AZ Landscape Pros did a great job on out backyard, turning it from the Arizona red dirt into a nice backyard space that we can relax in. The work was done in a timely manner. We had pavers, both for the patio and walkways, rocks, a pergola, irrigation, french drain, and artificial turf installed. It looks great, Marc and the team made sure that we were satisfied with their work. I would hire them again.

Top notch company! From the initial design to the completion, we could not be happier. We appreciate the little things they did to make our backyard look great! I would highly recommend!

We purchased our home about 5 years ago and were looking to re-imagine our outdated front yard. Marc came out on time, provided a detailed quote and ran through the entire project with us step by step. Lead time on materials is crazy long with the supply chain issues, but that was clearly communicated up front. The team from AZ Landscape Pros came out and cleared out the old front yard, including an existing sidewalk, landscaping and stone. After clearing it out down to the dirt, they installed a beautiful new paver walkway up to our front door, new paver side driveway, new watering system, lighting, plantings, turf and edging. They were on time, crew was awesome and friendly, couldn't be happier with our newly updated front yard. Also had the best price! I would highly recommend!

Wow we love our new backyard! We could not be happier with how it all turned out. The pavers and the turf look top notch. We loved the shrubbery and trees design around the edges, are we were very surprised they graveled along each side of the house. As a bonus, how nice it was to get a lime and a lemon tree that was mentioned as a hope but was not expecting. The crew was quick, efficient, and very clean and courteous. I would recommend AZ Landscape Pros to anyone anytime!

The company provided prompt communication during the sales process. They have a good crew that does the work and they worked in a professional manner. The frustration came after the completion of the job. We have a few seams that needed some extra attention and was within the warranty time frame. Reached out on Oct 24th 24' regarding the concern on the seams. I sent a follow up email on Nov 9th and again on Nov 19th, finally received an email back on Nov 20th stating I was on the repair list (4 weeks from original request). On Dec 5th I recached out again to determine if they knew an ETA for the repairs to be completed. No response and followed up again on Dec 12th and finally heard back stating they would be out the following week to complete the warranty work. It took 8 weeks after the original email. They did fix a few seams but there was still 1 seam that just didn't blend and look like the rest of the turf area (pic attached). I sent an email on 12/30 making this known and since they did the original job, I asked if they would assist with a small turf job (we were willing to pay for the work to be done). Once again no communication and I called on Jan 7th to try and resolve this over the phone and apparently they were screening my calls at this point. Within minutes of hanging up, I received an email back stating they are having IT issues (but somehow they were able to email me right back) and no traction forward from prior emails. On Jan 13th I followed up with a call to the office during office hours but nobody answered. Later on that day my wife call from her phone and they picked right up, once again it appeared they were screening my calls at this point. After more delays and some indirect answers through emails it is now Jan 20th with no traction. Throughout this entire process I made a handful of calls but never got a call back, only emails. This could have been resolved over phone call(s) and working through it collectively. It is simple customer service to set the expectations up front, good or bad and to follow through. Be prepared to push this company if you need any work done after the main job is completed.

Let's make sure we have the facts straight, it was not a year after the work was completed. The job finished on 4/1/2024. To help you count the months that is right over six months after the job completed that I reached out regarding the seams (October 2024). It took 8 weeks after several attempts for somebody to come out. Is it not standard business for your company to respond and address a customer concern within a few business days? The first time a guy came out he looked at the area and didn't have the proper equipment and left. I do find this odd because I sent pictures of the seams and our conversation the whole time was regarding seams. Guess you have trouble communicating with your crew as well. As I mentioned above this all could have been handled through a phone call to discuss the concerns with the turf, the warranty specifics, your service repair lead times based on your current jobs on the books, etc. Until today it was never mentioned that the seams were not covered within the original warranty. The warranty/contract signed doesn't specifically mentioned turf seams. It only mentions plants, irrigation work and hardscape work. Your response is referring to a material warranty (fading) which isn't my concern. Don't you guys stand behind your work with a workmanship warranty? I was lead to believe it was a part of the initial warranty by the sales rep and we discussed it again when we did the final walk through because we specifically discussed a few seams that were different than the rest of the turf area. He even made a comment on that exact seam in question saying to give it time to relax and the sun will help over time.
Let's get another fact straight, between October 24th and today, I never received a phone call from you office regarding this issue. I only had email communication with your office.

Complete backyard landscape after pool removal! I was concerned about how to make my yard look nice after in ground pool removal. Marc and his assistant Daniel did a great job!

