They replaced my sprinklers heads due to lack of coverage at end of summer. The next spring I found the new ones that they installed were worse. I emailed them and they said they would be by that week. Over the next month I reminded them 3 x and they never came by to even have a look. My yard largely died. When I finally told them to forget it they told me "too busy don't care were not a repair company ".

Such a great experience with this company. From day one they were very helpful and patient with the questions we had. They were very knowledgeable in all aspects of what we were looking for. I would highly recommend this company for any job you are needing done.

Had them landscape the front yard of my new home and was very pleased with their service and professionalism. They always responded quickly to any questions and concerns that I had throughout the process. I would certainly recommend them and will also use them to complete my backyard as well.

DO NOT USE AZ LANDSCAPE PROS!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and a law suit is next. They are full of promises they cannot keep. We were supposed to do a 10 day walk through to address any concerns and then a 30 day walk through. NEITHER HAS HAPPENED!! Blatant disrespect and lies!!
If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would use it! Our project is awful! The turf is wrinkled, nail heads showing and you can see all the seams! James talks a good talk. Milton hides behind emails. Jenna doesn’t follow through.

I would not use this company for any project. They will promise to complete work on time and do not deliver. The quality is sub standard and the communication skills are non existent. Was promise work to be done one way and it would be done another that was a shortcut, then owner had every excuse and would not tell the truth on multiple occasions. Buyer beware! Owner will state that they did great work but they were confrontational when any issue was raised and did not complete all work promised.

Company came out to do a quote for me at the beginning of October. I told them I like the quote that they gave me and I was interested in them build and Alumawood pergola for me. After attempting to contact them several times I was emailed the quote and the contract. I was also promised that deadline before Thanksgiving and Promises were made that they did not keep. it was wrote in the contract several times wrong for things that I was having done and it wasn't just until last week that they stated that they had sent the right one and still promised that they'd meet the Thanksgiving deadline. Tomorrow as of November 13th, I was supposed to have the post started after giving them a third-down which is $3,000 for the project. Today the 12th I was told that due to deadlines and material problems they are not going to be able to have my project done by Thanksgiving. after several phone calls and never getting an answer from them until I call them this is the response that I get a day before the project was supposed to start. Needless to say I did get irate and I did get angry, but it's to be justified considering the customer service that I've received from this company. I gave them a chance do to Marc, and having a good feeling about the company I let him know ahead of time that I had a good feeling about him but I did see reviews online about empty promises and delays and not getting back to customers. Needless to say this is the outcome that I had. I did speak with a woman several times on the phone and after I got upset she stated that they did not want to do business with me because of made assumptions I have against their company. ironically, the only thing I had stated last week was I would appreciate some communication as no one is getting ahold of me on ETA and deadlines. Do not do business with this company! Very unprofessional! Wasted a month of my time when this project could have already been completed!

AZLP completed an overhaul of our backyard in three days and did an incredible job doing so. Our paver patio looks beautiful and the yard really looks like a completed space now. Thanks a ton to AZLP for delivering such a great yard at a reasonable price.

I've used Az landscape pros twice now and been very happy both times. I worked with James and he gave me an accurate bid with honest pricing and then started the work right away..overall hes a great guy that does great work...I've used them mostly for paver and rock work and they were fairly priced and his crews were solid and James always communicated with me as the project progressed. Highly recommend.

This is honestly my first time i have EVER made a bad review.

I emailed, called and left message on a weekend, i then attempted communication a third time (Tuesday) got threw to a lady, we scheduled my quotes for Friday. They called 10 minutes before the time of the quote to reschedule next week... completely unprofessional and total waste of my efforts.

Take the time to think about what a total backyard renovations cost ($10k+) I would advise you to want to work with somebody that has better communication.

To clarify what I'm saying, and as stated below, i did decline their request to reschedule as i had other companies providing quotes and giving better costumer service in my eyes. If you wanted my business i think you could have followed up sooner (like when i emailed about contact info or even on Monday after my weekend message) rather than last minute. Just my opinion. Thanks anyways!

