Hands down, Kemp is THE BEST carpet cleaner/service I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. I've tried all the other big name companies but they've always sent employees who could care less about deep cleaning your carpets/rugs and will do one run and they're gone. Kemp not only gets in there and really cares but he's using some serious steam with deionized water (I hope I got that description right...I don't want soaps or detergents) and his system for extracting water is high powered. We've being dealing with construction crews who have trashed our year old carpet AND our area rugs (wool and wool blend) showed such wear that I thought would never come out. He got our new carpet looking like the day we had it installed and my area rug looks brand new!!! Kemp came HIGHLY recommended by a client of mine and not only can I not thank her enough but I can't thank Kemp enough. I'll be calling him again for ALL of our rug and carpet cleaning. You will not be disappointed.

They let my dog out of the locked gate and never told us !!!! They insisted on a key, my mistake to trust them . They said they looked for my diog but, never told us he was missing !!! Stay away!!!!! cannot be trusted

Very disappointed with this company. Poor customer service, did not stand behind their parts or work. No one will not return my calls. They replaced a backwash handle in June. The first time I backwashed the pool the plastic handle cracked. I called them up they said they'd get back to me I haven't heard from them since. It is now September.

If you are from Mesa you know Doctor Pool. They have been around forever and they are affordable. Call and get some quotes then call Dr. Pool. They are the best priced and offer great service.

Very Dishonest and will never ever recommend this Doctor Pool company. Charged and billed for services that were not truly done. Algae all over my pool. Took advantage because no has been checking on them. For several years, now is the time to file complain.

Love Doctor pool! The last company i used could never get the chemicals figured and pool was always merky.. every week now my pool tech shows up and gets things taken care of without me having to call in . Highly recommend

I have been working with these guys for almost (4) years now and their prices are fair, they pass the savings on to the consumer (I have checked), they communicate effectively and always under promise and over deliver. "Pool Guys" are a dime-a-dozen in Arizona, but these guys have been doing it a long time and it shows. Throw'em a bone, tell'em Dave on Loma Vista sent ya ;)

My pebble Tec was breaking apart on the top bead. Dr. Pool removed the pebble Tec bead and replaced it with travertine tile.
It looks better than original. The workers were very professional and the quality of the work is superb. I am very satisfied with the remodel. I highly recommend Dr. Pool.