Yes, someone did call me a few hours later and left a message explaining what happened. I was unable to answer the phone when they called because I was at work. I chose not to call back because I decided to go with a different landscape company. For you to judge me saying I’m not serious about getting work done and am just wasting people’s time simply based on my review (which was just stating facts and not a personal attack) is very unprofessional.

Based on the very little interaction I had with AZ Landscape Pros, I do not recommend them. I called them on 4/14 for an estimate on backyard landscaping. The call was returned quickly by a female who took all my info and scheduled me to have Mark come out today, 4/17, at 9:00am to look at the yard and provide an estimate. She explained that Mark would provide me an approximate estimate while at my house and then would write up the official estimate and send it to me. When I asked her how far out they were scheduling jobs, she said they have a large crew and can get it done quickly. All of this sounded great so far. Well, it's now 11:00am on 4/17 and Mark neither showed up for the appointment nor called to advise he couldn't make it/would need to reschedule it. I have had no further contact with them at this point.

I cannot say enough great things about AZ Landscape Pros! They recently transformed our backyard into a dream space by installing turf, extending our pool deck, and building a stunning pergola. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless.

Their team was professional, punctual, and truly cared about the quality of their work. The turf looks lush and natural, the extended pool deck blends perfectly with the original design, and the pergola has completely elevated the look and functionality of the space. They listened to our ideas, provided great suggestions, and executed everything with attention to detail.

AZ Landscape Pro's just finished a patio paver job in my backyard and it looks great. Overall, I'm very happy with the result and experience. Here are a few points....
1. Quality of the end result is the most important - The crew (Maestro and Tim) did a great job and were courteous, skilled and attentive to the details.
2. Communication - The team did a pretty good job on this. They did start the job a few days late, but let me know in advance. The job took about 3 days longer than planned, but I understand that sometimes that happens and again, the quality of the end result is "Job #1". I would like to see the team communicate even more during the job regarding plans, status and next steps. "Over communication" doesn't cost you anything and goes a long way to customer satisfaction!
3. Final cost at wrap up - Once the job started, we both agreed that the result would be better if the square footage of my job would increase a bit (more is always better, right?), which would increase my original quoted cost. When the job was done, the initial updated quote seemed high, so we measured the job together and came to an agreement on actual square footage, which was lower than their updated cost. Cardinal rule #1 with any subcontractor is to always "trust but verify", and this proved true again on this job.

Again, overall, I'm very happy with the result and look forward to myself and my family enjoying the patio that AZ Landscape Pros put in for me. I would recommend AZ Landscape Pros if you need some hardscape done in your yard.

Marc and his crew of Az Landscaping Pros, LLC were a blessing to us. They gave our backyard a complete transformation, from just AZ clay to a backyard retreat. It was done expedient, at a reasonable price and everything we wanted. Then we wanted more, so I mentioned it to Marc. He said, “no problem.” He will be back tomorrow to add some more steppers that I requested, after the initial landscaping was complete and the beautiful Alumiwood pergola was built. I hired AZ Landscape Pros back in Dec-2020 for artificial turf installation and capping of my garden bed. Could not be happier.

Mark and Amber were the 2 individuals I communicated with and were responsive. Mark suggested a French drain for an area of my backyard where the elevation was slopped downward. We went with the recommendation and installed a French drain to assist the area of the yard for any water run off. Glad we did considering the few days of rain we've had.

The artificial turf looks beautiful; we installed about 575 sq feet; this covered around our pool and two corners of our yard, and down the side of the house. Looks amazingly clean and sleek. The caps were travertine and match our travertine decking around the pool.

Small details; the guys that performed this work were outstanding! They removed some pavers that were outside their scope of work (and did not charge me) because it had not been realized that the artificial turf would offset the height. They re-laid those pavers; it was a small platform to hold our grill (seen in one of the pictures). This was above and beyond what was asked of them. Very grateful for their kindness and the attention to detail; they were very meticulous laying the artificial turf down...I've had artificial turf laid out before in the past that had to be re-done 3x's! This company knows how to lay artificial turf!

Timeline of project was estimated 1 week, but due to the holidays and some scheduling conflicts the project was done in 2. We were not in hurry to where we needed a deadline. It worked out perfectly for us. We had a pleasant experience.

