I've been a customer for the last several months with Backyard Oasis Pool & Spa. Jon has been a great communicator explaining what I had been missing or overlooked with our pool maintenance. Since Jon's been taking care of our pool it's literally never looked better! I should have hired him years ago. Jon's always been professional and timely. I'd happily recommend Backyard Oasis Pool and Spa any day of the week. Thanks Jon for keeping our pool looking pristine!

I contacted backyard Oasis on July 29th to have my new filter installed. He said he was able to have it done the following week. I paid for the installation and the work was not completed until August 13th. The pool had turned very green by this time and it turned out the waste and pump lines were connected wrong. I was promised due to the time it took to get the filter working correctly, that he would clear my pool and have it swim ready within a week. Now it has been a full month and my pool is still green and I have to pay someone else to correct the issue. I requested a refund due to services not completed as promised and received a very rude and unprofessional response. So I'm here to warn others not to fall victim.

Just got off the phone with them. Was informed they only INSTALL gutters, they don't clean them. Told her that I selected them based on the description online that says they're a 'Gutter Cleaning Service'. She said she didn't know how the word 'cleaning' got in there. Suggested I get 'junior next door' to clean them. How very professional (not) of her. I suggest they revise how they're displayed online so people don't waste their time.

Cactus Seamless Rain Gutters provide a very competitively priced product and ask the right questions regarding an installation. Unfortunately, the installed down spout size is too small and does not match the pre-existing down spout size on the opposite side of the porch. The best resolution would be to come out and correct this discrepancy.
