In early 2022 my wife and I contracted with CYC for a $23K front yard remodel. All in all, the work they did was good. We had one crew (led by David) do most of the work and they were really good, attentive, and hard working. There was another crew one day and they were really good at sitting around and when they did work, their quality was subpar at best. Our CYC designer, Deb, recommended some plants that we questioned (my wife is very knowledgeable with plants) if they would do well here in the hot AZ summers and Deb said that they would be fine. Are you sure we asked? She said absolutely! I think she was just telling my wife what she wanted to hear so that Deb/CYC would get the job. Well now that it is fall, my wife and I will, at our cost, replace all 10 of those plants with different one as they barely made it into June (already passed the CYC plant warranty period) let alone through the harsh summer. Furthermore, throughout the design process, she wasn’t very good at detailed work either. I guess the thing that irks me the most, is that once the job was finished, Deb nor the owner, bothered to come out to look at the finished job and ask if we were happy, not even a phone call, text, or email. I would recommend that you choose another company.

Bob and team were excellent. They came in and took on a difficult botched job from a previous landscape company. Their design and installation team met with us to strategize on a comprehensive drainage system after a major flood at our house. They graded our pool deck and also installed a new outdoor kitchen. The CYC team is top notch, im happy to say I picked the right group. Big thank you to the team at CYC.

We engaged CYC Landscaping for 2 major landscaping projects and a refresh project over the past several years. Each time we have been extremely pleased with the designs, installations and followup CYC provided. CYC was very diligent about meeting timelines and responding to our requests. We will definitely call them again for future projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with CYC Landscaping and I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed with their work. They removed the rock in my front and backyard and replaced it with turf, added a stone pavers walkway next to the house, put in new vegetation and I could not be happier with the outcome. In my search for a complete, bottoms-up landscaper, CYC immediately outshined their competition. They, unlike the others, immediately followed my expectations of producing drawings and plans, and once approved they executed them accordingly. Their subcontractors when needed were skilled and trustworthy. They managed all phases of the work and were in constant communication. After they completed my front yard, I later had them repeat the process for my back yard. And there was excellent follow-up to check on the status of trees, plants and watering schedules even after I made final payments. I receive complements all the time on how great everything works. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs worry-free, on-schedule landscape design and installation.

The reps are all nice and communicative. But they need to greatly expand the services they provide. They don't do routine maintenances any longer and found they don't handle need re-planting. For the latter case, one of the backyard's date palms got knocked over by wind. Their referral, Silver Fern Landscaping, doesn't handle that either, which I was told due to "high demand" unavailability.

We highly recommend CYC Landscaping! Mark helped our dreams come true on our newly built home in North Scottsdale. Mark and his team had a blank slate and took our inspiration and wants and designed the most beautiful hardscape and landscape design that truly exceeded our expectations. Mark had a large scope and his attention to detail really showed while still taking our budget into consideration and often offered alternative options, to not sacrifice design, but to support our budget. Besides all the hardscape and landscape, Mark and his team designed/built our outdoor kitchen, fire pit and half sized basketball /pickleball court. It is hard to imagine what it would look like all pulled together (although he does design on paper, so you will now exactly what you are getting) but Mark exceeded any and all of our expectations. We get so many compliments from all our guests! I trust Mark and his team and highly recommend CYC Landscaping!

Bob of CYC has done one project for me and scouted out a few others. He is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, with years of industry expertise. His crew does professional work extremely quickly. I would highly recommend CYC and Bob!

Without a doubt, CYC is the best company we have ever worked with. We waited forever to do major a landscaping job on our 50-year-old North Central Phoenix home. From the minute we met with Mark, the designer we knew we were in good hands. Not only did Mark come up with a great plan for the front and back, the workers that came every day were as hard-working as any individuals I have seen. We could not recommend them more.

I had CYC do an install and then added on yard service. I was promised that the landscaping service were like gardeners. They would care for the plants, set the landscape timers, and nurture them. What a joke that turned out to be! We constantly had different crews, I complained to the crews about the condition of the plants, that fact that my water bill doubled, that it seemed they were over-watering, they even agreed that that it was too wet, so they could not cut my grass several times. I complained to the office multiple times, and all feel on deaf ears. I was promised call backs and never received them I was told they would replace the 6 dead hopseed plants that the crew hacked which caused them to die. That has not happened wither, the crew says one thing and office says another and they NEVER return a call that has been promised to be returned!! I paid a lot of money, over $7,000, for them to install landscaping and then added their maintenance to insure that those plants were cared for! Here we are another week later and no call. I would not recommend them at all!! Extremely disappointed with their broken promises. Reid told me he would come out and look at the plants, they did not happen either. They will just tell you what you want to hear to sell you the job. No integrity at all!

Amazing team!! They did an awesome job!! The side of the house looks fantastic. A very clear difference from the neglect of the previous owner and a genuine fix to the flooding that came into the garage. The cleanup was quick and they were done in 10 hours. Very professional and I definitely recommend.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting one of the landscapers in our community, Gustavo Jr. I've seen this young man work tirelessly, all while being thorough. I live in a large community and he takes the time to make sure the grounds are kept beautiful. It is evident that he takes pride in his work, which is much appreciated.

Need to secure your load. Dropping trees on the 101 southbound near the 202. Cars swerving to not hit the trees almost wrecking. Obviously don’t know if anyone did damage their car or wreck after we drove further. Tried to call the number on the truck but was ignored twice. Reported to DPS just in case someone’s car was damaged or a wreck happened.
