Roger is an excellent communicator. Texted us that he would be early. He is very knowledgeable regarding the pool and pump systems. He explained everything that he was doing and the reason for it. He found and corrected a badly clogged impeller almost immediately and had everything working like new within 15 minutes. Highly recommended!

Roger is phenomenal. I couldn’t find anyone who would return calls let alone diagnose a problem with our salt system. Roger came when he said he would and worked tirelessly to diagnose and fix our issue. He is extremely communicative. He solved a problem we couldn’t figure out for a year. I’m so grateful and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Roger has been great, he immediately brought our pool back to life right before summer. We had a previous pool guy come out and he drained our pool and checked our pump and didn't tell us that our pump actually had a crack in it. 🥴 Roger immediately saw that and said that was our main problem! Highly recommend him to anyone who is having pool issues. Always professional and on time every week for the weekly maintenance! Thank you Roger!!

Roger is very knowledgeable, honest, attentive to detail, hard working, and is always willing to teach you about your pool. I called him and he came out the same day to give me a reasonable quote and was working on our pool a couple of days later. I'm very happy with how our pool turned out and will definitely be using Roger in the future! Highly recommend!

Our previous pool service company neglected to properly maintain our pool during the 18 months of pandemic travel restrictions (we are snowbirds). We are SO thankful that we hired Roger! He quickly got our pool back into shape. He keeps the pool looking great with regularly scheduled weekly pool maintenance. He’s always on time. We highly recommend Roger. He does a great job! 5+ star!!

We have lived in our home for about 7 years and every year, pool company after pool company has struggled to keep our pool clean. We have replaced everything under the sun, even drained it 4 times- with no prevail. We were referred to Rogers Neighborhood Pools, as we had heard nothing but great things. He definitely lived up to those expectations. We hired him at the beginning of summer. This is the first summer our pool has not had any issues. We are beyond happy!! Rogers Neighborhood Pools has a life time customer in us.

Service is subpar. As is communication. When given honest feedback, he lashed out with an entitled "my time is money" attitude. Yes Roger, the money we pay you for your services. A knock on the door upon arrival, is not to much to ask. Like we said Do Better. Make your customers feel like they matter and are as important as the money they are paying you for service.

I found Rogers Neighborhood Pools through a Google search. It was our good fortune when I did. We were needing to replace and upgrade a good deal of pool equipment at our newly purchased home. I had gotten two bids that seemed high (one from the pool service company we had in place). I called Roger, he answered right away and was able to come over and give us a bid the same day. His bid was substantially lower than the other two so we hired him for the job. We liked his work and his personality as well and changed our weekly pool service over to him. We are very happy we did and highly recommend Rogers Neighborhood Pools!

Jon Davidson is a Scam! Never pay him ahead of time. After he has been paid for the month, he has only came out once and started with an excuse on how he cannot make it during a week, then does he does not communicate the week after. Look at his Yelp reviews for similar reviews as this one, hire a real pool company and stay away from Jon Davidson!

John is very good at his craft. He works very hard to keep our pool in good working order, especially since our pool can be difficult at times. He is responsive, fair, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Backyard Oasis Pool and Spa.

I’m so glad I found Backyard Oasis Pool company to service my pool. I’ve been a client for several months. Jon has been professional and has done an amazing job keeping our pool clean thus far. He keeps me informed and let’s me know what chemicals he’s added to the water if any. I’m very pleased with his service and highly recommend his company.

Jon is awesome! I found him on Yelp a few months back and couldn’t be happier! He’s incredibly friendly, professional and certainly knows what he was doing. I initially had issues with my pool being super green and he fixed it in no time! Since then he has helped maintain a beautiful clear blue pool for me!
