Doctor Pool is awesome. I came home from vacation and found that my pool turned very green in extremely hot weather. I called Doctor Pool and to my surprise they told me they could have somebody out that day! They quickly drained my pool and in 2 days it was blue again and crystal clear!

I’ve never had a pool service that looked at a picture and wanted me to trim my neighbors trees that are trimmed at the wall back four feet to guarantee their service. How do you trust someone that doesn’t even look at it in person? If you are looking for a good service then shop around!

They were so accommodating in the work they did. I needed the pool clean and acid washed before a family party and they jumped through hoops to get it done. Kept in contact with me throughout the day giving me updates. Party goers never knew that 3 days prior my pool was green and gross.
Thank you to the office folks and the guy who came out to do the job. Have been recommending them to everyone.

Worst service ever. Where do I begin on how horrible this place is? The first incident was when the pool guy was reporting that he was coming and servicing our pool but he never showed up for a month. We were still being charged and when I called they said they were sorry and that this was something that the pool guy did often. Wait, what?! the company knew that this guy did this and still kept him as an employee? The next incident was when the next pool guy they sent out took apart part of our pump and did not ask or tell us they did this. Why would you start taking things apart when you do not have permission and on top of that not tell the owner? Third incident was the same as the first, the new pool guy would report they came out but they never did. I called again and I just got the run around and pathetic excuses. These three incidents are bad enough but this does not include the numerous times (five times) that the company screwed up our billing. I had to call several times to get them to fix it, and to make it worse they did not even notice an issue. Doctor Pool is a terrible company and if you like getting screwed over on your billing, getting scammed about pool service and not getting a call back when you leave a message, then this is the company for you.

Good company .I was doing my pool myself but it really was not coming out the way I wanted. I kept under or over chlorinating and the pool always seemed dirty. Doctor Pool came out I noticed the improvement right away, the first day , the price was good ,people in the office easy to deal with .I am happy with their pool cleaning service ' Thanks

When my pool filter stopped working the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, Dr. Pool came to the rescue. They kept my pool swimmable until the needed part could be replaced the following week. I am so grateful to the techs who came out twice over the weekend to make sure the pool was good to go for my guests. They saved the Day/Weekend!

Dr Pool is amazing! I have been working with them for a few years now and the service is better than any other pool company I have worked with. Have been using Doctor Pool for over 1 year now. In early 2018 we decided to start using a professional pool cleaning service after having pool totally redone. After the re-do we went through 3 companies here in town that did not work out. They either did not show up, even though they were paid in advance, or the service was subpar. One company even had the nerve to speak to me very rudely when I called him the day before July 4th asking why my pool had not been cleaned 2 days prior as scheduled - he said he was in Las Vegas for the week, sorry. Called Doctor Pool, explained what I'd experienced, BILL was attentive, professional and accomodating - I told him I want the same pool guy every week and I need a day and a time frame that does not change week to week, as I have 4 dogs & I can't be guessing when the guy will be here. Everything I needed, he said they can do. And they have, for over a year now. My "pool guy" is FABIAN, I feel like we hit the jack pot with him, he is thorough, he goes above and beyond, he is on time, he is so quiet that our dogs don't even know he is here, I recommend him very highly. This week I had a computer issue resulting in a problem paying my bill, and also wanted to discuss my cleaning schedule going into the fall/winter season....I spoke to JAMES who was absolutely fantastic, very kind -and funny too!- All is well now. Such a total relief to have found a reliable, friendly & professional company to deal with in this day and age.

Doctor pool is our pool maintenance company and our cleaning tech went over and above this week to put in the extra time needed to get our pool clean after the windstorms and debris. He was very conscientious about getting it done right! They have also come through for us when we have needed new equipment or repairs.

Experience and great service really were evident when James came to our home and advised us what our pool filter needed. He was up front with us and sent a pool tech out the same day. We will do business with Doctor Pool from now on!

I've has this company for pool service for almost three years and i will never let another company in my backyard. I am so happy with their service and their prices are a steal!!!!! the girls up at the office are the sweetest ladies i've ever spoke to. the techs are so knowledgeable, and they take their time to explain to me EVERYTHING that needs to done. they also are able to accommodate all of my needs and anytime i have an emergency they are able to get to me almost intermediately.

If they had actually shown up to take care of our pool as they had in the beginning, they would have gotten a better rating. However, their sign in sheet proved that no one had been by to take care of our pool for 3 months over the winter...and it showed. Our pool was green. Broken parts (caused by employee(s) of the company) which they wanted to charge to replace, removed lengths of hose needed to keep the vacuum working properly, over-chlorinated the pool and not even sweeping the steps when they came out to "service" the pool. Super disappointed in this company.

I reached out to doctor pool for some pool repair estimates. They had me on the schedule the next day. They provided great in depth information needed for my services. I highly recommend this pool company to any pool owners they are good and quick and get the job done correct the first time. Give them a call

My pool has never in 20 years stayed cleaner than it has the last year of having Doctor pool cleaning my pool. My pool tech Andy annd office staff go above and beyond to make sure I am happy at all times. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely LOVE Doctor Pool. I have been a customer for a very long time. Every time I call I am greeted with wonderful customer service. My tech is very reliable and always leaves my pool looking sparkling. Have recommended them several times and WILL continue to recommend them!!

I was referred to Doctor Pool by a family friend. They have been with the company since 2011. I just signed up this summer of 2014. I have a fairly small pool but we have a spa that we use quite often. My spa is well kept and if there are any issues, I have always been notified either by email or phone. I appreciate their consistency. I have been happy with the service so far.

There may be more than one "Dr. Pool" here in the Valley, if this business is the preferred pool clean recommendation from Presidential Pools...These guys have done a great job with our pool. Maintaining chemicals, keeping the pool clean and making in all seem like it happens by magic.
They have always been here on time and I mean early. They get the job done with no disturbance and vroooom!, out the door, gone.

I appreciate the way they have taken care of us and made the pool none of our concern.

We have had Dave from Doctor Pool, service our pool for nearly two years now and could not be happier, it always looks amazing! Dave is thorough, conscientious and professional... plus he really knows his stuff, great work ethic and knowledge. Not to mention Dave is an absolute favorite of our dogs. I have had my pool serviced for the last year, and its never looked better.. My Technician Ryan was excellent at keeping his schedule and keeping me informed of any problems. I recently have a new Tech Justin and he is just as professional, friendly and has kept up the pool just as great. The office staff is awesome! They are friendly and very professional as to keeping me informed when there are schedule changes, maintenance issues and very prompt at resolving any and all of my concerns, when they occur. I shopped around and their rates were the best I found. I would highly recommend Doctor Pool and have often..

Contacted Doctor Pool for an estimate for weekly pool service, they were very helpful in numerous aspects. I was very pleased with the service provided for my pool. The office staff were extremely courteous, also in depth with information needed for my services. They provided information for me, which was helpful as well. I was pleased with the services provided and will continue doing business with them from here on out. I highly recommended this pool company to pool owners. If you want things done correct, to the T the first time I advise you to give them a call.

I have been using Dr Pool for about 10 years now! They are the best! We have them do our weekly service along with regular maintenance items like draining the pool, glass beading, replacing pool lights, fixing our heater...really anything we need they get someone out quick to help. Our pool always looks sparking clean!  I have referred them to many clients and friends and everyone is very pleased with their service. Such a great company and we appreciate them so much!
