Great company and very professional. They created a great design and we’re extremely quick. They were able to complete a backyard remodel in less than a week. The dogs love the work they did too!

We had an amazing experience with Pimentel, they were easy to work with, provided us with several options for what we were looking at getting done and the job was completed timely and most importantly it looks AMAZING. They did a great job of fixing the issues with our pool deck and went the extra mile.

Juan and his crews are fantastic. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. They kept the workplace as clean and clear as you can when tearing out a backyard and putting in a new one. I am so incredibly pleased with Pimentel Landscaping! I'm in the customer service industry and I understand how important responsiveness and follow through are. Well Juan and his team exceeded my expectations! Within about 10 days I had a fair bid, a design plan, and a beautiful and finished backyard! The work was done in a professional matter. Juan was very nice and listen to what I wanted at the price I could afford. He picked the colors, pavers, turf & design he even added my father in laws stain glass stepping stones. He kept in touch with me through out the whole time. The crew finished 3 days. He provided his workers with the best tools plus a porta potty ☺️ on sight so the workers don’t have to ask to use yours. The crew were nice and polite and Juan dropped by frequently to check up on the job. I would highly recommend Juan Pimentel LLC to do your landscaping needs. Thank you Juan.

Juan and his team did a Gorgeous job on our backyard. Our renovation came out better than I could have ever dreamed. I chose them over other companies, because he really took his time with us, was always available to answer any of our questions, and seemed to genuinely be enthusiastic about his work.

Where to begin, this is one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made. This company took our concept drawing, and brought it to life. It was on time, and on budget. Juan and his team met with us an helped us put together a manageable plan and concept to remodel our front yard landscaping. Pimentel Landscaping did a wonderful job on my yard. Juan was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and responsive to my needs. The crew was incredible, trimming my large palm, removing an unwanted ficus, trimming a yard full of oleanders, bougainvillea, sage etc. cleaning up all debris raking rocks, replacing an old sprinkler timer with a smart model and leaving an overgrown yard looking neat and beautiful! I would definitely hire them again!

A good customer service experience is becoming a rare occurrence, but that was what I received with Pimentel Landscaping. I had a rather urgent issue with water getting under my house, for which Juan offered me several sensible options. Juan and his team took measurements, and provided me with an honest assessment of the work needed to address the issue, the cost, and the timeframe for completion. He was communicative throughout the process, and adhered to his schedule.

Pimentel Landscaping was wonderful to work with! We contacted Juan and he was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He started our project quickly and finished the project faster than we could have ever hoped for! We are in love with our new backyard and would recommend his services to anyone!

Ok.. so we had a massive project..
We needed our yard regraded around the pool, travertine tile, a paver pathway, turf, plants, rock, our front yard fixed, and irrigation system, block wall rebuilding and more! We also did some changes during the process.. but Juan and his team handle it all and were AMAZING during the process!

All of that, they got done and transformed our backyard in a little over 2 weeks which is wild for all the work they had to do!

Juan is super responsive and addressed any concerns i had during in a timely manner! Also big shoutout to victor for having to deal with me asking him a lot of questions while working! Him and his crew are perfectionists and it really shows in their work!

We recently hired Pimentel Landscaping LLC to completely renovate our backyard, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! They transformed our space by removing old gravel and overgrown foliage, overlaying and extending our patio, adding a full irrigation system, installing beautiful lighting, putting down turf, and even adding a new front walkway. Every detail of their work was done with care and precision.

What truly stood out was the quality of their work. There were many places where they could have cut corners, like the irrigation system, which is mostly underground and out of sight, but they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We knew we were in great hands with Juan, the owner, who was incredibly professional, responsive, and considerate throughout the project. He was always quick to respond to our questions and made adjustments based on our preferences, sometimes even without charging extra.

The project was completed in just one week, which was amazing! It was great not having to live amongst construction for very long.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. While we had a set idea of what we wanted, Juan and his team provided helpful insights that enhanced our vision and added personal touches we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves.

They were also incredibly respectful of our property, bringing in all their own equipment, including a portable restroom so they wouldn’t have to use ours. They left the site spotless, even washing off excess sand from the road when materials were delivered.

We are beyond satisfied with the final outcome and feel like we got excellent value for the money. I absolutely loved my experience with Pimentel Landscaping. This was my biggest home remodel that I have done and Juan was there every step of the way. The project was quoted the same day that Juan came to review the job. He assisted me with the design ideas, provided samples and helped with me a quick drawing to submit to the HOA.
