We were hesitant to hire anyone to do our office cleaning, as it is hard to find a great cleaner you can trust with your key and your office. We also manage a Hip-Hop dance studio full of kids everyday. We thought that their messy tendencies might prove a problem for cleaners. We were completely amazed by the work down by Express Janitorial. They did a great job on our large studio spaces, small office spaces, kitchen, and bathrooms. We were ready to work in a clean and organized space every week with no concern at all. Thank you so much!

I had somewhat of a freak accident in my home. In the middle of the night, my glass kitchen table top completely exploded. I woke up to find shattered glass all over my kitchen and living room floor with absolutely no idea how to even begin cleaning the mess up. There were big chunks of glass as well as smaller pieces covering my carpeted floors. I have a pet who I had to keep shut in my bedroom so that he didn't get cut by all the glass, so it was crucial for me to get this cleaned up quickly. Later that morning, I called David at Express Janitorial and Landscaping Services. David was so nice and assured me that he would make time to come to my home in Scottsdale that same day to get this taken care of. David was prompt, professional, and completed the clean up in a timely manner. I was beyond happy with the level of service I received from Express Janitorial and Landscaping Services. Julio Tree Care & Landscaping, THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. VERY CONSCIOUS OF THEIR WORK. THEY CUT, TRIMMED MY NEIGHBORS HUGH FICUS TREE THAT WAS HOUVERING OVER MY ROOF, NEIGHBOR SAID I WAS ON MY OWN AND DID NOT WANT TO HELP WITH COST! Julio and his staff assured me that my roof would not be damaged as they cut, trimmed the ficus tree and ficus tree is no longer over my roof. Julio was right and very confident! It looks great, my neighbors commented, "they did a good job", I said I know!! Julio Tree Care and Landscaping also "shaved my two palm trees in my front yard (my neighbors also commented, the palms look great!" Amazing that the neighbors noticed!! Julio did a great job removing a very large pine tree close to my house. He made sure no damage was done, ground the stump and cleaned up. You'd never even know a tree was once there. Good price and showed up at the agreed upon time. I would use this service again.

Julio and his crew did a great job cutting down dead palms, mowing, trimming bushes, and trees, and blowing off everything. He also went and bought wasp spray and sprayed our backyard for wasps. They are very professional, friendly, and take their time to get the job done correctly. I would highly recommend them for tree service, and landscaping needs.

I got Julio off Google search. He was prompt with reviewing the job tasks and gave me a fair price. He was also prompt for the job and cleaned-up the lawn after he was finish with the pruning. He also fixed the solenoid piping, a leaking sprinkler head and reset the other heads. Julio is highly recommended. He is honest, prompt and perform good service.

Julio did a great job trimming our large Ficus tree. He was on time, did a great job, cleaned up and was always professional. He even came back to repair a sprinkler head that damaged. I would highly recommend Julio with 5 stars.

I hired Julio to replace a broken sprinkler system in my front yard. For far too long, I tried manually watering it, which just became too complicated in the Arizona climate resulting in my yard looking like garbage. Julio came out to get an idea of what the project would entail. We discussed possible issues that we might face, like the water being on the left side of the house and my yard on the right. He had a competitive quote to me same day. Within 3 days, Julio broke ground on the installation process. The most impressive part was seeing how much attention to detail Julio gave to this project. He cut about 2 and a half feet into the ground from the side of the house, along the driveway to find the hole under the concrete, then went around the entire yard setting up sprayers to ensure the yard would be completely covered. He even put a drip system for the small palm trees in my front bed. When the installation was finished, he walked me through the directions of how to manage the new sprinkler system and answered every question until I knew what I was doing.

I can’t speak highly enough about Julio and the quality of work he did for me from start to finish. From the competitive quote, to the quality of work, to a picture perfect outcome, it’s relieving to have a contractor I can trust. Julio will be my guy moving forward of various projects my wife and I have planned for the house. Very lucky we found him.

Side note. My yard (corner lot, larger than most front yards in my neighborhood) was dead, it was embarrassing, now it’s noticeably the nicest on my street. So much fun to drive up to my house and see a beautiful green lawn waiting for me to pull into the driveway. It’s a world of difference and it just keeps giving. Julio knocked it out of the park for me. Couldn’t be happier.

Really enjoyed working with Julio's company. Had a project in the blazing summer sun and was in a time crunch. I reached out to them and they came over that day to give me an estimate. They came the next day and did a wonderful job removing all the landscape that needed to go! Great team to work with! Price was very fair and I will use them again and again.