AZ Landscape Pros did not disappoint. During a supply chain shortage and the height of everyone getting their backyard done we went into this process knowing there would be delays. We bid out to 4 different landscapers but AZ Landscape Pros were actually the only ones licensed to install pergolas and to screen in porches. They were also the only ones who offered to put in a drain so the monsoon rains would drain to the front street which is a requirement of our HOA. Add to that they were the only ones willing to submit all of the documents on our behalf to our HOA. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive but provided everything we wanted and did an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier. With the record breaking monsoon rains we got our neighbors yard which was still unfinished almost flooded her house while ours had 2 small puddles as the drain did its job.
Will be using them again when its time to upgrade the front yard to turf. Many have complained about their lack of communication and at times they can be a bit hard to get ahold of but we have learned emails tend to be the best form of communication with them. And it was the busiest time of year and they were moving offices. I think they have come a long way with keeping up on communication. Would highly recommend.

Covid REALLY messed up timelines for my project that started in April. It was estimated to complete in early May pending everything falling into place. A lot of landscape companies were affected including AZ Landscape pros.

As you can imagine there were massive supplier delays which messed up timing for the job that needed to be done. Over all this took a lot longer than I was hoping, but I am very happy with the quality of the work.

They are fairly priced and it would have been 5 stars, but I do believe communication and expectations can be an area of improvement. When something is scheduled to be done, and then the crew doesn't show up with 0 communication, that is very difficult for the customer even if the absence was justified. I have given this feedback to them and they have taken it with stride.

Generally, have patience, as their crew and work is top notch.

Great company to work with. Been in business a long time. They installed gravel, turf and a pergola in my backyard. Quality materials and reasonable pricing. Will definitely be using them to add an additional pergola in the backyard.

My wife and I had a great experience getting our backyard transformed by AZ Landscape Pros! They returned my phone call within 30 minutes and we were able to get a consultation scheduled right away. We chose the pavers + artificial turf package for our new build in Queen Creek. We worked with Jenna and Marc on the design, they were both very friendly and knowledgeable, and got us everything we asked for. Our backyard went from a dusty dirt lot, to a beautiful desert oasis in less than four business days. We highly recommend this company!

Amazing experience with AZLandscape Pros. My new build home came with a giant dirt backyard. AZLandscape Pros was able to turn what was an ugly mud pit into a relaxing oasis. They were incredibly great to work with from the initial design and visioning stage all the way through to completion. The team was adaptive to all my requests, incredible and timely in their communication, transparent with their pricing and the work itself was done in an efficient, informative and incredibly professional way. The outcome exceeded my expectations. Will definitely hire them again for my front yard work.

AZ Landscape Pros has done an amazing job! Our backyard went from just dirt to a very comfortable space. Their team were all very professional and did top quality work from adding a paver walkway, installing the irrigation for our plants and grass, installing sod, an Alumawood pergola with covered top, filling gaps with the rocks and pebbles, in addition to adding a pet gate and a little garden area with mulch.

Jenna was able to address our needs and answer all our questions when it came to drawing up a plan using our plot plan and also make changes as we needed it when we had to go through our HOA for approval and to accommodate our needs for our pets with substituting the plants for something pet friendly.

The price Jenna quoted us for, I believe, had the most "bang for our buck" considering the scale of the project in our backyard. It was an easy decision to go with AZ Landscape Pros. We are thrilled with the outcome!

We love that they offer great financing options that were easy and quick to get funding. They transformed our dirt new build back yard into an outdoor oasis! Their entire team was professional and Marc and Jenna were a pleasure to work with during the whole project and communicated with me very consistently. It was great that they also really LISTEN to you and your wants and needs which is hard to find these days! We already had an idea of a design and placements for things and they happily delivered just that and were extremely flexible with our design and feedback we had during that process, such as extending/moving something, plant choices etc. In the end, everything turned out exactly as expected if not BETTER than planned with their design. We really appreciated that they also had a nice website to see pictures of their work as well as PACKAGES to choose from or at least use as a starting point so there is no sticker shock and you can get an idea of what something actually costs instead of having to get a quote and pressured into a sale of some sort. The entire process was professional and transparent with no additional costs other that what was agreed upon out the door. We did not feel pressured at all to use AZ landscape pros but found them to be the most comprehensive and best value for our needs! I have already referred them to family and friends who also recently purchased new builds and will be referring them to neighbors as well! We also especially APPRECIATE them and the whole team for coming out to our home in Casa Grande, which most companies would not even give us the time of day to make the trip for. Thank you Marc and Jenna and the whole team for making this experience so seamless and making our backyard vision a reality!!!!
