responsible for all the property damage. Amateur at best.

I had reported an issue about landscapers blowing debris at my wife and her vehicle. I was contacted regarding the incident and they went above and beyond to make it right.

I was stranded at the dump with a dead dump trailer battery. They pulled up next to me and I happened to ask if they could give me a jump. With out hesitation he said yes. His name was Jared and was extremely helpful. Great company with great people working there

Every week for 5 years, I step out my front door to trash everywhere. These guys must have a problem with me or something because they seem to push trash in front of my house. My neighbors front yards are always clean and there's always a ton of trash in front of my place.

There are holes in my window from rocks flinging out from the lawnmowers. I know they didn't mean to do that but I cannot afford to fix it. I went to my HOA about it and bigtree landscaping said it wasn't them. Really? Who else is flinging tiny rocks at my windows??

Your driver needs to slow down on Ironwood. Him and a dually silver ford appeared to be racing..

They took over the Landscaping contract for our new community and within 3 months there was a clear difference in quality. They're even willing to come to HOA meetings and educate homeowners, so we know why they make certain decisions. They also look at 5-10 years down the road, not just maintaining status quo.

Irresponsible and ignorant! Total disregard for surroundings!! This company is contracted by my HOA to manage and maintain the common areas of my community. Last month they were asked to remove three bushes in the greenbelt just outside the common wall shared with my house. In doing so they cut several roots that had reached out and under the wall of my 25-year old Ficus tree growing just a few feet away on the inside of the wall in my yard. The tree died within days! They denied that they did anything wrong that caused the demise of this beautiful tree. I have had a certified arborist confirm a direct correlation between both events. Genesis is 100% responsible!. This crew is pathetic and their work in my community is nothing but a low rate inadequate effort.

Fantastic customer service and communication. I have used these guys for big projects such as tree trimming and for daily landscape maintenance and they are top notch. Their level of knowledge when it comes to trees, plants and turf can’t be topped and their ability to educate their customer on the services recommended really goes a long way. You can tell right from the get-go that this this company values quality and providing a job well done is a priority.

Genesis does great work, they've maintained my HOA for years. If there's ever an issue I'm able to get a hold of a manager quickly and they address the problem promptly.

So, had a very poor experience with their very rude team, driving truck #40. They were blocking off a convenience store exit, to buy burritos. They would move and was extremely rude. Not to mention when they rolled down the windows a very strong odor of pot came out, they were clearly smoking pot while on duty and driving, the company’s vehicles. Never would allow this with my employees. Beware