AZ Landscape Pro's did an exceptional job on our backyard landscaping. James listened to our ideas and helped us to design a backyard that fit our needs and budget. The crew was always respectful, worked hard, they cleaned up and left our backyard looking beautiful. We are so pleased, we went from desert dirt to lush turf green with pavers designating play area. Our Eastmark home is a relaxing place to enjoy our pool and yard. I would highly recommend AZ Landscape Pro's and please request James he has great ideas to fit your needs.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate & at that time I briefly discussed the size of my backyard and what I was looking for. Days later, just 20mins before my scheduled appointment they called to cancel effectively telling me my project simply wasn't big enough for them therefore they were not coming. They had larger projects & apparently a paying customer with a likely $5000 job just wasn't worth their time. LOOK elsewhere! Plenty of other companies with better customer service available.

I am currently looking to redo my entire backyard. I called these guys about a week ago to schedule an appointment and they were very excited to get someone out to my house. Here's where it went downhill... The day of my 8am appointment came and no one showed up. I waited until 9am and still nothing. I then called the office and they apologized and had the designer call me. James rescheduled for 730 the next morning claiming some sort of mix up. I agreed and here we are the next morning at 751 and I get a text from James, "Hello, we spoke yesterday. Sorry for the mix up but your property is outside of our service area. If you wish to send a quick quote for a price, you can. Otherwise, sorry again for miss app. Thanks James." This seems like information they should have known the day I made the appointment. I have now gone into work late 2 days in a row due to this company's poor service. I will not be getting a "quick quote" from them. If you can't show up to the initial meeting, then what makes me think you even want to do the work.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Az Landscape Pros. Marc was great with including our ideas and making them come to life. All of his workers were hard working and everything turned out great! The attention to detail was well done and we are happy with our new backyard!

AZ Landscape Pros did a great job installing the backyard in our new home. They installed 1000+ sq.ft. of pavers, trees, bushes, flowers and a beautiful Pergola as the centerpiece of our backyard! We love it as have all of the guests and visitors to our home. It greatly increases the living spaces of our new home and makes a beautiful view out of the sliding glass doors in our great room.

We are so thrilled with the outcome of our backyard project. From our first meeting with James, we could tell he totally understood the experience we were looking to achieve. He and his crew really paid attention to our wants and how we would use each individual space. They have created such an amazing setting for us, it'll bring many years of joy to our family.

I would recommend AZ Landscape Pros. I just had them install both front and back yard landscaping (new build so blank canvas). I customized their pavers and synthetic grass package to make the backyard how I wanted. Jenna helped with ideas and any questions I had. She even drove to my house to drop off samples! Marc was very helpful too. The whole landscape project took less than one week. I'm very happy with the finished project.

Marc was awesome and was very attentive, detail oriented, and eagerly answered any questions we had regarding the installation and post care. The crew was professional, courteous, and was definitely a team I would trust and recommend to others. The end result was an overall positive experience that resulted in a beautiful backyard that fulfilled our vision.

I removed my previous review, updating it. We had some communication issues that were rectified. We appreciate the professionalism in getting us the warranty information and addressing the issues we had, even after their commitment was done. Everyone was pleasant to work with, patient and remained professional even when we were not completely satisfied. The space Marc created and his team delivered is our Sanctuary. We absolutely love it!! With any job you're going to have hiccups and unforseen setbacks that can affect the relationship between you and your Contracting Company. I'm grateful that AZ Landscape Pro's continued to deliver until we were completely satisfied, well after final payment was rendered. I can easily recommend a Company like them to my family and friends. They were apologetic in some of our communication issues and rectified all of our concerns, fixing other contractors mishaps (water lines) and even giving us some extra incentives for our business. Integrity is huge!! Appreciated that!!

We are so happy with how our yard turned out! Marc and his team were wonderful. They were easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and did a beautiful job! The install went quickly and smoothly, they took care of any HOA approvals, were thorough, and worked with us to make our design a reality. Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

AZ Landscape Pros did a phenomenal job. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but Marc and his team really brought it to life. They are extremely knowledgeable about plants and the work met our expectations and more! They completed the work in a timely manner and were even courteous of the fact that I work nights. They didn't wake me up once! Would highly recommend them to anyone!
